本发明公开了一种清肺化痰枇杷蜜,是由下述重量份的原料制成:枇杷蜜600-700、绿豆10-20、玉米粒30-40、香芋20-30、草莓30-40、雪梨40-50、款冬花10-12、羊栖菜6-7、龙利叶4-5、竹茹2-3、番薯藤6-7、辣蓼草1-2、紫菀7-8、余甘子5-6、海藻粉10-14、调香粉15-20、葡萄酒和嫩葫芦适量;本发明在枇杷蜜中添加多种具有生津润肺、止咳化痰、清热排毒、利尿通便等功效的原料,使其保健价值更高,加入特制调香粉来掩盖成品中原料过多导致杂乱的风味,让口感更佳,保存在葫芦中使蜂蜜吸收葫芦的营养成分,更祛除了蜂蜜中对人体有害的成分。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种清肺化痰枇杷蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜具有益气补中、除百病、和百药、润脏腑、调脾胃、久服延年益寿的功效,是一种营养丰富的保健饮品,但市面上现有蜂蜜大多只是简单加工处理,原料单一、口感简单,无法满足消费者的需求,为此本发明提供一种保健蜂蜜。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种清肺化痰枇杷蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种清肺化痰枇杷蜜,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
枇杷蜜600-700、绿豆10-20、玉米粒30-40、香芋20-30、草莓30-40、雪梨40-50、款冬花10-12、羊栖菜6-7、龙利叶4-5、竹茹2-3、番薯藤6-7、辣蓼草1-2、紫菀7-8、余甘子5-6、海藻粉10-14、调香粉15-20、葡萄酒和嫩葫芦适量;
所述调香粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:金银花:香椿芽:绿茶:米酒糟=2:1:2:2-3,新鲜柠檬皮适量;
所述调香粉制备方法:将金银花、香椿芽、绿茶清洗干净后沥干,与米酒糟混合均匀,用新鲜柠檬皮包裹,送入烘箱烘烤至皮干,冷却后取出柠檬皮内物料,超微粉碎,得到调香粉。
一种清肺化痰枇杷蜜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将成熟的绿豆、玉米粒拣杂淘洗后送入锅中炒至熟香,倒入葡萄酒淹没原料,小火煮沸30-40分钟,滤出原料,膨化处理后超微粉碎,得到营养粉;
(2)将香芋去皮洗净后切丁,送入铺有2-3层荷叶的蒸锅,用葡萄酒代替水来进行蒸制,大火蒸熟,冷却后取出香芋,冷冻干燥后粉碎,得到香芋粉;
(3)将新鲜的草莓洗净后去蒂、雪梨去皮去核、款冬花和羊栖菜去杂洗净,全部混合,加入2-3倍清水打浆,小火煮沸8-12分钟,冷却后加入料重0.1-0.2%的果浆酶,在30-35℃下酶解至完全,灭酶后离心分离去渣,得到酶解液;
(4)将龙利叶、竹茹、番薯藤、辣蓼草、紫菀、余甘子混合粉碎,加入7-8倍清水,文火煎煮1-2小时,冷却后过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(5)将长到7-8成熟的嫩葫芦上方开一小口,将上述营养粉、香芋粉、酶解液、中药粉与枇杷蜜等剩余原料混合均匀,从小口送入葫芦中,装满后堵住小口,让葫芦继续生长18-24天,打开葫芦,取出成品枇杷蜜,过滤后灭菌灌装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明在枇杷蜜中添加多种具有生津润肺、止咳化痰、清热排毒、利尿通便等功效的原料,使其保健价值更高,加入特制调香粉来掩盖成品中原料过多导致杂乱的风味,让口感更佳,保存在葫芦中使蜂蜜吸收葫芦的营养成分,更祛除了蜂蜜中对人体有害的成分。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种清肺化痰枇杷蜜,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
枇杷蜜600、绿豆10、玉米粒30、香芋20、草莓30、雪梨40、款冬花10、羊栖菜6、龙利叶4、竹茹2、番薯藤6、辣蓼草1、紫菀7、余甘子5、海藻粉10、调香粉15、葡萄酒和嫩葫芦适量;
所述调香粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:金银花:香椿芽:绿茶:米酒糟=2:1:2:3,新鲜柠檬皮适量;
所述调香粉制备方法:将金银花、香椿芽、绿茶清洗干净后沥干,与米酒糟混合均匀,用新鲜柠檬皮包裹,送入烘箱烘烤至皮干,冷却后取出柠檬皮内物料,超微粉碎,得到调香粉。
一种清肺化痰枇杷蜜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将成熟的绿豆、玉米粒拣杂淘洗后送入锅中炒至熟香,倒入葡萄酒淹没原料,小火煮沸40分钟,滤出原料,膨化处理后超微粉碎,得到营养粉;
(2)将香芋去皮洗净后切丁,送入铺有3层荷叶的蒸锅,用葡萄酒代替水来进行蒸制,大火蒸熟,冷却后取出香芋,冷冻干燥后粉碎,得到香芋粉;
(3)将新鲜的草莓洗净后去蒂、雪梨去皮去核、款冬花和羊栖菜去杂洗净,全部混合,加入3倍清水打浆,小火煮沸8分钟,冷却后加入料重0.1%的果浆酶,在30℃下酶解至完全,灭酶后离心分离去渣,得到酶解液;
(4)将龙利叶、竹茹、番薯藤、辣蓼草、紫菀、余甘子混合粉碎,加入7倍清水,文火煎煮1小时,冷却后过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(5)将长到8成熟的嫩葫芦上方开一小口,将上述营养粉、香芋粉、酶解液、中药粉与枇杷蜜等剩余原料混合均匀,从小口送入葫芦中,装满后堵住小口,让葫芦继续生长21天,打开葫芦,取出成品枇杷蜜,过滤后灭菌灌装。
Claims (2)
1.一种清肺化痰枇杷蜜,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
枇杷蜜600-700、绿豆10-20、玉米粒30-40、香芋20-30、草莓30-40、雪梨40-50、款冬花10-12、羊栖菜6-7、龙利叶4-5、竹茹2-3、番薯藤6-7、辣蓼草1-2、紫菀7-8、余甘子5-6、海藻粉10-14、调香粉15-20、葡萄酒和嫩葫芦适量;
所述调香粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:金银花:香椿芽:绿茶:米酒糟=2:1:2:2-3,新鲜柠檬皮适量;
所述调香粉制备方法:将金银花、香椿芽、绿茶清洗干净后沥干,与米酒糟混合均匀,用新鲜柠檬皮包裹,送入烘箱烘烤至皮干,冷却后取出柠檬皮内物料,超微粉碎,得到调香粉。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的清肺化痰枇杷蜜制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将成熟的绿豆、玉米粒拣杂淘洗后送入锅中炒至熟香,倒入葡萄酒淹没原料,小火煮沸30-40分钟,滤出原料,膨化处理后超微粉碎,得到营养粉;
(2)将香芋去皮洗净后切丁,送入铺有2-3层荷叶的蒸锅,用葡萄酒代替水来进行蒸制,大火蒸熟,冷却后取出香芋,冷冻干燥后粉碎,得到香芋粉;
