技术领域

背景技术
由至少两个相互连接的部件构成的结构件被应用在不同的技术领域中,例如作为支承结构件用于汽车工业。通常为构成结构件将两个或多个金属件相互连接。近年来,人们也尝试通过更轻的塑料件或复合件完全或部分替代金属件。一般情况下,为构成结构件,通过部件的螺栓连接或铆接制造部件之间的连接。

金属的连接件因此依据本发明利用螺母或其他锁紧件不复杂地固定在第二部件的侧面上,而且也不必贯穿第二部件,而是直接与例如可以是金属板或金属成型件的第二部件焊接,或与可以嵌入或插入第二部件内的另一金属连接件焊接。焊接特别是可以在第二部件的朝向第一部件的表面上进行。但连接件例如也可以贯穿第二部件并与第二部件的背向第一部件的表面焊接。

特别地,第一部件是板或成型件,和/或第二部件是板或成型件。板或成型件不仅是指平面的或基本上在一个平面上延伸的部件,而且也指结构件或成型件,例如像冲压件、锻造件和拉拔件,或异型棒或板型材或局部挤压的管或铸型材和类似的部件。

20.按权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,将多个连接件(1、2、3、4)插入第一部件(10)内,并随后将第二部件(11)相对于第一部件(10)定位,并且随后将连接件(1、2、3、4)与第二部件(11)焊接和/或与贯穿第二部件(11)的由金属制成的另一连接件焊接。
21.按权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,焊接通过点焊、堆焊、摩擦焊接或通过借助反应膜进行的焊接完成。
