技术领域
本发明涉及一种自锁式弹簧外置乳液泵。
背景技术
乳液泵由于其设计精美,使用方便,已广泛地应用与日化和医药等行业。现有用于乳液泵,其结构相对比较复杂,而且在使用完毕后弯嘴一般都是处于活动状态,如果误按,有可能会发生不必要的麻烦。为了解决这个问题,现有的做法是在喷盖上额外设置外盖,但是现有的这种做法,不仅增加了生产成本,而且在使用过程中外盖很容易掉落在地上,使用不方便。而且现有乳液泵的复位弹簧一般都是设置在泵室内,与泵室内的液体相接触,这样会对液体会造成污染,不卫生。
故此,现有的乳液泵有待于进一步完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,使用方便,能通过旋转弯嘴实现自锁的且复位弹簧不与液体接触的自锁式弹簧外置乳液泵。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种自锁式弹簧外置乳液泵,包括有泵室,在所述泵室下端设有泵珠机构,在所述泵珠机构下端的泵室上设有进液口,其特征在于:在所述泵室上端内插接有能将锁瓶盖连接在泵室上的锁紧盖,在所述泵室内设有上泵杆,在所述上泵杆上端设有弯嘴,在所述上泵杆下部设有吸塞机构,在所述锁紧盖与上泵杆之间设有能使上泵杆复位的复位弹簧,在所述弯嘴下端外壁设有筋位,在所述锁紧盖上端设有限位凹槽,弯嘴锁定时所述筋位顶压在所述限位凹槽上,在所述锁紧盖内壁上设有能让筋位上、下移动的让位槽,所述的限位凹槽与让位槽相互连通。
如上所述的一种自锁式弹簧外置乳液泵,其特征在于在所述限位凹槽上设有能限制筋位活动的挡点。
如上所述的一种自锁式弹簧外置乳液泵,其特征在于所述的锁紧盖包括有盖体,在所述盖体上设有内连接环和外连接环,在所述内连接环和外连接环之间设有容置槽,所述泵室上端设置在所述容置槽内,在所述外连接环外壁上设有卡接槽,在所述泵室外壁与卡接槽相应的位置上设有卡接环,所述的卡接环卡设在所述卡接槽内,在所述内连接环下端设有能与上泵杆外壁相互密封的内凹密封部,所述内凹密封部与内连接环之间设有环槽,在所述上泵杆上端设有限位凸环,所述复位弹簧套设在所述上泵杆上,所述复位弹簧一端顶压在所述限位凸环下端面上,所述复位弹簧另一端设置在所述环槽内。
如上所述的一种自锁式弹簧外置乳液泵,其特征在于所述吸塞机构包括有间隔设置在所述上泵杆下部的限位台阶和定位凸环,在所述限位台阶和定位凸环之间的上泵杆外壁上设有缺槽,在所述上泵杆外壁上设有与所述缺槽相连通的导通孔,在所述限位台阶和定位凸环之间活动套设有吸塞,在所述吸塞下端设有与所述定位凸环相互密封的内凸密封环。
如上所述的一种自锁式弹簧外置乳液泵,其特征在于所述的吸塞包括有内塞体和外塞体,所述的内塞体和外塞体通过连接环连接,所述内塞体套设在上泵杆上,所述的内凸密封环设置在所述内塞体下端。
如上所述的一种自锁式弹簧外置乳液泵,其特征在于在所述内凹密封部下端设有环形密封槽,所述上泵杆上升到最高位时所述内塞体上端密封设置在所述环形密封槽内。
如上所述的一种自锁式弹簧外置乳液泵,其特征在于所述弯嘴包括有弯嘴座,在所述弯嘴座内设有连接内圈,在所述弯嘴座上设有与所述连接内圈相连通的出液通道,在所述连接内圈外壁上设有外凸扣线,在所述上泵杆上端内壁与外凸扣线对应位置上设有扣槽,所述外凸扣线扣接在所述扣槽内。
如上所述的一种自锁式弹簧外置乳液泵,其特征在于所述泵珠机构包括有与进液口相连通的泵珠室,在所述泵珠室内设有泵珠,在所述泵珠室下端设有定位槽,在所述定位槽内插接有固定座,所述的固定座分别与泵室内腔和泵珠室相连通,在所述上泵杆下端设有能封闭所述固定座从而防止倒置或受压时漏液的小圆柱,在所述泵珠室下端设有能防止泵珠落入进液口的定位台阶。
如上所述的一种自锁式弹簧外置乳液泵,其特征在于在所述泵室上端外壁设有连接凸台,在所述连接凸台与锁紧盖之间设有锁瓶盖,在所述连接凸台下方的泵室外壁套设有垫片,在所述进液口上套设有引液管。
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
一、本发明中在弯嘴下端外壁设有筋位,在锁紧盖上端设有限位凹槽,弯嘴锁定时所述筋位顶压在所述限位凹槽上,在所述锁紧盖内壁上设有能让筋位上、下移动的让位槽,所述的限位凹槽与让位槽相互连通,弯嘴顺时针旋转90度打开;反之逆时针旋转90度又可锁上,使用方便。
二、本发明中上泵杆与吸塞之间,以及吸塞与锁紧盖下端环形密封槽之间在被拉紧状态下能起到很好的密封性能,有效保证了乳液泵的泵液效果。
三、本发明中复位弹簧置于锁紧盖内部,吸塞上方,与液体隔离开来,无论使用或自锁状态都不会与液体接触,起到环保作用。
