背景技术
随着人们的工作生活节奏不断加快,人们承受的压力不断增大,而且作息饮食方面越来越没有规律,导致很多人的抵抗力、免疫力不断下降,成为典型的亚健康群体。而亚健康群体大部分都是上班族,在天气热的时候,喜欢对着空调或风扇吹;在天气冷的时候,又不注意保暖;因此,这些人十分容易染上风寒感冒。另外,现在的天气总是变幻莫测,一会晴一会雨,一些外出不习惯带伞的人易被雨淋,若不能及时更换衣物,也容易染上风寒感冒。然而,日前社会上出现了一种不提倡有点小感冒就吃药、打针的说法,而且被许多人(尤其是年轻人)接受,但是如果不吃药则有可能会导致重感冒;由此,市场上出现了一些不是药品却可以预防感冒的饮品或冲剂颗粒。
生姜(拉丁学名Zingiber officinale Roscoe),是姜科多年生草本植物姜的新鲜根茎,别名有姜根、百辣云、勾装指、因地辛、炎凉小子、鲜生姜、蜜炙姜。姜的根茎(干姜)、栓皮(姜皮)、叶(姜叶)均可入药。生姜在中医药学里具有发散、止呕、止咳等功效。生姜皮性辛凉,治皮肤浮肿,行皮水;生姜汁辛温,辛散胃寒力量强,多用于呕吐;干姜辛温,温中煽动寒,回阳通脉,温脾寒力量大,炮姜味辛苦走里不走表,温下焦之寒;炮姜炭性温,偏于温血分之寒;煨姜苦温,偏于温肠胃之寒。生姜辛而散温,益脾胃,善温中降逆止呕,除湿消痞,止咳祛痰,以降逆止呕为长。
生姜具备着驱风祛寒的功效为人们所熟知,在受寒时,人们也习惯煮姜糖水喝。但是煮姜糖水比较麻烦,在工作期间受寒,无法及时获得姜糖水喝。为此,人们生产加工了一种即冲式姜糖粉。如中国专利申请号为201110307474.7公开了一种姜晶及其生产工艺,主要由干姜粉、红糖和蜂蜜组成,把红糖磨粉加蜂蜜混合,经过烘房90℃烘干2小时,再与干姜粉混合、烘干、磨粉、包装。该产品可以让人们随时随地的冲喝姜糖水,方便快捷;但是还是存在一些不足,如直接采用干姜粉,其内驱风祛寒的有效成分“姜油酮”含量比较少,而且对于体质比较弱的人来说单一的有效成分驱寒效果不够快、不够明显。因此,市场上急需一种有多种有效成分配合作用,使驱风祛寒效果更好更快的即冲式姜晶。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种能够有效防治风寒感冒、驱风祛寒效果更好更快的姜晶颗粒及制备方法。该姜晶颗粒除了具有姜油酮之外,还具有麻黄碱、桂油等成分,对于防治风寒感冒相辅相成,驱风祛寒效果显著明显。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒,主要由以下重量份数比例的各组分配制而成:生姜提取物15~40份、麻黄提取物2~8份、桂枝提取物1~3份、蜂蜜5~10份和蔗糖50~75份;所述的生姜提取物是将生姜经清洗、干燥、粉碎、加水、超声波萃取、澄清、过滤、浓缩之后获得的产物;所述的麻黄提取物是将麻黄经清洗、晒干、粉碎、加水、超声波萃取、澄清、过滤、浓缩之后获得的产物;所述的桂枝提取物是将桂枝经清洗、晒干、粉碎、加水、超声波萃取、澄清、过滤、浓缩之后获得的产物。
在本发明中,配制原料生姜、麻黄、桂枝均经过预处理(粉碎、超声波萃取、浓缩等),使得最后颗粒成品所含的基本为有效成分,没有过多的杂质;而且,其能够驱风祛寒的有效成分除了姜油酮,还有桂油、麻黄碱等,各有效成分相辅相成,一起协同作用,使得本发明的姜晶颗粒驱风祛寒的效果更为显著明显。
本发明利用超声波萃取技术对原料的有效成分进行提取、溶解、混合等等,保证了有效成分的活性。超声波萃取利用超声波辐射压强产生的强烈空化应效应、机械振动、扰动效应、高的加速度、乳化、扩散、击碎和搅拌作用等多级效应,增大物质分子运动频率和速度,增加溶剂穿透力,从而加速目标成分进入溶剂,促进提取的进行。
作为本发明中技术方案的进一步优选,上述的含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒主要由以下重量份数比例的各组分配制而成:生姜提取物20~30份、麻黄提取物4~8份、桂枝提取物1~3份、蜂蜜5~10份和蔗糖60~70份。
作为本发明中技术方案的进一步优选,上述的含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒主要由以下重量份数比例的各组分配制而成:生姜提取物25份、麻黄提取物5份、桂枝提取物2份、蜂蜜5份和蔗糖63份。
