Abstract

一种耐磨耐冲刷橡胶内衬及其制备方法,包括橡胶基底和粘贴于橡胶基底上的一层耐磨陶瓷片,耐磨陶瓷片由锆英砂、白刚玉、碳化硅微粉、氧化锰、氧化钛、碳酸钡、单质硅微粉、外加剂烧制而成。本发明通过在现有的橡胶材料制成的橡胶基底上粘附一层耐磨陶瓷片作为内衬材料,从而使其具备很强的耐磨性、耐冲刷性和耐穿刺性,而且也兼具了一定的回弹性和柔韧性;而耐磨陶瓷片采用锆英砂、白刚玉、碳化硅作为主料进行烧结,其中加入了氧化锰、氧化钛、碳酸钡和单质硅粉,不仅能够在烧结过程中产生液相从而降低烧结温度,也能提高烧制成陶瓷片的耐磨强度和硬度。

技术领域
本发明涉及到流体管道运输领域的内衬材料,具体的说是一种耐磨耐冲刷内衬及其制备方法。
背景技术
管道是用管子、管子联接件和阀门等联接成的用于输送气体、液体或带固体颗粒的流体的装置。通常,流体经鼓风机、压缩机、泵和锅炉等增压后,从管道的高压处流向低压处,也可利用流体自身的压力或重力输送。在输送过程中,管道内的流体会对管道的内壁造成冲刷和磨损,从而在长时间的使用后会导致管道的磨损等问题。
橡胶是一种有弹性的聚合物,可以从一些植物的树汁中取得(天然橡胶),也可以是人造的(合成橡胶),由于合成橡胶的种类很多,不同种类的橡胶具备不同的性能,比如说顺丁橡胶具有特别优异的耐寒性、耐磨性、弹性和耐老化性能,但抗撕裂性能较差、抗湿滑性能不好;异戊橡胶与天然橡胶一样,具有良好的弹性和耐磨性,优良的耐热性和较好的化学稳定性;乙丙橡胶化学稳定性好,耐磨性、弹性、耐油性和丁苯橡胶接近。
但是橡胶所谓的耐磨性好主要是只应用于轮胎等工业产品时的耐磨性,但是当橡胶应用于其他领域时,其耐磨性就会远远达不到要求,比如说将橡胶应用于流体运输的管道作为内衬材料以承受一定的冲刷和耐磨力时,其耐磨性就远远达不到要求。
发明内容
为解决现有的橡胶材料在作为需要承受冲刷力的内衬材料时耐磨性和防穿刺性不能满足需要的问题,本发明提供了一种耐磨耐冲刷内衬及其制备方法,采用在橡胶基底表面贴上一层耐磨陶瓷片,将两者结合起来作为内衬材料,从而克服了一般橡胶内衬材料在耐磨、耐冲刷以及耐穿刺性能方面不足的缺陷,使得其能够被广泛应用于一些输送粉体、腐蚀性液体、工业砂浆等管道的内衬,或者是耐磨分级旋流器的内衬材料。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种耐磨耐冲刷内衬,包括橡胶基底和粘贴于橡胶基底上的一层耐磨陶瓷片,所述耐磨陶瓷片由45-50%的锆英砂、35-40%的白刚玉、3-5%的碳化硅微粉、1-2%的氧化锰、1-2%的氧化钛、1-2%的碳酸钡、0.8-1%的单质硅微粉、5-10%的外加剂烧制而成,外加剂为煅烧高岭土、铝矾土和蒙脱石按照重量比3:2:1的比例混合后加入到质量浓度为25-30%的氢氧化钠溶液中加热处理1-2h得到,且每1g煅烧高岭土、铝矾土和蒙脱石的混合物对应3-5ml的氢氧化钠溶液。
上述耐磨耐冲刷内衬的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照所述的比例称取各物料,备用;
2)制备外加剂
将煅烧高岭土、铝矾土和蒙脱石按照重量比3:2:1的比例混合后加入到质量浓度为25-30%的氢氧化钠溶液中加热处理1-2h得到外加剂,且每1g煅烧高岭土、铝矾土和蒙脱石的混合物对应3-5ml的氢氧化钠溶液;
3)将称量好的单质硅微粉、氧化锰、氧化钛、碳酸钡加入到步骤2)中制备好的外加剂中搅拌均匀,而后再将称量好的锆英砂、白刚玉、碳化硅微粉与其拌合后送入模具中烧结成型,即制得耐磨陶瓷片;
烧结时,先以3℃/min的升温速率将温度升高到240℃预烧1h,而后再以10℃/min的升温速率将温度升高到780℃烧结3h,最后以15℃/min的升温速率将温度升高到1450℃烧结3h,自然冷却即完成烧结;
4)选用市售的橡胶材料做成橡胶基底,然后在其表面粘贴一层步骤3)制得的耐磨陶瓷片即制得产品。
有益效果:本发明通过在现有的橡胶材料制成的橡胶基底上粘附一层耐磨陶瓷片作为内衬材料,从而使其具备很强的耐磨性、耐冲刷性和耐穿刺性,而且也兼具了一定的回弹性和柔韧性,与常规的金属内衬或无机非金属材料浇筑的内衬相比,具有重量轻和易于安装、更换的特点;而本发明的耐磨陶瓷片采用锆英砂、白刚玉、碳化硅作为主料进行烧结,其中加入了氧化锰、氧化钛、碳酸钡和单质硅粉,不仅能够在烧结过程中产生液相从而降低烧结温度,也能提高烧制成陶瓷片的耐磨强度和硬度,而且在其中加入由煅烧高岭土、铝矾土和蒙脱石与氢氧化钠经过加热处理形成的外加剂,外加剂在制备时已经形成了改性粘土胶体,然后再将其余的原料加入到改性粘土胶体中,不仅使得在成型时陶瓷原料之间结合紧密,防止在最初烧结阶段产生裂纹的缺陷,而且也能抑制并填充高温下碳化硅分解所产生的细小裂纹和体积收缩。