四、本发明乳液泵设计巧妙,结构简单,使用方便。

如图1至6所示的一种自锁式弹簧外置乳液泵,包括有泵室1,在所述泵室1下端设有泵珠机构2,在所述泵珠机构2下端的泵室1上设有进液口3,在所述泵室1上端内插接有能将锁瓶盖4连接在泵室1上的锁紧盖5,在所述泵室1内设有上泵杆6,在所述上泵杆6上端设有弯嘴7,在所述上泵杆6下部设有吸塞机构8,在所述锁紧盖5与上泵杆6之间设有能使上泵杆6复位的复位弹簧9,在所述弯嘴7下端外壁设有筋位10,在所述锁紧盖5上端设有限位凹槽11,弯嘴7锁定时所述筋位10顶压在所述限位凹槽11上,在所述锁紧盖5内壁上设有能让筋位10上、下移动的让位槽12,所述的限位凹槽11与让位槽12相互连通。
本发明结构简单,弯嘴7顺时针旋转90度打开;反之逆时针旋转90度又可锁上,使用方便。弯嘴7若处于锁紧状态时,所述的筋位10下端顶压在所述限位凹槽11上,当弯嘴7旋转到打开状态时,所述的筋位10下端脱离所述限位凹槽11,进入所述的让位槽12,这样筋位10便能在让位槽12内上下移动。
本发明中在所述限位凹槽11上设有能限制筋位10活动的挡点13。本发明中设置挡点13有效防止弯嘴7在运输或者不使用的状态下发生转动而解锁。大大增强了乳液泵的安全性能。
本发明中所述的锁紧盖5包括有盖体14,在所述盖体14上设有内连接环15和外连接环16,在所述内连接环15和外连接环16之间设有容置槽17,所述泵室1上端设置在所述容置槽17内,在所述外连接环16外壁上设有卡接槽18,在所述泵室1外壁与卡接槽18相应的位置上设有卡接环19,所述的卡接环19卡设在所述卡接槽18内,在所述内连接环15下端设有能与上泵杆6外壁相互密封的内凹密封部20,所述内凹密封部20与内连接环15之间设有环槽21,在所述上泵杆6上端设有限位凸环22,所述复位弹簧9套设在所述上泵杆6上,所述复位弹簧9一端顶压在所述限位凸环22下端面上,所述复位弹簧9另一端设置在所述环槽21内。
本发明中复位弹簧置于锁紧盖内部,吸塞上方,与液体隔离开来,无论使用或自锁状态都不会与液体接触,起到环保作用。
本发明中所述吸塞机构8包括有间隔设置在所述上泵杆6下部的限位台阶23和定位凸环220,在所述限位台阶23和定位凸环220之间的上泵杆6外壁上设有缺槽24,在所述上泵杆6外壁上设有与所述缺槽24相连通的导通孔25,在所述限位台阶23和定位凸环220之间活动套设有吸塞26,在所述吸塞26下端设有与所述定位凸环220相互密封的内凸密封环27。
本发明中所述的吸塞26包括有内塞体28和外塞体29,所述的内塞体28和外塞体29通过连接环30连接,所述内塞体28套设在上泵杆6上,所述的内凸密封环27设置在所述内塞体28下端。
本发明中在所述内凹密封部20下端设有环形密封槽31,所述上泵杆6上升到最高位时所述内塞体28上端密封设置在所述环形密封槽31内。
本发明中上泵杆与吸塞之间,以及吸塞与锁紧盖下端环形密封槽之间在被拉紧状态下能起到很好的密封性能,有效保证了乳液泵的泵液效果。
本发明中所述弯嘴7包括有弯嘴座32,在所述弯嘴座32内设有连接内圈33,在所述弯嘴座32上设有与所述连接内圈33相连通的出液通道34,在所述连接内圈33外壁上设有外凸扣线35,在所述上泵杆6上端内壁与外凸扣线35对应位置上设有扣槽36,所述外凸扣线35扣接在所述扣槽36内。
本发明弯嘴7通过连接内圈33外壁的外凸扣线35与上泵杆6上端内壁的扣槽36相互配合,连接方便快捷。
本发明中所述泵珠机构2包括有与进液口3相连通的泵珠室40,在所述泵珠室40内设有泵珠41,在所述泵珠室40下端设有定位槽42,在所述定位槽42内插接有固定座43,所述的固定座43分别与泵室1内腔和泵珠室40相连通,在所述上泵杆6下端设有能封闭所述固定座43从而防止倒置或受压时漏液的小圆柱44,在所述泵珠室40下端设有能防止泵珠41落入进液口3的定位台阶45。
本发明中在所述泵室1上端外壁设有连接凸台46,在所述连接凸台46与锁紧盖5之间设有锁瓶盖4,在所述连接凸台46下方的泵室1外壁套设有垫片47,在所述进液口3上套设有引液管48。本发明中所述的垫片47能有效保证锁瓶盖与瓶口之间的密封性。
本发明工作原理:
1、顺时针旋转弯嘴90度打开;反之逆时针旋转90度又可锁上;
2、使用按压弯嘴时,克服复位弹簧弹力下移,而吸塞滞后,此时吸塞与上泵杆之间的通道被打开,继续下移将泵室内腔局部气体从吸塞与上泵杆之间的通道排出;松开弯嘴时,在复位弹簧弹力作用下马上复位,吸塞与上泵杆之间的通道瞬间密封,些时泵室内腔形成局部真空,可将液体从引液管引进泵室内腔,连续按压几次可将泵室内腔充满液体;
3、再次按压时,可将泵室内腔液体从弯嘴孔泵出。
