Abstract
本发明提供了一种柴油发电机降噪外壳,该外壳包括陶瓷层,腈纶层,塑料层,其中陶瓷层贴合于腈纶层的一面上,塑料层贴合于腈纶层的另一面上,所述陶瓷层、腈纶层、塑料层三者贴合成为一体。本发明通过对材料的组合设计,在结合了陶瓷、腈纶、塑料各自特点的基础上通过结构优化获得了具有突出降噪效果的材料,以其制备柴油发电机外壳能够有效隔离噪音,降低使用过程中的噪声污染。本发明以创造性的技术思路获得了突出的技术效果,同时成本较低、易于实现,极具产业化潜力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及柴油发电机技术领域,具体涉及一种柴油发电机降噪外壳。
背景技术
柴油发电机是一种小型发电设备,系指以柴油等为燃料,以柴油机为原动机带动发电机发电的动力机械。在柴油机汽缸内,经过空气滤清器过滤后的洁净空气与喷油嘴喷射出的高压雾化柴油充分混合,在活塞上行的挤压下,体积缩小,温度迅速升高,达到柴油的燃点。柴油被点燃,混合气体剧烈燃烧,体积迅速膨胀,推动活塞下,各汽缸按一定顺序依次作功,作用在活塞上的推力经过连杆变成了推动曲轴转动的力量,从而带动曲轴旋转。基于柴油发动机的工作原理,在使用过程中会出现较大的噪声,因此有必要从外壳材质的角度开发一种具有降噪功效的材料,从而缓解柴油发电机的噪声污染。
发明内容
本发明旨在针对现有技术的技术缺陷,提供一种柴油发电机降噪外壳。以解决现有技术中柴油发电机噪声较大的技术问题。
为实现以上技术目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种柴油发电机降噪外壳,该外壳包括陶瓷层,腈纶层,塑料层,其中陶瓷层贴合于腈纶层的一面上,塑料层贴合于腈纶层的另一面上,所述陶瓷层、腈纶层、塑料层三者贴合成为一体。
作为优选,所述陶瓷层的厚度等于腈纶层与塑料层厚度之和。
作为优选,所述贴合是通过胶粘的方式实现的。
本发明通过对材料的组合设计,在结合了陶瓷、腈纶、塑料各自特点的基础上通过结构优化获得了具有突出降噪效果的材料,以其制备柴油发电机外壳能够有效隔离噪音,降低使用过程中的噪声污染。本发明以创造性的技术思路获得了突出的技术效果,同时成本较低、易于实现,极具产业化潜力。

一种柴油发电机降噪外壳,其特征在于该外壳包括陶瓷层1,腈纶层2,塑料层3,其中陶瓷层1贴合于腈纶层2的一面上,塑料层3贴合于腈纶层2的另一面上,所述陶瓷层1、腈纶层2、塑料层3三者贴合成为一体。
在以上技术方案的基础上,满足以下条件:
所述陶瓷层1的厚度等于腈纶层2与塑料层3厚度之和。
所述贴合是通过胶粘的方式实现的。
实施例2
一种柴油发电机降噪外壳,其特征在于该外壳包括陶瓷层1,腈纶层2,塑料层3,其中陶瓷层1贴合于腈纶层2的一面上,塑料层3贴合于腈纶层2的另一面上,所述陶瓷层1、腈纶层2、塑料层3三者贴合成为一体。

1.一种柴油发电机降噪外壳,其特征在于该外壳包括陶瓷层(1),腈纶层(2),塑料层(3),其中陶瓷层(1)贴合于腈纶层(2)的一面上,塑料层(3)贴合于腈纶层(2)的另一面上,所述陶瓷层(1)、腈纶层(2)、塑料层(3)三者贴合成为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柴油发电机降噪外壳,其特征在于所述陶瓷层(1)的厚度等于腈纶层(2)与塑料层(3)厚度之和。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柴油发电机降噪外壳,其特征在于所述贴合是通过胶粘的方式实现的。
