本发明公开了一种棉感天鹅绒面料,所述面料是由面丝和底丝织造而成的,所述面丝为120D/192F涤纶丝,所述底丝为100D/36F涤纶丝,所述面料的工艺为:织造-剖幅-剪毛-白胚预定-染色-上柔-水洗-脱水-定型,其中,所述上柔工艺为亲水柔软剂常温上柔,所述亲水柔软剂的用量为25-35g/L,所述上柔速度为1小时上柔850-950kg面料。通过上述方式,本发明能够提高面料的手感柔软性,使其具有较强的吸水性,同时能够代替棉天鹅绒,大大降低生产成本。

一种棉感天鹅绒面料
技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,特别是涉及一种棉感天鹅绒面料。
背景技术
原有的针织仿棉天鹅绒是以涤纶丝100D/144F(蒸纱)为面丝、涤纶丝100D/36F为底丝织造而成的,工艺经过织造、剖幅、剪毛、白胚预定、染色、上柔、水洗、脱水以及定型等过程。上柔工艺采用普通柔软剂,使得原有的针织仿棉天鹅绒手感粗糙,没有吸水性。与棉天鹅绒的品质和吸水性毫无可比性。棉天鹅绒虽然手感好,吸水性佳,但是棉天鹅绒的成本太高,价格昂贵,普及率不高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种棉感天鹅绒面料,能够提高面料的手感柔软性,使其具有较强的吸水性,同时能够代替棉天鹅绒,大大降低生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种棉感天鹅绒面料,所述面料是由面丝和底丝织造而成的,所述面丝为120D/192F涤纶丝,所述底丝为100D/36F涤纶丝,所述面料的工艺为:织造-剖幅-剪毛-白胚预定-染色-上柔-水洗-脱水-定型,其中,所述上柔工艺为亲水柔软剂常温上柔,所述亲水柔软剂的用量为25-35g/L,所述上柔速度为1小时上柔850-950kg面料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述120D/192F涤纶丝为不蒸纱。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述亲水柔软剂的用量为30g/L。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述亲水柔软剂包含氨基硅油、含氢硅油和二甲基硅油,所述氨基硅油、含氢硅油和二甲基硅油的质量比为3:2:2。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述上柔速度为1小时上柔900kg面料。
本发明的有益效果是:通过改进面丝的材料,选用不蒸纱120D/192F涤纶丝为面丝,同时优化面料的后整理工艺,选用亲水性柔软剂,织成的面料具有手感柔软、强吸水性的特点,可媲美棉天鹅绒,且生产成本低,价格亲民。

本发明实施例包括:
实施例一:
一种棉感天鹅绒面料,所述面料是由面丝和底丝织造而成的,所述面丝为120D/192F涤纶丝,所述底丝为100D/36F涤纶丝,所述面丝与所述底丝的质量份比为70:30;所述面料的工艺为:织造-剖幅-剪毛-白胚预定-染色-上柔-水洗-脱水-定型,其中,所述上柔工艺为亲水柔软剂常温上柔,所述亲水柔软剂的用量为25-35g/L,优选为30 g/L,即1000kg水中加入30kg亲水柔软剂,所述上柔速度为1小时上柔850-950kg面料,优选为1小时上柔900kg面料。
其中,所述120D/192F涤纶丝为不蒸纱。
所述亲水柔软剂包含氨基硅油、含氢硅油和二甲基硅油,所述氨基硅油、含氢硅油和二甲基硅油的质量比为3:2:2,加入适量的乳化剂和催化剂复合而成,使织物柔软、滑爽、亲水,同时具有良好的抗静电性和一定的耐洗性,同时可降低生产成本。
实施例二:
一种棉感天鹅绒面料,所述面料是由面丝和底丝织造而成的,所述面丝为120D/192F涤纶丝,所述底丝为100D/36F涤纶丝,所述面丝与所述底丝的质量份比为50:50;所述面料的工艺为:织造-剖幅-剪毛-白胚预定-染色-上柔-水洗-脱水-定型,其中,所述上柔工艺为亲水柔软剂常温上柔,所述亲水柔软剂的用量为25-35g/L,优选为30 g/L,即1000kg水中加入30kg亲水柔软剂,所述上柔速度为1小时上柔850-950kg面料,优选为1小时上柔900kg面料。
其中,所述120D/192F涤纶丝为不蒸纱。
所述亲水柔软剂包含氨基硅油、含氢硅油和二甲基硅油,所述氨基硅油、含氢硅油和二甲基硅油的质量比为3:2:2,加入适量的乳化剂和催化剂复合而成,使织物柔软、滑爽、亲水,同时具有良好的抗静电性和一定的耐洗性,同时可降低生产成本。
氨基硅油是专门用于纺织品柔软整理剂的基本成份,它具有最佳的吸附性、相容性及易乳化性。
含氢硅油具有特别优良的疏水性,能防水又可保持织物的透气性,并能提高织物的撕裂强度、磨擦强度和防污性,改善织物的手感和缝合性能。
二甲基硅油的疏水性好,可提高生产效率。
本发明揭示了一种棉感天鹅绒面料,通过改进面丝的材料,选用不蒸纱120D/192F涤纶丝为面丝,同时优化面料的后整理工艺,选用亲水性柔软剂,织成的面料具有手感柔软、强吸水性的特点,可媲美棉天鹅绒,且生产成本低,价格亲民。

1.一种棉感天鹅绒面料,其特征在于,所述面料是由面丝和底丝织造而成的,所述面丝为120D/192F涤纶丝,所述底丝为100D/36F涤纶丝,所述面料的工艺为:织造-剖幅-剪毛-白胚预定-染色-上柔-水洗-脱水-定型,其中,所述上柔工艺为亲水柔软剂常温上柔,所述亲水柔软剂的用量为25-35g/L,所述上柔速度为1小时上柔850-950kg面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棉感天鹅绒面料,其特征在于,所述120D/192F涤纶丝为不蒸纱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的棉感天鹅绒面料,其特征在于,所述亲水柔软剂的用量为30g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的棉感天鹅绒面料,其特征在于,所述亲水柔软剂包含氨基硅油、含氢硅油和二甲基硅油,所述氨基硅油、含氢硅油和二甲基硅油的质量比为3:2:2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的棉感天鹅绒面料,其特征在于,所述上柔速度为1小时上柔900kg面料。
