Abstract

本发明公开了一种皮革表面处理剂,是由有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂45~60份、去离子水30~45份、乳化硅油1~4份、有机硅消泡剂0.5~2份、聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂1~5份、纳米TiO2改性的明胶0.1~0.5份、超细纳米废橡胶微粉1~5份、硅烷偶联剂0.5~3份制备得到。本发明加入将超细纳米废橡胶微粉经偶联剂处理后加入乳液增强树脂与橡胶微粉之间的结合力,提高涂层的牢固性;加入纳米TiO2改性的明胶降低涂层的表面张力,改善再涂性,提高涂层的柔软度、亲和度;纳米TiO2改性的明胶与被偶联剂包覆着的纳米废橡胶微粉在皮革形成具有双纳米层的涂层,具有更加稳定持久的超强拒水、拒油、防污特性。

 本发明涉及一种皮革表面处理剂,属于皮革加工制剂技术领域。

发明内容
 本发明的目的是提供一种皮革表面处理剂,该皮革表面处理剂是由下重量份数的原料:有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂45~60份、去离子水30~45份、乳化硅油1~4份、有机硅消泡剂0.5~2份、聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂1~5份、纳米TiO2改性的明胶0.1~0.5份、超细纳米废橡胶微粉1~5份、硅烷偶联剂0.5~3份,采用如下步骤制备:
(1)将硅烷偶联剂高温雾化后与超细纳米废橡胶微粉混合分散均匀,使得超细纳米废橡胶微粉表面均匀覆盖一层偶联剂,得混合物;
(2)将水性聚氨酯树脂、去离子水、乳化硅油、有机硅消泡剂的二分之一混合搅拌2~3h,升温至30~40℃,加入纳米TiO2改性的明胶、剩余的有机硅消泡剂,然后采用频率为30-50kHz的超声波处理5~10min后,研磨、过滤,得乳液;
(3)将水性聚氨酯增稠剂加入步骤(2)制得乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入步骤(1)的混合物,再采用频率为40-60kHz的超声波处理20~40min,即可。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中超声波处理条件为:频率为40kHz,处理8min。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中超声波处理条件为:频率为50kHz,处理30min。
优选的,所述纳米废橡胶微粉粒径≤10μm。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果:
(1)加入拥有巨大的表面能超细纳米废橡胶微粉,通过偶联剂包裹后加入乳液可增强树脂与橡胶微粉之间的结合力,使得处理剂与皮革表面之间的粘接强度提高,涂层不易脱落;
(2)加入纳米TiO2改性的明胶,通过其具有的亲水基团降低涂层的表面张力,改善了再涂性同时,提高涂层的柔软度、亲和度;
(3)纳米TiO2改性的明胶可以和被偶联剂包覆着的纳米废橡胶微粉共同交织形成一种具有双层纳米层的聚合物,使得经过该表面处理剂处理的皮革表面具有的涂层为双纳米层的涂层,具有更加稳定持久的超强拒水、拒油、防污特性;接触到皮革原表面的纳米粒子可以与原表面的凹凸进行深入的结合,进一步增加涂层与皮革的连接,使油污或水分无法直接渗入皮革内部,大大提高了拒水、拒油和防污性能。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用来说明本发明,并不限制本发明的范围。
实施例1  由下重量份数的原料:有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂55份、去离子水36份、乳化硅油1.2份、有机硅消泡剂1.4份、聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂1.4份、纳米TiO2改性的明胶0.2份、超细纳米废橡胶微粉2份、硅烷偶联剂0.8份,采用如下步骤制备本发明的表面处理剂:
(1)将硅烷偶联剂高温雾化后与超细纳米废橡胶微粉混合分散均匀,使得超细纳米废橡胶微粉表面均匀覆盖一层偶联剂,得混合物;
(2)将水性聚氨酯树脂、去离子水、乳化硅油、有机硅消泡剂的二分之一混合搅拌2h,升温至35℃,加入纳米TiO2改性的明胶、剩余的有机硅消泡剂,然后采用频率为40kHz的超声波处理8min后,研磨、过滤,得乳液;
(3)将水性聚氨酯增稠剂加入步骤(2)制得乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入步骤(1)的混合物,再采用频率为50kHz的超声波处理30min,即可。
实施例2 由下重量份数的原料:有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂60份、去离子水45份、乳化硅油2份、有机硅消泡剂1.5份、聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂1份、纳米TiO2改性的明胶0.5份、超细纳米废橡胶微粉2份、硅烷偶联剂0.5份,采用如下步骤制备本发明的表面处理剂:
(1)将硅烷偶联剂高温雾化后与超细纳米废橡胶微粉混合分散均匀,使得超细纳米废橡胶微粉表面均匀覆盖一层偶联剂,得混合物;
(2)将水性聚氨酯树脂、去离子水、乳化硅油、有机硅消泡剂的二分之一混合搅拌2h,升温至30℃,加入纳米TiO2改性的明胶、剩余的有机硅消泡剂,然后采用频率为50kHz的超声波处理5min后,研磨、过滤,得乳液;
(3)将水性聚氨酯增稠剂加入步骤(2)制得乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入步骤(1)的混合物,再采用频率为40kHz的超声波处理40min,即可。
实施例3 由下重量份数的原料:有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂45份、去离子水30份、乳化硅油1份、有机硅消泡剂0.7份、聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂2.3份、纳米TiO2改性的明胶0.1份、超细纳米废橡胶微粉5份、硅烷偶联剂3份,采用如下步骤制备本发明的表面处理剂:
(1)将硅烷偶联剂高温雾化后与超细纳米废橡胶微粉混合分散均匀,使得超细纳米废橡胶微粉表面均匀覆盖一层偶联剂,得混合物;
(2)将水性聚氨酯树脂、去离子水、乳化硅油、有机硅消泡剂的二分之一混合搅拌3h,升温至40℃,加入纳米TiO2改性的明胶、剩余的有机硅消泡剂,然后采用频率为30kHz的超声波处理10min后,研磨、过滤,得乳液;
(3)将水性聚氨酯增稠剂加入步骤(2)制得乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入步骤(1)的混合物,再采用频率为60kHz的超声波处理20min,即可。

Claims (4)

1.一种皮革表面处理剂,其特征在于:由下重量份数的原料:有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂45~60份、去离子水30~45份、乳化硅油1~4份、有机硅消泡剂0.5~2份、聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂1~5份、纳米TiO2改性的明胶0.1~0.5份、超细纳米废橡胶微粉1~5份、硅烷偶联剂0.5~3份,采用如下步骤制备:
(1)将硅烷偶联剂高温雾化后与超细纳米废橡胶微粉混合分散均匀,使得超细纳米废橡胶微粉表面均匀覆盖一层偶联剂,得混合物;
(2)将水性聚氨酯树脂、去离子水、乳化硅油、有机硅消泡剂的二分之一混合搅拌2~3h,升温至30~40℃,加入纳米TiO2改性的明胶、剩余的有机硅消泡剂,然后采用频率为30-50kHz的超声波处理5~10min后,研磨、过滤,得乳液;
(3)将水性聚氨酯增稠剂加入步骤(2)制得乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入步骤(1)的混合物,再采用频率为40-60kHz的超声波处理20~40min,即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的皮革表面处理剂,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中超声波处理条件为:频率为40kHz,处理8min。
3.如权利要求1所述的皮革表面处理剂,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中超声波处理条件为:频率为50kHz,处理30min。
4.如权利要求1所述的皮革表面处理剂,其特征在于:所述纳米废橡胶微粉粒径≤10μm。
