Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有改善心脑血循环及降低胆固醇的保健饼干及其制备方法,其原料及的料重量份配比为:小麦粉7-8份、淮山粉2-3份、酵母粉0.3-0.4份、和面液4-5份;和面液由10°波美度的银杏叶水浓缩液和15°波美度的罗汉果水浓缩液,按2∶3重量份配比混合均匀而成。本发明的优点:饼干中含有银杏叶提取物,银杏叶提取物中含有黄酮类活性物质,具有扩张冠状动脉,恢复动脉血管弹性,增加冠状动脉血流量,改善心脑血管循环的作用;饼干含有淮山粉,淮山粉含有多种氨基酸和微量元素,淀粉酶、多酚氧化酶等物质,能健脾胃,补肺益脾,降糖,防止动脉硬化;所以本发明饼干具有改善心脑血循环及降低胆固醇的保健作用。

本发明涉及饼干,具体是一种具有改善心脑血循环及降低胆固醇的保健饼干及其制备方法。
背景技术
饼干是人们喜欢吃的一种休闲食品,目前,大多数饼干具备提供热量的作用,但保健功用甚微。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有改善心脑血循环及降低胆固醇的保健饼干及其制备方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种具有改善心脑血循环及降低胆固醇的保健饼干,其原料及原料重量份配比为:小麦粉7-8份、淮山粉2-3份、酵母粉0.3-0.4份、和面液4-5份;
所述的和面液:由10°波美度的银杏叶水浓缩液和15°波美度的罗汉果水浓缩液,按2:3重量份配比混合均匀而成。
一种具有改善心脑血循环及降低胆固醇的的保健饼干的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将发黄的银杏叶洗净、剁碎,用其重量3-4倍的水浸泡3-4天,过滤,滤液浓缩至10°波美度,备用;
(2)将罗汉果破碎,用其重量10倍的水浸提,过滤,反复两次,合并过滤液浓缩至15°波美度,备用;
(3)将10°波美度的银杏叶水浓缩液和15°波美度的罗汉果水浓缩液按2﹕3重量份配比混匀成和面液;
(4)按用量比称料,干粉混匀,用和面液和成面团;
(5)发酵,发酵后按现有技术制成饼干。
本发明的优点:本发明饼干中含有银杏叶提取物,银杏叶提取物中含有黄酮类活性物质,具有扩张冠状动脉,恢复动脉血管弹性,增加冠状动脉血流量,改善心脑血管循环的作用;饼干含有淮山粉,淮山粉含有多种氨基酸和微量元素,淀粉酶、多酚氧化酶等物质,能健脾胃,补肺益脾,降糖,防止动脉硬化;所以本发明饼干具有改善心脑血循环及降低胆固醇的的保健作用。另外,银杏叶提取液很苦,但罗汉果的甜度是蔗糖的300倍,不仅能将银杏叶的苦味覆盖住,还使本发明饼干口感微甜。
具体实施方式
制备100斤具改善心脑血循环及降低胆固醇的保健饼干,原料及原料重量为:小麦粉74.6斤、淮山粉25、酵母粉0.4斤、和面液50斤。
制备方法:
1. 制备10°波美度的银杏叶水浓缩液;
2. 制备15°波美度的罗汉果水浓缩液;
3. 取20斤银杏叶水浓缩液和30斤罗汉果水浓缩液混成和面液50斤;
4. 称粉料用和面液和成面团;
5. 发酵,发酵后按现有技术制成饼干。
Claims (2)
1.一种具有改善心脑血循环及降低胆固醇的保健饼干,其特征是:其原料及原料重量份配比为:小麦粉7-8份、淮山粉2-3份、酵母粉0.3-0.4份、和面液4-5份;所述的和面液:由10°波美度的银杏叶水浓缩液和15°波美度的罗汉果水浓缩液,按2:3重量份配比混合均匀而成。
2.根据要求1所述的保健饼干的制备方法,其特征是包括如下步骤:
(1)将发黄的银杏叶洗净、剁碎,用其重量3-4倍的水浸泡3-4天,过滤,滤液浓缩至10°波美度,备用;
(2)将罗汉果破碎,用其重量10倍的水浸提,过滤,反复两次,合并过滤液浓缩至15°波美度,备用;
(3)将10°波美度的银杏叶水浓缩液和15°波美度的罗汉果水浓缩液按2﹕3重量份配比混匀成和面液;
(4)按用量比称料,干粉混匀,用和面液和成面团;
(5)发酵,发酵后按现有技术制成饼干。
