本发明公开了一种汽车隔热装置，涉及汽车制造技术领域；包括泡沫塑料层，所述泡沫塑料层上覆盖有聚氨脂层，所述聚氨脂层上设置有玻璃纤维层，以上三层材料压合成一体。本发明可以解决目前汽车顶棚内饰材料隔热性能不佳的问题。

本发明涉及汽车制造技术领域，尤其是一种汽车隔热装置。
背景技术
吸音绝热材料可以作为一种提高音响效果和抑制噪音的同时抑制热量的流动，具有使室内温度保持一定作用的材料，吸音绝热材料主要被用作汽车顶棚、住宅建筑材料等；目前，汽车顶棚内饰材料一般由PP瓦楞板、PP发泡片材，再加上TPO表面层三者压成一体而成，这种材料具有较好的吸能、吸音作用，可以对汽车内乘员起到一定的保护作用，但这种材料隔热效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车隔热装置，它可以解决目前汽车顶棚内饰材料隔热性能不佳的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
这种汽车隔热装置，包括泡沫塑料层，所述泡沫塑料层上覆盖有聚氨脂层，所述聚氨脂层上设置有玻璃纤维层，以上三层材料压合成一体。
以上技术方案中，进一步的方案是：所述玻璃纤维层是分布有若干小孔。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1、本发明无毒、无污染，具有较好的阻燃性能，可以起到隔热降噪的作用。

这种汽车隔热装置，包括泡沫塑料层3，泡沫塑料层3由泡沫材料制成，其上通过粘合剂覆盖有聚氨脂层2，聚氨脂层2的表面热压复合有一层表面分布有小孔4的玻璃纤维层1。

1.一种汽车隔热装置，其特征在于：包括泡沫塑料层（3），所述泡沫塑料层（3）上覆盖有聚氨脂层（2），所述聚氨脂层（2）上设置有玻璃纤维层（1），以上三层材料压合成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车隔热装置，其特征在于：所述玻璃纤维层（1）是分布有若干小孔（4）。
