风湿病是一种老年慢性病，发病多隐蔽而缓慢，病程较长，诊断及治疗均有一定难度。目前治疗药物主要有非甾类抗炎药、肾上腺皮质激素和慢作用抗风湿药物，以上各种药物对人体重要的脏器(肝，肾，膀胱，肺，胃肠，生殖腺)和组织(骨髓)各有不同的毒性作用。
发明内容：
本发明的就是针对上述情况提供一种无毒副作用的祛风胜湿的保健酒。
本发明使用下列组份按重量份组成：
樱桃20-25、桂枝2-8、陈皮2-6、当归2-6、茯苓2-6、枸杞子2-8、米酒40-50。
本发明制作方法：樱桃洗净后除去果梗晾干，用手挤碎或捣碎，加入相应比例桂枝、陈皮、当归、茯苓、枸杞子，置坛中，加米酒浸泡，密封，每2～3日搅动1次，15～20天即成。
本发明选用上述中药原料，主要因为它们有下述功效：
樱桃：具有发汗、益气、祛风、透疹的功效，适用于四肢麻木和风湿性腰腿病的食疗。桂枝：发汗解肌，温经通脉，助阳化气，散寒止痛。陈皮：理气健脾，燥湿化痰。用于胸脘胀满，食少吐泻，咳嗽痰多。当归：用于血虚诸证；月经不调；经闭；痛经；症瘕结聚；崩漏；虚寒腹痛；痿痹；肌肤麻木；肠燥便难；赤痢后重；痈疽疮疡；跌扑损伤。茯苓：利水渗湿，健脾化痰，宁心安神，败毒抗癌。药性平和，利湿而不伤正气。适量服食可作为春夏潮湿季节的调养佳品。枸杞子：具有抗疲劳作用：枸杞子能显著增加肌糖原、肝糖原的贮备量，提高人体活力，有抗疲劳的作用。
本发明制成的保健酒颜色呈浅粉红色，酒香中散发出一阵淡淡的樱桃香，适合女性饮用，还有美容的效果。本发明有祛风胜湿，活血止痛的功效。适用于风湿腰腿疼痛，四肢麻木，中风偏瘫，屈伸不利及冻疮等病症。同时还能消除疲劳，增进食欲，改善睡眠，女性常饮此酒还有美容养颜的功效。
具体实施方式：
实施例1，一种祛风胜湿保健酒，取樱桃500g、桂枝40g、陈皮42g、当归42g、茯苓43、枸杞子40g放入1000ML米酒中密封浸泡，每2天搅动1次，1次10分钟，20天即成。
本发明的用法与用量：每天2次，每次50—100ml。