实施例1
一种耐磨耐冲刷内衬,包括橡胶基底和粘贴于橡胶基底上的一层耐磨陶瓷片,所述耐磨陶瓷片由50%的锆英砂、35%的白刚玉、5%的碳化硅微粉、2%的氧化锰、1%的氧化钛、1%的碳酸钡、1%的单质硅微粉、5%的外加剂烧制而成,外加剂为煅烧高岭土、铝矾土和蒙脱石按照重量比3:2:1的比例混合后加入到质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液中加热处理1h得到,且每1g煅烧高岭土、铝矾土和蒙脱石的混合物对应3ml的氢氧化钠溶液;
上述耐磨耐冲刷内衬的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照所述的比例称取各物料,备用;
2)制备外加剂
将煅烧高岭土、铝矾土和蒙脱石按照重量比3:2:1的比例混合后加入到质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液中加热处理1h得到外加剂,且每1g煅烧高岭土、铝矾土和蒙脱石的混合物对应3ml的氢氧化钠溶液;
3)将称量好的单质硅微粉、氧化锰、氧化钛、碳酸钡加入到步骤2)中制备好的外加剂中搅拌均匀,而后再将称量好的锆英砂、白刚玉、碳化硅微粉与其拌合后送入模具中烧结成型,即制得耐磨陶瓷片;
烧结时,先以3℃/min的升温速率将温度升高到240℃预烧1h,而后再以10℃/min的升温速率将温度升高到780℃烧结3h,最后以15℃/min的升温速率将温度升高到1450℃烧结3h,自然冷却即完成烧结;
4)选用市售的橡胶材料做成橡胶基底,然后在其表面粘贴一层步骤3)制得的耐磨陶瓷片即制得产品。

1)按照所述的比例称取各物料,备用;

1.一种耐磨耐冲刷内衬,包括橡胶基底和粘贴于橡胶基底上的一层耐磨陶瓷片,其特征在于:所述耐磨陶瓷片由45-50%的锆英砂、35-40%的白刚玉、3-5%的碳化硅微粉、1-2%的氧化锰、1-2%的氧化钛、1-2%的碳酸钡、0.8-1%的单质硅微粉、5-10%的外加剂烧制而成,外加剂为煅烧高岭土、铝矾土和蒙脱石按照重量比3:2:1的比例混合后加入到质量浓度为25-30%的氢氧化钠溶液中加热处理1-2h得到,且每1g煅烧高岭土、铝矾土和蒙脱石的混合物对应3-5ml的氢氧化钠溶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨耐冲刷内衬的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)按照权利要求1所述的比例称取各物料,备用;
2)制备外加剂
将煅烧高岭土、铝矾土和蒙脱石按照重量比3:2:1的比例混合后加入到质量浓度为25-30%的氢氧化钠溶液中加热处理1-2h得到外加剂,且每1g煅烧高岭土、铝矾土和蒙脱石的混合物对应3-5ml的氢氧化钠溶液;
3)将称量好的单质硅微粉、氧化锰、氧化钛、碳酸钡加入到步骤2)中制备好的外加剂中搅拌均匀,而后再将称量好的锆英砂、白刚玉、碳化硅微粉与其拌合后送入模具中烧结成型,即制得耐磨陶瓷片;
烧结时,先以3℃/min的升温速率将温度升高到240℃预烧1h,而后再以10℃/min的升温速率将温度升高到780℃烧结3h,最后以15℃/min的升温速率将温度升高到1450℃烧结3h,自然冷却即完成烧结;
4)选用市售的橡胶材料做成橡胶基底,然后在其表面粘贴一层步骤3)制得的耐磨陶瓷片即制得产品。
