Abstract
本发明公开了一种螺旋装订记事本用冲孔装置,其特征在于:包括底板、托盘、工作台面、装订物输送装置和冲孔器,所述托盘上设有滑轨一,滑轨一上安装装订物输送装置,装订物输送装置上端设有导向板,所述工作台面上设有开口,开口两侧设有与导向板相配合的导向槽;所述冲孔器固定在工作台面上,冲孔器连接有第二排列板,工作台面下方设有第一排列板及其控制气缸。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺旋装订记事本用冲孔装置,属于机械技术领域。
背景技术
一般来讲,记事本、书本、相册等装订物,其装订厚度根据其内容都有所不同。为了给它们进行装订,在移动过程中,自动为已印刷好的封皮或内页制作装订孔,或按印刷物的内容分类制作装订孔,再将它们合成单位装订物,然后向已冲好的装订孔内插入螺旋线圈完成装订。
上述螺旋线圈装订方式有两种:一种是,将螺旋线圈的一端插入装订物上已冲好的装订孔一端的旋转方式;另一种是,把线圈掰成“C”字形后将线圈上下对齐插入装订物中已冲好的装订孔内并加压固定的双螺旋方式。
现有的冲孔装置是给活页或活页包冲装订孔后,将活页或活页包合成单位装订物,还要将装订孔对好以实现螺旋线圈装订;而且现有冲孔装置不能对单位装订物实现一次性冲孔,只能是人为地进行多次冲孔后合到一起,还要对齐装订孔才能进行装订,其缺点就是工序复杂。因此,需要一种可连续对单位装订物进行固定、移动、冲装订孔,在装订孔对齐的状态下进行螺旋线圈装订的装订装置,而不再是对活页或活页包进行作业。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种螺旋装订记事本用冲孔装置。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种螺旋装订记事本用冲孔装置,其特征在于:包括底板、托盘、工作台面、装订物输送装置和冲孔器,所述托盘上设有滑轨一,滑轨一上安装装订物输送装置,装订物输送装置上端设有导向板,所述工作台面上设有开口,开口两侧设有与导向板相配合的导向槽;所述冲孔器固定在工作台面上,冲孔器连接有第二排列板,工作台面下方设有第一排列板及其控制气缸。
进一步地,所述装订物输送装置包括箱体、气缸一、气缸二、托架、夹子和夹子连接杆,箱体由下板、侧板和上板构成,下板底部安装有与滑轨一配合的滑块一,上板与导向板连接;下板上表面设有滑轨二,托架底部设有与滑轨二配合的滑块二,所述侧板上设有气缸一的丝杆调节固定装置,气缸一推动托架移动;所述托架呈阶梯状,每级阶梯的侧立面上均设有滑轨三,所述夹子连接杆下端设有与滑轨三相配合的滑块三。
进一步地,所述夹子包括推杆、上夹片和下夹片,所述上夹片和下夹片锁定在推杆前端。
进一步地,所述丝杆调节固定装置包括固定板、丝杆、气缸固定座,所述丝杆一端设有旋钮,气缸固定座连接在丝杆上。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明实现可连续对单位装订物进行固定、移动、冲装订孔,在装订孔对齐的状态下进行螺旋线圈装订的装订装置,而不再是对活页或活页包进行作业。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步详述。
如图1至图11所示,一种螺旋装订记事本用冲孔装置,其特征在于:包括底板1、托盘2、工作台面3、装订物输送装置4和冲孔器5,所述托盘2上设有滑轨一2-1,滑轨一2-1上安装装订物输送装置4,装订物输送装置4上端设有导向板6,所述工作台面3上设有开口3-1,开口3-1两侧设有与导向板6相配合的导向槽3-2;所述冲孔器5固定在工作台面3上,冲孔器5连接有第二排列板7,工作台面下方设有第一排列板8及其控制气缸9。
进一步地,所述装订物输送装置4包括箱体4-1、气缸一4-2、气缸二4-3、托架4-4、夹子4-5和夹子连接杆4-6,箱体4-1由下板4-7、侧板4-8和上板4-9构成,下板4-7底部安装有与滑轨一2-1配合的滑块一4-10,上板4-9与导向板6连接;下板4-7上表面设有滑轨二4-11,托架4-4底部设有与滑轨二4-11配合的滑块二4-12,所述侧板4-8上设有气缸一4-2的丝杆调节固定装置4-13,气缸一4-2推动托架4-4移动;所述托架4-4呈阶梯状,每级阶梯的侧立面4-14上均设有滑轨三4-15,所述夹子连接杆4-6下端设有与滑轨三4-15相配合的滑块三4-16。
进一步地,所述夹子4-5包括推杆4-51、上夹片4-52和下夹片4-53,所述上夹片4-52和下夹片4-53锁定在推杆4-51前端。
进一步地,所述丝杆调节固定装置4-13包括固定板4-131、丝杆4-132、气缸固定座4-133,所述丝杆4-132一端设有旋钮4-134,气缸固定座4-133连接在丝杆4-132上。
工作时,将装订物10放置于工作台面上,通过第一排列板8和第二排列板7对齐,然后,装订物输送装置4的夹子4-5逐个向前夹持装订物10,接着,第一排列板8向下移动,夹子4-5进一步逐个将装订物10推入冲孔器5进行冲孔装订,装订后,装订物输送装置4及其夹子4-5复位;下一批装订10继续送至第一排列板8和第二排列板7处。

1.一种螺旋装订记事本用冲孔装置,其特征在于:包括底板、托盘、工作台面、装订物输送装置和冲孔器,所述托盘上设有滑轨一,滑轨一上安装装订物输送装置,装订物输送装置上端设有导向板,所述工作台面上设有开口,开口两侧设有与导向板相配合的导向槽;所述冲孔器固定在工作台面上,冲孔器连接有第二排列板,工作台面下方设有第一排列板及其控制气缸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋装订记事本用冲孔装置,其特征在于:所述装订物输送装置包括箱体、气缸一、气缸二、托架、夹子和夹子连接杆,箱体由下板、侧板和上板构成,下板底部安装有与滑轨一配合的滑块一,上板与导向板连接;下板上表面设有滑轨二,托架底部设有与滑轨二配合的滑块二,所述侧板上设有气缸一的丝杆调节固定装置,气缸一推动托架移动;所述托架呈阶梯状,每级阶梯的侧立面上均设有滑轨三,所述夹子连接杆下端设有与滑轨三相配合的滑块三。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种螺旋装订记事本用冲孔装置,其特征在于:所述夹子包括推杆、上夹片和下夹片,所述上夹片和下夹片锁定在推杆前端。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种螺旋装订记事本用冲孔装置,其特征在于:所述丝杆调节固定装置包括固定板、丝杆、气缸固定座,所述丝杆一端设有旋钮,气缸固定座连接在丝杆上。
