Abstract
本发明提供一种显示器及背光模组定位胶结构,所述显示器包括背光模组定位胶结构及液晶面板,所述液晶面板包括边框区及透光区,所述背光模组包括反光片、胶框、导光板及光学膜片,所述反光片、导光板及光学膜片依次叠加设置,所述胶框围绕所述反光片、导光板及光学膜片,所述背光模组还包括双面胶,所述双面胶包括第一层及叠加于第一层的第二层,所述第二层包括遮光部及与遮光部连接的透光部,所述双面胶粘帖所述液晶面板的边框区与背光模组,所述遮光部位于所述光学膜片边缘及所述胶框的位置,所述透光部向所述光学膜片透光部分延伸,所述双面胶长度与所述边框区宽度相同。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种液晶面板与背光模组定位胶结构及显示器。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,随着电子产品轻薄化的发展,电子设备的边框被设计得越来越窄。而背光模组则是液晶显示装置中的一个重要部件,背光模组的边框也势必要越来越窄。
现有技术中的背光模组均包括胶框,导光板被胶框包围,光学膜片通过定位遮光油漆带固定于所述导光板和胶框上。液晶面板定位在背光单元的定位遮光双面胶带上,黑色双面胶的宽度刚好位于人眼看不到的位置,即光线射出位置随着液晶模组的边框宽度越来越窄,所述定位遮光油漆带的宽度也越来越窄,导致定位遮光油漆带与光学膜之间的定位强度减弱,容易发生膜片定位不可靠。为了保证膜片的定位可靠度,定位遮光油漆带的宽度不能无限度的缩窄,因此人眼可以透过液晶面板看到背光单元的黑色边缘,这样影响了整个液晶面板的透光品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶面板与背光模组定位胶结构及显示器,使得液晶面板及显示器具有窄边框且不影响透光品质。
本发明提供一种液晶面板与背光模组定位胶结构,所述背光模组包括反光片、胶框、导光板及光学膜片,所述反光片、导光板及光学膜片依次叠加设置,所述胶框围绕所述反光片、导光板及光学膜片,所述背光模组还包括双面胶,所述双面胶包括第一层及叠加于第一层的第二层,所述第二层包括遮光部及与遮光部连接的透光部,所述双面胶粘帖所述液晶面板与背光模组,所述遮光部位于所述光学膜片边缘及所述胶框的位置,所述透光部位向所述光学膜片透光部分延伸。
其中,所述胶框包括侧壁,与光学膜片位于同一水平面的表面为侧壁的上表面,所述双面胶的第一层贴于所述胶框的上表面及所述光学膜片的边缘上。
其中,所述第二层与所述液晶面板粘帖。
其中,所述双面胶的遮光部为黑色遮光油漆,所述透光部为经过光学处理的透光胶。
其中,所述背光模组还包括背板,所述背板包括底板及侧板,所述反光片装于底板与所述导光板之间,所述双面胶部分与所述侧板粘帖。
其中,所述第一层及第二层外表面设有透明胶体。
本发明还提供一种显示器,其包括背光模组及液晶面板,所述液晶面板包括边框区及透光区,所述背光模组包括反光片、胶框、导光板及光学膜片,所述反光片、导光板及光学膜片依次叠加设置,所述胶框围绕所述反光片、导光板及光学膜片,所述背光模组还包括双面胶,所述双面胶包括第一层及叠加于第一层的第二层,所述第二层包括遮光部及与遮光部连接的透光部,所述双面胶粘帖所述液晶面板的边框区与背光模组,所述遮光部位于所述光学膜片边缘及所述胶框的位置,所述透光部向所述光学膜片透光部分延伸,所述双面胶长度与所述边框区宽度相同。
其中,所述第二层与所述液晶面板的边框区粘帖,所述透光部位于所述边框区上,并且临近所述边框区与透光区的分界线。
其中,所述胶框包括侧壁,与光学膜片位于同一水平面的表面为侧壁的上表面,所述双面胶的第一层贴于胶框的上表面及所述光学膜片的边缘上。
其中,所述双面胶的遮光部为黑色遮光油漆,所述透光部为经过光学处理的透光胶。
本发明的背光模组定位胶结构的双面胶包括遮光部及透光部。整个双面胶可以粘帖所述液晶面板的边框区与边框区所对应的背光模组的胶框及光学膜片的边缘,增强了所述双面胶对所述背光模组与液晶面板的结合力,避免组装及测试过程中影响所述背光模组及液晶面板的质量,同时,所述透光部在具有粘帖功能的同时同样可以使光线通过尽速导光板,保证了液晶面板的光线强度,也实现了窄边框的效果。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1与图2,本发明佳实施方式提供一种液晶面板20与背光模组定位胶结构。所述液晶面板20包括边框区21及透光区22。所述边框区21围绕所述透光区22设置。所述背光模组10包括反光片12、胶框13、导光板15及光学膜片17。所述反光片12、导光板15及光学膜片16依次叠加设置,所述胶框13围绕所述反光片12、导光板15及光学膜片16。所述背光模组还包括双面胶18,所述双面胶18包括第一层181及叠加于第一层181的第二层182,所述第二层182包括遮光部183及与遮光部183连接的透光部185。所述双面胶18粘帖所述液晶面板20与背光模组10,所述遮光部183位于所述光学膜片17边缘及所述胶框13的位置,所述透光部185位向所述光学膜片17透光部分延伸。所述双面胶18长度与所述边框区21的宽度相同。所述第一层181与第二层182表面都涂有透明胶体,用于实现双面胶的粘帖功能。
