Abstract

一种耐磨耐冲刷橡胶内衬及其制备方法,通过以芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维构成骨架,然后用特种耐腐蚀橡胶作为基料与其进行混炼,在混炼过程中再辅以碳化硅微粉或碳化锆微粉、氧化铝微粉、氧化硅微粉和单质硅微粉等耐磨性强的材料填充,从而制得了一种具有高强度、耐磨性好、耐冲刷性好和耐穿刺性好的橡胶材料,并在其表面粘附上一层耐磨陶瓷片从而进一步增强其耐磨性、耐冲刷和穿刺性,然后将其作为内衬材料,不仅具备很强的耐磨性、耐冲刷性和耐穿刺性,而且也兼具了一定的回弹性和柔韧性,与常规的金属内衬或无机非金属材料浇筑的内衬相比,具有重量轻和易于安装、更换的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及到高分子材料领域中的橡胶材料,具体的说是一种耐磨耐冲刷橡胶内衬及其制备方法。
背景技术
橡胶是一种有弹性的聚合物,可以从一些植物的树汁中取得(天然橡胶),也可以是人造的(合成橡胶),由于合成橡胶的种类很多,不同种类的橡胶具备不同的性能,比如说顺丁橡胶具有特别优异的耐寒性、耐磨性、弹性和耐老化性能,但抗撕裂性能较差、抗湿滑性能不好;异戊橡胶与天然橡胶一样,具有良好的弹性和耐磨性,优良的耐热性和较好的化学稳定性;乙丙橡胶化学稳定性好,耐磨性、弹性、耐油性和丁苯橡胶接近。
但是橡胶所谓的耐磨性好主要是只应用于轮胎等工业产品时的耐磨性,但是当橡胶应用于其他领域时,其耐磨性就会远远达不到要求,比如说将橡胶应用于内衬材料以承受一定的冲刷和耐磨力时,其耐磨性就远远达不到要求。
发明内容
为解决现有的橡胶材料在作为需要承受冲刷力的内衬材料时耐磨性和防穿刺性不能满足需要的问题,本发明提供了一种耐磨耐冲刷橡胶内衬及其制备方法,采用一种新型的橡胶材料作为基底,然后在其表面贴上一层耐磨陶瓷片,这种新型橡胶材料,牺牲掉橡胶材料的部分弹性来提高其耐磨、耐冲刷以及耐穿刺性能,使得其能够被广泛应用于一些输送粉体、腐蚀性液体、工业砂浆等管道的内衬,或者是耐磨分级旋流器的内衬材料。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种耐磨耐冲刷橡胶内衬,包括橡胶基底和粘贴于橡胶基底上的一层耐磨陶瓷片,所述橡胶基底由芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维构成骨架,以特种耐腐蚀橡胶作为基料,并添加粒径为150目的碳化硅微粉或碳化锆微粉、粒径为150目的氧化铝微粉、粒径为200目的氧化硅微粉和粒径为300目的单质硅微粉作为外加剂制成,其中,芳纶玻纤的含量为5-6%,锦纶纤维的含量为3-4%,碳化硅微粉或碳化锆微粉的含量为0.3-0.5%,氧化铝微粉的含量为0.1-0.3%、氧化硅微粉的含量为0.1-0.2%,单质硅微粉的含量为0.05-0.1%,其余为特种耐腐蚀橡胶,所述特种耐腐蚀橡胶为市售的氟橡胶、全氟橡胶或四丙氟橡胶。
所述芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维构成的骨架中还填充有碳纤维,碳纤维的含量为0.1-0.2%。
所述外加剂中还含有粒径300目以下的煅烧高岭土微粉,煅烧高岭土微粉的含量为0.1-0.2%。
所述芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维构成的骨架中还填充有玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维的含量为0.05-0.1%。
所述耐磨陶瓷片与橡胶基底采用热硫化工艺粘接。
上述耐磨耐冲刷橡胶内衬的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述的比例称取各组分,并将芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维分别融化后拉成直径不超过0.1mm细丝,然后再将芳纶玻纤丝和锦纶纤维丝混杂,备用;