麻黄(拉丁文名Ephedra sinica Stapf),别名:草麻黄、华麻黄;麻黄科、麻黄属草本植物,高20-40厘米;木质茎短或成匍匐状。有三种麻黄属的植物:草麻黄(Ephedra sinica)、木贼麻黄(Ephedra equisetina)与中麻黄(Ephedra intermedia),为草本状灌木,采用部位为草质茎,也是重要的药用植物。生物碱含量丰富,是提取麻黄碱的主要资源。麻黄功效:发汗散寒,宣肺平喘,利水消肿。生品发汗解表和利水消肿力强,多用于风寒表实证,胸闷喘咳,风水浮肿,风湿痹痛,阴疽,痰核。蜜麻黄性温偏润,辛散发汗作用缓和,增强了润肺止咳之功,以宣肺平喘止咳力胜。多用于表症已解,气喘咳嗽。麻黄绒作用缓和,适于老人、幼儿及虚人风寒感冒。蜜麻黄绒作用更为缓和,适于表证已解而喘咳未愈的老人、幼儿及体虚患者。麻黄作用:1、用于外感风寒,恶寒发热,头、身疼痛,鼻塞,无汗,脉浮紧等表实证。本品能宣肺气,开腠理,散风寒,以发汗解表。常与桂枝相须为用,增强发汗解表力量,如麻黄汤。2、用于风寒外束,肺气壅遏所致的喘咳证。能开宣肺气,散风寒而平喘。与杏仁、甘草配伍,即三拗汤,可增强平喘功效;若兼内有寒饮,可配伍细辛、干姜、半夏等,以温化寒饮而平喘止咳,如小青龙汤;若属热邪壅肺而致喘咳者,可与石膏、杏仁、甘草等配伍以清肺平喘,即麻杏石甘汤。3、用于水肿而兼表证,为宣肺利尿之要药,本品发汗利水,有助于消散水肿,常与生姜、白术等同用,如越婢加术汤。4、取麻黄温散寒邪的作用,配合其他相应药物可以治风湿痹痛及阴疽、痰核等证。
桂枝(拉丁学名:Cinnamomum cassia Presl),正名肉桂,又名玉桂、桂皮等,属樟目,樟科中等大乔木;一年生枝条圆柱形,顶芽芽鳞宽卵形,绿色的叶子互生,长椭圆形至近披针形;花白色,长约4.5mm;果椭圆形,成熟时黑紫色,无毛;花期6~8月,果期10~12月。其性味辛、甘,温,入肺、心、膀胱经,是主治里寒常用的温里药,具有补元阳、通血脉、暖脾胃之功效,常与补肝肾药、补气血药配伍,治疗肾阳不足、命门火衰、肢冷脉微,与其它温里药配伍治疗脘腹冷痛、寒痹腰痛,具有明显的镇痛和抗癌防癌的作用。现有的各种驱风油类药物如清凉油、风湿油等皆含有桂油成分。桂油主要成分除肉桂醛外,还含有苯甲醛、肉桂醇、丁香烯、香豆素等十多种成分,广泛用于饮料、食品的增香、医药配方、调和香精和高级化妆品。
一种制备上述的含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)生姜提取物的制备
将新鲜的生姜清洗干净后,进行干燥、粉碎,然后过40~60目,加水溶解,超声波萃取30分钟以上,澄清、过滤、浓缩后获得生姜提取物;
(2)桂枝提取物的制备
将桂枝清洗干净并晒干后,进行粉碎,过100目,加水溶解,超声波萃取30分钟以上,澄清、过滤、浓缩后获得肉桂提取物;
(3)麻黄提取物的制备
将麻黄清洗干净并晒干后,进行粉碎,过100目,加水溶解,超声波萃取30分钟以上,澄清、过滤、浓缩后获得麻黄提取物;
(4)姜晶颗粒的制备
首先将步骤(1)-(3)所分别获得的生姜提取物、桂枝提取物和麻黄提取物按照相应的重量份数比例进行混合,然后加水搅拌均匀,再加入相应重量份数的蜂蜜、蔗糖,搅拌均匀,对混合浆液进行超声波萃取30分钟以上,浓缩、造粒、过秤、封装即得含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒成品。
本发明的姜晶颗粒成品采用小袋封装,每一小袋重15g,日常饮用时每次冲饮1~2小袋即可,当受寒时,可视情况适当加量,但一次不宜超过5小袋。
本发明的优点:
1.原料来源广且价格便宜,成本低,生产加工工艺简单。
2.可以预防风寒感冒,驱风祛寒效果显著明显。主原料经过超声波萃取等预处理,颗粒成品的有效成分含量高,且易被人体吸收;含有多种有效成分,除了姜油酮之外,还增加了桂油、麻黄碱等有效成分,各成分相辅相成,一起协同作用,使得驱风祛寒的效果更为显著明显。