进一步的,所述背板11包括底板111及侧板112,所述底板111与所述侧板112围成收容空间,用于收容所述所述胶框13、导光板15及光学膜片17。所述反光片12装于底板111与所述导光板15之间,所述双面胶18部分与所述侧板112粘帖。
本实施例中,所述胶框13包括侧壁131,与光学膜片17位于同一水平面的表面为侧壁131的上表面(图未标),所述双面胶18的第一层181贴于胶框13的上表面及光学膜片17的边缘上。本实施例中,所述第一层181为透明层。
进一步的,所述第二层182与所述液晶面板20粘帖。本实施例中,所述第二层182与所述液晶面板20的边框区21粘帖,所述透光部185位于所述边框区21上,并且临近所述边框区21与透光区22的分界线。所述双面胶18的长度与所述边框区21的宽度相同,所述透光部185由遮光部183延伸至所述边框区21与透光区22的分界线位置。
进一步的,所述双面胶18的遮光部183为黑色遮光油漆。所述透光部185为经过光学处理的透光胶。当光线从所述液晶面板射入所述光学膜片17时,倾斜的光线透过所述透光部185同样可以射入所述光学膜片17后进入导光板15,不会影响所述光线的进入及射出。在其它实施方式中,所述第一层181外表面与所述遮光部183相对的位置涂有黑色遮光油漆层,透明胶体设于所述黑色遮光油漆层外侧。
本发明的背光模组定位胶结构的双面胶18包括遮光部183及透光部185。整个双面胶18可以粘帖所述液晶面板的边框区21与边框区21所对应的背光模组10的胶框13及光学膜片17的边缘,增强了所述双面胶18对所述背光模组10与液晶面板20的结合力,避免组装及测试过程中影响所述背光模组及液晶面板的质量,同时,所述透光部185在具有粘帖功能的同时同样可以使光线通过导光板15反射,保证了液晶面板20的光线强度。再者,肉眼从液晶屏幕看上去,是看不到所述透光部183,实现了窄边框的技术效果。

Claims (10)
1.一种液晶面板与背光模组定位胶结构,所述背光模组包括反光片、胶框、导光板及光学膜片,所述反光片、导光板及光学膜片依次叠加设置,所述胶框围绕所述反光片、导光板及光学膜片,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括双面胶,所述双面胶包括第一层及叠加于第一层的第二层,所述第二层包括遮光部及与遮光部连接的透光部,所述双面胶粘帖所述液晶面板与背光模组,所述遮光部位于所述光学膜片边缘及所述胶框的位置,所述透光部位向所述光学膜片透光部分延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶面板与背光模组定位胶结构,其特征在于,所述胶框包括侧壁,与光学膜片位于同一水平面的表面为侧壁的上表面,所述双面胶的第一层贴于所述胶框的上表面及所述光学膜片的边缘上。
3.如权利要求2所述的液晶面板与背光模组定位胶结构,其特征在于,所述第二层与所述液晶面板粘帖。
4.如权利要求3所述的液晶面板与背光模组定位胶结构,其特征在于,所述双面胶的遮光部为黑色遮光油漆;所述透光部为经过光学处理的透光胶。
5.如权利要求4所述的液晶面板与背光模组定位胶结构,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括背板,所述背板包括底板及侧板,所述反光片装于底板与所述导光板之间,所述双面胶部分与所述侧板粘帖。
6.如权利要求1所述的液晶面板与背光模组定位胶结构,其特征在于,所述第一层及第二层外表面设有透明胶体。
7.一种显示器,其包括背光模组定位胶结构及液晶面板,所述液晶面板包括边框区及透光区,所述背光模组包括反光片、胶框、导光板及光学膜片,所述反光片、导光板及光学膜片依次叠加设置,所述胶框围绕所述反光片、导光板及光学膜片,所述背光模组还包括双面胶,所述双面胶包括第一层及叠加于第一层的第二层,所述第二层包括遮光部及与遮光部连接的透光部,所述双面胶粘帖所述液晶面板的边框区与背光模组,所述遮光部位于所述光学膜片边缘及所述胶框的位置,所述透光部向所述光学膜片透光部分延伸,所述双面胶长度与所述边框区宽度相同。
8.如权利要求7所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述第二层与所述液晶面板的边框区粘帖,所述透光部位于所述边框区上,并且临近所述边框区与透光区的分界线。
9.如权利要求7所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述胶框包括侧壁,与光学膜片位于同一水平面的表面为侧壁的上表面,所述双面胶的第一层贴于胶框的上表面及所述光学膜片的边缘上。
10.如权利要求7所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述双面胶的遮光部为黑色遮光油漆,所述透光部为经过光学处理的透光胶。