2)将外加剂中的碳化硅微粉或碳化锆微粉以及氧化铝微粉加入到步骤1)的混杂物中,然后送入密炼机中混炼,混炼温度为150-170摄氏度、压力为35-40MPa,转子转速为60rpm,混炼2-3min,备用;
3)将特种耐腐蚀橡胶送入另一台密炼机中,待其完全融化后向其中加入其余的外加剂进行混炼,混炼温度为160-170摄氏度、压力为35-45MPa,转子转速为90rpm,混炼1-2min,备用;
4)将步骤3)中混炼后的特种耐腐蚀橡胶与步骤2)中混炼后的产物混合后再次混炼,混炼温度为165-170摄氏度、压力为40-42MPa,转子转速为90rpm,混炼2-3min,混炼结束后送入模具内热压成型即得到橡胶基底;
5)取市售的耐磨陶瓷片,在其底面涂上陶瓷有机粘合剂,然后将其粘合到步骤4)制得的橡胶基底表面,使橡胶基底表面形成一层耐磨陶瓷片层,然后将其送入到压力机中压制成型即得到产品。
所述步骤5)中压制成型时,压力为30-40MPa,温度为70-80摄氏度。
有益效果:本发明通过以芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维构成骨架,然后用特种耐腐蚀橡胶作为基料与其进行混炼,在混炼过程中再辅以碳化硅微粉或碳化锆微粉、氧化铝微粉、氧化硅微粉和单质硅微粉等耐磨性强的材料填充,从而制得了一种具有高强度、耐磨性好、耐冲刷性好和耐穿刺性好的橡胶材料,并在其表面粘附上一层耐磨陶瓷片从而进一步增强其耐磨性、耐冲刷和穿刺性,然后将其作为内衬材料,不仅具备很强的耐磨性、耐冲刷性和耐穿刺性,而且也兼具了一定的回弹性和柔韧性,与常规的金属内衬或无机非金属材料浇筑的内衬相比,具有重量轻和易于安装、更换的特点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的阐述,各实施例中所用的特种耐腐蚀橡胶为市售的氟橡胶、全氟橡胶或四丙氟橡胶,所用的耐磨陶瓷片为市售的产品,根据需要选定合适的尺寸和厚度。
实施例1
一种耐磨耐冲刷橡胶内衬,包括橡胶基底和粘贴于橡胶基底上的一层耐磨陶瓷片,所述橡胶基底由芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维构成骨架,以特种耐腐蚀橡胶作为基料,并添加粒径为150目的碳化硅微粉、粒径为150目的氧化铝微粉、粒径为200目的氧化硅微粉和粒径为300目的单质硅微粉作为外加剂制成,其中,芳纶玻纤的含量为5%,锦纶纤维的含量为3%,碳化硅微粉的含量为0.3%,氧化铝微粉的含量为0.1%、氧化硅微粉的含量为0.1%,单质硅微粉的含量为0.05%,其余为特种耐腐蚀橡胶。
该耐磨耐冲刷橡胶材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述的比例称取各组分,并将芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维分别融化后拉成直径不超过0.1mm细丝,然后再将芳纶玻纤丝和锦纶纤维丝混杂,备用;
2)将外加剂中的碳化硅微粉以及氧化铝微粉加入到步骤1)的混杂物中,然后送入密炼机中混炼,混炼温度为150摄氏度、压力为35MPa,转子转速为60rpm,混炼3min,备用;
3)将特种耐腐蚀橡胶送入另一台密炼机中,待其完全融化后向其中加入其余的外加剂进行混炼,混炼温度为160摄氏度、压力为35MPa,转子转速为90rpm,混炼2min,备用;
4)将步骤3)中混炼后的特种耐腐蚀橡胶与步骤2)中混炼后的产物混合后再次混炼,混炼温度为165摄氏度、压力为40MPa,转子转速为90rpm,混炼3min,混炼结束后送入模具内热压成型即得到橡胶基底;
5)取市售的耐磨陶瓷片,在其底面涂上陶瓷有机粘合剂,然后将其粘合到步骤4)制得的橡胶基底表面,使橡胶基底表面形成一层耐磨陶瓷片层,然后将其送入到压力机中压制成型即得到产品。

一种耐磨耐冲刷橡胶内衬,包括橡胶基底和粘贴于橡胶基底上的一层耐磨陶瓷片,所述橡胶基底由芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维构成骨架,以特种耐腐蚀橡胶作为基料,并添加粒径为150目的碳化锆微粉、粒径为150目的氧化铝微粉、粒径为200目的氧化硅微粉和粒径为300目的单质硅微粉作为外加剂制成,其中,芳纶玻纤的含量为6%,锦纶纤维的含量为4%,碳化锆微粉的含量为0.5%,氧化铝微粉的含量为0.3%、氧化硅微粉的含量为0.2%,单质硅微粉的含量为0.1%,其余为特种耐腐蚀橡胶。