3.无毒副作用,安全可靠。生姜、桂枝、麻黄均为常用中草药,且其药性相辅相成,一起使用可以达到协同增效的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步说明,但是本发明的保护范围不仅仅局限于下列具体实施例。
实施例1:
一种含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒主要由以下组分混合配制而成:生姜提取物15kg、麻黄提取物2kg、桂枝提取物1kg、蜂蜜5kg和蔗糖50kg。
实施例2:
一种含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒主要由以下组分混合配制而成:生姜提取物40kg、麻黄提取物8kg、桂枝提取物3kg、蜂蜜10kg和蔗糖75kg。
实施例3:
一种含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒主要由以下组分混合配制而成:生姜提取物20kg、麻黄提取物4kg、桂枝提取物1kg、蜂蜜5kg和蔗糖60kg。
实施例4:
一种含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒主要由以下组分混合配制而成:生姜提取物30kg、麻黄提取物2kg、桂枝提取物3kg、蜂蜜10kg和蔗糖70kg。
实施例5:
一种含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒主要由以下组分混合配制而成:生姜提取物25kg、麻黄提取物5kg、桂枝提取物2kg、蜂蜜5kg和蔗糖63kg。
上述实施例1-实施例5的含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)生姜提取物的制备
将新鲜的生姜清洗干净后,进行干燥、粉碎,然后过40目,加水溶解,超声波萃取30分钟,澄清、过滤、浓缩后获得生姜提取物;
(2)桂枝提取物的制备
将桂枝清洗干净并晒干后,进行粉碎,过100目,加水溶解,超声波萃取30分钟,澄清、过滤、浓缩后获得肉桂提取物;
(3)麻黄提取物的制备
将麻黄清洗干净并晒干后,进行粉碎,过100目,加水溶解,超声波萃取30分钟,澄清、过滤、浓缩后获得麻黄提取物;
(4)姜晶颗粒的制备
首先将步骤(1)-(3)所分别获得的生姜提取物、桂枝提取物和麻黄提取物按照相应的重量份数比例进行混合,然后加水搅拌均匀,再加入相应重量份数的蜂蜜、蔗糖,搅拌均匀,对混合浆液进行超声波萃取30分钟,浓缩、造粒、过秤、封装即得含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒成品。
实施例6:
一种含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒主要由以下组分混合配制而成:生姜提取物15kg、麻黄提取物2kg、桂枝提取物3kg、蜂蜜5kg和蔗糖75kg。
实施例7:
一种含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒主要由以下组分混合配制而成:生姜提取物40kg、麻黄提取物5kg、桂枝提取物3kg、蜂蜜10kg和蔗糖55kg。
实施例8:
一种含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒主要由以下组分混合配制而成:生姜提取物20kg、麻黄提取物6kg、桂枝提取物2kg、蜂蜜5kg和蔗糖50kg。
上述实施例6-实施例8的含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)生姜提取物的制备
将新鲜的生姜清洗干净后,进行干燥、粉碎,然后过60目,加水溶解,超声波萃取45分钟,澄清、过滤、浓缩后获得生姜提取物;
(2)桂枝提取物的制备
将桂枝清洗干净并晒干后,进行粉碎,过100目,加水溶解,超声波萃取50分钟,澄清、过滤、浓缩后获得肉桂提取物;
(3)麻黄提取物的制备
将麻黄清洗干净并晒干后,进行粉碎,过100目,加水溶解,超声波萃取30分钟,澄清、过滤、浓缩后获得麻黄提取物;
