Abstract

本发明公开了一种筛板用聚酯型聚氨酯树脂组合物及其制备方法和使用方法,该组合物按质量份计包括以下组成:A组分包括聚酯二醇1100份、4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯80~123份;B组分包括聚酯二醇2100份;C组分包括1,4-丁二醇100份、有机胺类催化剂0.1~0.5份。聚酯二醇1为己二酸乙二醇己二醇聚酯、己二酸乙二醇新戊二醇聚酯二醇等一种或其两种组合;聚酯二醇2为己二酸一缩二乙二醇聚酯二醇,己二酸丁二醇聚酯二醇,己二酸乙二醇丁二醇聚酯二醇等中的一种或其几种组合。采用该组合物制备的筛板在-20℃时,弹性体硬度比室温硬度增加值≤10。

一种筛板用聚酯型聚氨酯树脂组合物及其制备方法和使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及浇注型聚氨酯弹性体领域,特别涉及在低温环境下仍然能保持较好回弹、耐磨等性能的筛板用聚酯型聚氨酯树脂组合物。
背景技术
聚氨酯弹性体具有优异的回弹、耐磨、耐撕裂等性能,用其制备的筛板不仅可大幅度减轻设备重量,降低设备成本,延长使用寿命,而且降低噪音,广泛应用于矿山、冶金、焦炭、洗煤、石油、化工等行业振动筛洗选分级作业领域。
聚氨酯筛板按低聚物多元醇分类主要有聚酯型筛板和聚醚型筛板,其中聚酯型筛板所采用的聚酯多为己二酸系聚酯,平均分子量在1000~2000之间,并且合成聚酯所用的二元醇为乙二醇、丙二醇中的一种或者其混合醇。如王文锐,李红飞,贾沛.聚氨酯筛板的工业生产及其性能比较[J].山西化工,2006(4):60~62.介绍的聚酯-TDI-MOCA配方中,聚酯多元醇为己二酸乙二醇丙二醇和己二酸乙二醇聚酯;刘锦春,赵菲.聚氨酯矿用筛板(网)的研制[J].特种橡胶制品,2002(6):32~36.介绍了MDI/聚酯型筛板用料配方,采用的聚酯结构为己二酸乙二醇酯。采用该类聚酯制备的聚氨酯弹性体,耐低温性能差,硬度随温度变化较大,-20℃时会出现冷硬化现象,失去原有的回弹性,耐磨性能下降,导致振动筛筛分效率降低,振动筛使用寿命缩短。
发明内容
本发明要解决的第一个技术问题是提供一种筛板用聚酯型聚氨酯树脂组合物,采用该组合物制备的筛板在-20℃时,弹性体硬度比室温硬度增加值≤10。
本发明要解决的第二个技术问题是提供一种筛板用聚酯型聚氨酯树脂组合物的制备方法。
本发明要解决的第三个技术问题是提供一种该组合物的使用方法。
本发明的技术方案为:合成预聚物的聚酯采用混合醇-己二酸系聚酯,其中混合醇为乙二醇和C原子数为5或6的小分子醇的混合物。小分子醇如己二醇、新戊二醇等。
本发明所述筛板用聚酯型聚氨酯树脂组合物包括预聚物组分(A组分)、聚酯多元醇组分(B组分)和固化剂组分(C组分),按质量份计包括以下组成:
(1)A组分:聚酯二醇1 100份,4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯80~123份;
(2)B组分:聚酯二醇2 100份;
(3)C组分:1,4-丁二醇100份,有机胺类催化剂0.1~0.5份。
A、B、C比例为100/32~80/10.6~13.9。
A组分中聚酯二醇1为己二酸乙二醇己二醇聚酯(PEHA)、己二酸乙二醇新戊二醇聚酯二醇(PENA)等一种或其两种组合。聚酯二醇1数均分子量一般为1000~3000,优选1500,PEHA聚酯中乙二醇和己二醇的摩尔比优选为1∶1~4∶1,PENA聚酯中乙二醇和新戊二醇摩尔比优选为1∶1~2∶1。
B组分中聚酯二醇2为己二酸一缩二乙二醇聚酯二醇(PEDA),己二酸丁二醇聚酯二醇(PBA),己二酸乙二醇丁二醇聚酯二醇(PEBA)等中的一种或其几种组合。聚酯二醇2数均分子量一般为1000~3000,优选2000。
一种本发明所述聚酯型聚氨酯树脂组合物的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)A组分:将4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和脱水后的聚酯二醇1按计量比加入反应釜,温度控制在75~85℃,在高纯氮保护下反应3~4h,抽真空脱除气泡,降温出料,密封保存。NCO质量分数为8%~18%,优选12%~16%。
(2)B组分:将融化的聚酯二醇2加入脱水釜中,于100~120℃下脱水2~3h,降温出料,密封保存。
(3)C组分:将1,4-丁二醇加入脱水釜中,于90~100℃脱水3~5h,取样测试水分小于300ppm后,降温至50~60℃,加入催化剂,搅拌30min,出料封存。
本发明所述筛板用聚酯型聚氨酯树脂组合物,使用方法如下:
将A组分料温控制在40~70℃,B组分料温控制在60~80℃,C组分料温控制在40~50℃,在A/B/C=100/32~160/5.5~13.9范围内调整A、B、C三组分比例,将三组分充分混合,注入模温为110~120℃模具中成型,20~60min脱模,脱模后制品置于110~120℃烘箱中熟化16~24h,常温放置7天后使用。
本发明所述聚酯型聚氨酯树脂组合物通过采用在结构中引入C原子数为5或6的小分子醇的混合醇-己二酸系聚酯二醇合成预聚物,所制得的聚氨酯弹性体,改善了低温下的弹性和耐磨性,弹性体由常温到-20℃硬度变化小,不会出现冷硬化现象,满足振动筛低温使用要求。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,不限于本发明。实施例中所述份均为质量份数。
具体实施例中的制备工艺如下:
(1)A组分:将表1中各实施例的异氰酸酯和脱水的聚酯二醇1按比例投入反应釜中,温度控制在75~85℃,在高纯氮气保护下反应3~4h,真空脱泡,取样测试NCO含量,降温出料,密封保存;
(2)B组分:将表2中的聚酯二醇2加入脱水釜中,于100~120℃下脱水2~3h,降温出料,密封保存;
(3)C组分:将表3中的1,4-丁二醇加入脱水釜中,于90~100℃脱水3~5h,取样测试水分小于300ppm后,降温至50~60℃,按比例加入催化剂,搅拌30min,出料封存。
将A、B、C三组分按比例100/32~80/10.6~13.9混合后注入预热至110~120℃的模具中,脱模后于110~120℃熟化16~24h,之后常温放置7天进行力学性能测试。
实施例1-3和对比例所用原料见表1、表2、表3。其中主要原料代号为:
4,4′-MDI:4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯;
LM2875:己二酸乙二醇丙二醇聚酯二醇,数均分子量1500;
LM2075:己二酸乙二醇聚酯二醇,数均分子量1500;
PEHA-1500:己二酸乙二醇己二醇聚酯二醇,数均分子量为1500;
PENA-1500:己二酸乙二醇新戊二醇聚酯二醇,数均分子量为1500;
PBA:己二酸丁二醇聚酯二醇,平均分子量为2000;
PEDA:己二酸乙二醇一缩二乙二醇聚酯二醇,数均分子量为2000;
PEBA:己二酸乙二醇丁二醇聚酯二醇,数均分子量为2000;
1,4-BDO:1,4-丁二醇;
A33:三乙烯二胺溶液;