该耐磨耐冲刷橡胶材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述的比例称取各组分,并将芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维分别融化后拉成直径不超过0.1mm细丝,然后再将芳纶玻纤丝和锦纶纤维丝混杂,备用;
2)将外加剂中的碳化锆微粉以及氧化铝微粉加入到步骤1)的混杂物中,然后送入密炼机中混炼,混炼温度为170摄氏度、压力为40MPa,转子转速为60rpm,混炼2min,备用;
3)将特种耐腐蚀橡胶送入另一台密炼机中,待其完全融化后向其中加入其余的外加剂进行混炼,混炼温度为170摄氏度、压力为45MPa,转子转速为90rpm,混炼1min,备用;
4)将步骤3)中混炼后的特种耐腐蚀橡胶与步骤2)中混炼后的产物混合后再次混炼,混炼温度为170摄氏度、压力为42MPa,转子转速为90rpm,混炼2min,混炼结束后送入模具内热压成型即得到橡胶基底;
5)取市售的耐磨陶瓷片,在其底面涂上陶瓷有机粘合剂,然后将其粘合到步骤4)制得的橡胶基底表面,使橡胶基底表面形成一层耐磨陶瓷片层,然后将其送入到压力机中压制成型即得到产品。

该耐磨耐冲刷橡胶材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述的比例称取各组分,并将芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维分别融化后拉成直径不超过0.1mm细丝,然后再将芳纶玻纤丝和锦纶纤维丝混杂,备用;
2)将外加剂中的碳化硅微粉以及氧化铝微粉加入到步骤1)的混杂物中,然后送入密炼机中混炼,混炼温度为160摄氏度、压力为38MPa,转子转速为60rpm,混炼2.5min,备用;
3)将特种耐腐蚀橡胶送入另一台密炼机中,待其完全融化后向其中加入其余的外加剂进行混炼,混炼温度为165摄氏度、压力为40MPa,转子转速为90rpm,混炼1.5min,备用;
4)将步骤3)中混炼后的特种耐腐蚀橡胶与步骤2)中混炼后的产物混合后再次混炼,混炼温度为168摄氏度、压力为41MPa,转子转速为90rpm,混炼2.5min,混炼结束后送入模具内热压成型即得到橡胶基底;
5)取市售的耐磨陶瓷片,在其底面涂上陶瓷有机粘合剂,然后将其粘合到步骤4)制得的橡胶基底表面,使橡胶基底表面形成一层耐磨陶瓷片层,然后将其送入到压力机中压制成型即得到产品。

如,所述芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维构成的骨架中还填充有碳纤维,碳纤维的含量为0.15%;
又如,所述外加剂中还含有煅烧高岭土微粉,煅烧高岭土微粉的含量为0.15%;
再如,所述芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维构成的骨架中还填充有玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维的含量为0.075%;
还比如,所述耐磨陶瓷片与橡胶基底采用热硫化工艺粘接;
最后,所述步骤5)中压制成型时,挤压压力为35MPa,温度为75摄氏度。
性能对比实验
取本发明各实施例的最终产品分别编做1、2、3号样品,选取市售的特种耐腐蚀橡胶(全氟橡胶)为4号样品,在市售的特种耐腐蚀橡胶(全氟橡胶)的表面贴上一层耐磨陶瓷片作为5号样品,分别将1至5号样品制成内衬应用于矿用水力旋流器中,在相同的水流以及水质情况下测定其使用寿命,实验结果为:
1、2、3号样品制成的内衬在使用143天后其表面陶瓷片开始出现部分脱落,但橡胶基底上并无腐蚀、刺穿的小孔以及冲刷现象,基底表面仍保留橡胶原本的外观色泽和回弹性,使用193天后橡胶基底开始出现被水流冲刷的缺陷;
4号样品制成的内衬在使用95天后其表面开始出现被水流冲刷的缺陷;