(4)姜晶颗粒的制备
首先将步骤(1)-(3)所分别获得的生姜提取物、桂枝提取物和麻黄提取物按照相应的重量份数比例进行混合,然后加水搅拌均匀,再加入相应重量份数的蜂蜜、蔗糖,搅拌均匀,对混合浆液进行超声波萃取45分钟,浓缩、造粒、过秤、封装即得含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒成品。
实施例9:
一种含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒主要由以下组分混合配制而成:生姜提取物35kg、麻黄提取物2kg、桂枝提取物3kg、蜂蜜10kg和蔗糖65kg。
实施例10:
一种含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒主要由以下组分混合配制而成:生姜提取物25kg、麻黄提取物4kg、桂枝提取物2kg、蜂蜜5kg和蔗糖60kg。
上述实施例9-实施例10的含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)生姜提取物的制备
将新鲜的生姜清洗干净后,进行干燥、粉碎,然后过50目,加水溶解,超声波萃取60分钟,澄清、过滤、浓缩后获得生姜提取物;
(2)桂枝提取物的制备
将桂枝清洗干净并晒干后,进行粉碎,过100目,加水溶解,超声波萃取30分钟,澄清、过滤、浓缩后获得肉桂提取物;
(3)麻黄提取物的制备
将麻黄清洗干净并晒干后,进行粉碎,过100目,加水溶解,超声波萃取60分钟,澄清、过滤、浓缩后获得麻黄提取物;
(4)姜晶颗粒的制备
首先将步骤(1)-(3)所分别获得的生姜提取物、桂枝提取物和麻黄提取物按照相应的重量份数比例进行混合,然后加水搅拌均匀,再加入相应重量份数的蜂蜜、蔗糖,搅拌均匀,对混合浆液进行超声波萃取60分钟,浓缩、造粒、过秤、封装即得含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒成品。
Claims (4)
1. 一种含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份数比例的各组分配制而成:生姜提取物15~40份、麻黄提取物2~8份、桂枝提取物1~3份、蜂蜜5~10份和蔗糖50~75份;所述的生姜提取物是将生姜经清洗、干燥、粉碎、加水、超声波萃取、澄清、过滤、浓缩之后获得的产物;所述的麻黄提取物是将麻黄经清洗、晒干、粉碎、加水、超声波萃取、澄清、过滤、浓缩之后获得的产物;所述的桂枝提取物是将桂枝经清洗、晒干、粉碎、加水、超声波萃取、澄清、过滤、浓缩之后获得的产物。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份数比例的各组分配制而成:生姜提取物20~30份、麻黄提取物4~8份、桂枝提取物1~3份、蜂蜜5~10份和蔗糖60~70份。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份数比例的各组分配制而成:生姜提取物25份、麻黄提取物5份、桂枝提取物2份、蜂蜜5份和蔗糖63份。
4. 一种制备如权利要求1-3任一所述的含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)生姜提取物的制备
将新鲜的生姜清洗干净后,进行干燥、粉碎,然后过40~60目,加水溶解,超声波萃取30分钟以上,澄清、过滤、浓缩后获得生姜提取物;
(2)桂枝提取物的制备
将桂枝清洗干净并晒干后,进行粉碎,过100目,加水溶解,超声波萃取30分钟以上,澄清、过滤、浓缩后获得肉桂提取物;
(3)麻黄提取物的制备
将麻黄清洗干净并晒干后,进行粉碎,过100目,加水溶解,超声波萃取30分钟以上,澄清、过滤、浓缩后获得麻黄提取物;
(4)姜晶颗粒的制备
首先将步骤(1)-(3)所分别获得的生姜提取物、桂枝提取物和麻黄提取物按照相应的重量份数比例进行混合,然后加水搅拌均匀,再加入相应重量份数的蜂蜜、蔗糖,搅拌均匀,对混合浆液进行超声波萃取30分钟以上,浓缩、造粒、过秤、封装即得含麻黄碱的姜晶颗粒成品。