Claims (5)

1.一种筛板用聚酯型聚氨酯树脂组合物,包括预聚物组分(A组分)、聚酯多元醇组分(B组分)和固化剂组分(C组分),按质量份计包括以下组成:
(1)A组分:聚酯二醇1  100份,4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 80~123份;
(2)B组分:聚酯二醇2  100份;
(3)C组分:1,4-丁二醇 100份,有机胺类催化剂 0.1~0.5份;
A、B、C比例为100/32~80/10.6~13.9;
A组分中聚酯二醇1为己二酸乙二醇己二醇聚酯(PEHA)、己二酸乙二醇新戊二醇聚酯二醇(PENA)一种或其两种组合;
B组分中聚酯二醇2为己二酸一缩二乙二醇聚酯二醇(PEDA)、己二酸丁二醇聚酯二醇(PBA)、己二酸乙二醇丁二醇聚酯二醇(PEBA)中的一种或其几种组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的筛板用聚酯型聚氨酯树脂组合物,PEHA聚酯中乙二醇和己二醇的摩尔比为1∶1~4∶1,PENA聚酯中乙二醇和新戊二醇摩尔比为1∶1~2∶1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的筛板用聚酯型聚氨酯树脂组合物,其中聚酯二醇1数均分子量为1000~3000,聚酯二醇2数均分子量为1000~3000。
4.一种制备权利要求1~3之一所述的筛板用聚酯型聚氨酯树脂组合物的方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)A组分:将4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和脱水后的聚酯二醇1按计量比加入反应釜,温度控制在75~85℃,在高纯氮保护下反应3~4h,抽真空脱除气泡,降温出料,密封保存,NCO质量分数为8%~18%;
(2)B组分:将融化的聚酯二醇2加入脱水釜中,于100~120℃下脱水2~3h,降温出料,密封保存;
(3)C组分:将1,4-丁二醇加入脱水釜中,于90~100℃脱水3~5h,取样测试水分小于300ppm后,降温至50~60℃,加入催化剂,搅拌30min,出料封存。
5.一种权利要求1~3之一所述的筛板用聚酯型聚氨酯树脂组合物的使用方法,将A组分料温控制在40~70℃,B组分料温控制在60~80℃,C组分料温控制在40~50℃,在A/B/C=100/32~160/5.5~13.9范围内调整A、B、C三组分比例,将三组分充分混合,注入模温为110~120℃模具中成型,20~60min脱模,脱模后制品置于110~120℃烘箱中熟化16~24h,常温放置7天后使用。