5号样品制成的内衬在使用120天后其表面陶瓷片出现部分脱落,但橡胶基底上并无腐蚀、刺穿的小孔以及冲刷现象,基底表面仍保留橡胶原本的外观色泽和回弹性,使用142天后橡胶基底开始出现被水流冲刷的缺陷;
由此可知,本发明的耐磨耐冲刷橡胶内衬相比较于现有的橡胶直接用做内衬来说,其使用寿命得到了很大程度的提高,间接的证明了本发明的内衬相较于现有的橡胶内衬具备更好的耐磨、耐侵蚀、耐冲刷和穿刺性能。

Claims (7)

1.一种耐磨耐冲刷橡胶内衬,包括橡胶基底和粘贴于橡胶基底上的一层耐磨陶瓷片,其特征在于:所述橡胶基底由芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维构成骨架,以特种耐腐蚀橡胶作为基料,并添加粒径为150目的碳化硅微粉或碳化锆微粉、粒径为150目的氧化铝微粉、粒径为200目的氧化硅微粉和粒径为300目的单质硅微粉作为外加剂制成,其中,芳纶玻纤的含量为5-6%,锦纶纤维的含量为3-4%,碳化硅微粉或碳化锆微粉的含量为0.3-0.5%,氧化铝微粉的含量为0.1-0.3%、氧化硅微粉的含量为0.1-0.2%,单质硅微粉的含量为0.05-0.1%,其余为特种耐腐蚀橡胶,所述特种耐腐蚀橡胶为市售的氟橡胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨耐冲刷橡胶内衬,其特征在于:所述芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维构成的骨架中还填充有碳纤维,碳纤维的含量为0.1-0.2%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨耐冲刷橡胶内衬,其特征在于:所述外加剂中还含有煅烧高岭土微粉,煅烧高岭土微粉的含量为0.1-0.2%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨耐冲刷橡胶内衬,其特征在于:所述芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维构成的骨架中还填充有玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维的含量为0.05-0.1%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨耐冲刷橡胶内衬,其特征在于:所述耐磨陶瓷片与橡胶基底采用热硫化工艺粘接。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的耐磨耐冲刷橡胶内衬的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按照比例称取各组分,并将芳纶玻纤和锦纶纤维分别融化后拉成直径不超过0.1mm细丝,然后再将芳纶玻纤丝和锦纶纤维丝混杂,备用;
2)将外加剂中的碳化硅微粉或碳化锆微粉以及氧化铝微粉加入到步骤1)的混杂物中,然后送入密炼机中混炼,混炼温度为150-170摄氏度、压力为35-40MPa,转子转速为60rpm,混炼2-3min,备用;
3)将特种耐腐蚀橡胶送入另一台密炼机中,待其完全融化后向其中加入其余的外加剂进行混炼,混炼温度为160-170摄氏度、压力为35-45MPa,转子转速为90rpm,混炼1-2min,备用;
4)将步骤3)中混炼后的特种耐腐蚀橡胶与步骤2)中混炼后的产物混合后再次混炼,混炼温度为165-170摄氏度、压力为40-42MPa,转子转速为90rpm,混炼2-3min,混炼结束后送入模具内热压成型即得到橡胶基底;
5)取市售的耐磨陶瓷片,在其底面涂上陶瓷有机粘合剂,然后将其粘合到步骤4)制得的橡胶基底表面,使橡胶基底表面形成一层耐磨陶瓷片层,然后将其送入到压力机中压制成型即得到产品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的耐磨耐冲刷橡胶内衬的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤5)中压制成型时,压力为30-40MPa,温度为70-80摄氏度。
