Abstract
本发明涉及商用车隔热垫技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温高阻燃的商用车隔热垫及其制作方法;采用所述隔热垫采用多层复合结构:面层为无纺布;内表层为热熔毡;内里层为玻璃棉;底层为铝箔;通过多层复合结构令生产出的隔热垫既能够不易破损,又能够耐高温,而且隔音隔热性能还较好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及商用车隔热垫技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温高阻燃的商用车隔热垫及其制作方法。
背景技术
汽车隔热垫一般安装于汽车发动机舱,起到隔热、隔音与美化的作用。在越来越追求高性能、环保型、节能型、轻量化、个性化的时代,汽车的内饰与汽车的外形一样,成为人们选购汽车的一个重要因素。因此对汽车内饰件的要求也越来越高。在现有技术中,隔热垫的高吸音性、低重量、高强度、高隔热等性能指标成为瓶颈,制约着隔热垫的发展。现有隔热垫主要存在着以下问题1、吸音性指标达不到要求;2、产品刚性差,尤其产品重量轻的产品易折裂;3、产品重量大,不利于整车轻量化;4、整车厂每年都会要求成本递降,导致现有材料制作的隔音垫没有利润空间。
目前国内现有的车用隔热垫大都采用铝箔+玻璃棉或无纺布+热熔毡。上述两组材质都有弊病,铝箔+玻璃棉这种材质表层为铝箔容易破损,铝箔破损后玻璃棉遇到高温会变质或破坏;无纺布+热熔毡这种材质无纺布为表层不耐高温,发动机特高温时容易失火;同时上述两组材质隔音隔热效果也不太明显。因此,开发设计一种耐高温、不易破损、隔音隔热性能好的车用隔热垫维是本领域急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,是针对上述存在的技术不足,提供了一种耐高温高阻燃的商用车隔热垫及其制作方法,采用所述隔热垫采用多层复合结构:面层为无纺布;内表层为热熔毡;内里层为玻璃棉;底层为铝箔;通过多层复合结构令生产出的隔热垫既能够不易破损,又能够耐高温,而且隔音隔热性能还较好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:所述隔热垫采用多层复合结构:面层为无纺布;内表层为热熔毡;内里层为玻璃棉;底层为铝箔。
进一步优化本技术方案,所述制作方法,步骤如下:
(1) 裁料工序:首先按照产品的报幕尺寸,依次将无纺布、热熔毡、玻璃棉和铝箔通过剪裁工具进行预裁处理;
(2) 复合工序:然后根据模具凹凸模的摆放,依次将剪裁好的无纺布、热熔毡、玻璃棉和铝箔置于模具之中,进行机械压缩复合,从而得到料片;
(3) 热压成型工序:将复合好的料片通过烤箱进行加热软化,然后再放到成型模具上进行压制操作,从而得到与车辆对应位置钣金部件相符合的形状,从而得到隔热垫半成品;
(4) 切边切孔工序:首先将隔热垫半成品置于水切胎具上部,然后使用按照图纸要求预先编制好加工程序的水刀对隔热垫半成品进行切割孔位及边缘处理;
(5) 包边工序:将水切后的隔热垫半成品进行边缘包扎,然后的到所述隔热垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:1、复合时不采用单独粘合剂,使产品环保,阻燃性能好、隔音隔热;2、采用电烘箱烤制及热压成型,对生产环境不造成污染,并且成型效果好,两种材质粘贴牢固;3、选用底部材料具有柔软性好、隔热等功能,从而符合车用材料的轻量化要求。

实施例
本发明提供一种耐高温高阻燃的商用车隔热垫
所述隔热垫采用多层复合结构:面层为无纺布;内表层为热熔毡;内里层为玻璃棉;底层为铝箔。
本发明提供一种耐高温高阻燃的商用车隔热垫制作方法
(1) 裁料工序:首先按照产品的报幕尺寸,依次将无纺布、热熔毡、玻璃棉和铝箔通过剪裁工具进行预裁处理;
(2) 复合工序:然后根据模具凹凸模的摆放,依次将剪裁好的无纺布、热熔毡、玻璃棉和铝箔置于模具之中,进行机械压缩复合,从而得到料片;
(3) 热压成型工序:将复合好的料片通过烤箱进行加热软化,然后再放到成型模具上进行压制操作,从而得到与车辆对应位置钣金部件相符合的形状,从而得到隔热垫半成品;
(4) 切边切孔工序:首先将隔热垫半成品置于水切胎具上部,然后使用按照图纸要求预先编制好加工程序的水刀对隔热垫半成品进行切割孔位及边缘处理;
(5) 包边工序:将水切后的隔热垫半成品进行边缘包扎,然后的到所述隔热垫。
效果验证
将本发明所制备的隔热垫进行主要技术指标测试,其实验结果如图1-2所示,可以得知,本发明所制备的隔热垫其各项技术指标均符合企业标准;
将本发明所制备的隔热垫进行隔声测试,其实验结果如图3所示,可以得知,本发明所制备的隔热垫其隔声性能均符合相关标准。

Claims (2)
1.一种耐高温高阻燃的商用车隔热垫,其特征在于:所述隔热垫采用多层复合结构:面层为无纺布;内表层为热熔毡;内里层为玻璃棉;底层为铝箔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温高阻燃的商用车隔热垫的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
裁料工序:首先按照产品的报幕尺寸,依次将无纺布、热熔毡、玻璃棉和铝箔通过剪裁工具进行预裁处理;
复合工序:然后根据模具凹凸模的摆放,依次将剪裁好的无纺布、热熔毡、玻璃棉和铝箔置于模具之中,进行机械压缩复合,从而得到料片;
热压成型工序:将复合好的料片通过烤箱进行加热软化,然后再放到成型模具上进行压制操作,从而得到与车辆对应位置钣金部件相符合的形状,从而得到隔热垫半成品;
切边切孔工序:首先将隔热垫半成品置于水切胎具上部,然后使用按照图纸要求预先编制好加工程序的水刀对隔热垫半成品进行切割孔位及边缘处理;
