Definitions
- the invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for lowering blood pressure, in particular to a formula and a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation relating to the blood pressure lowering effect.
- cardiovascular disease As a common disease in human body, cardiovascular disease has become one of the major factors threatening the health of today's human beings.
- cardiovascular disease has become one of the major factors threatening the health of today's human beings.
- the pace of life and work has accelerated, and the eating habits have developed toward high-heating and high-lipidity.
- the number of hypertensive patients in the population has been increasing year after year.
- the commonly used antihypertensive drugs in domestic hospitals mainly include calcium channel blockers (levels), ACE-I (Puli) and angiotensin-II (sartans).
- Drug-based, Western medicine lipid-lowering drugs are statins as the leading products.
- traditional Chinese medicine cardiovascular disease treatment preparations have gradually become the best-selling varieties in the domestic market.
- traditional Chinese medicine preparations have the characteristics of "multi-target, multi-effect". Because Chinese medicine theory believes that the human body is a whole, the traditional Chinese medicine for blood stasis has the ability to remove atherosclerotic plaque, dredge blood vessels and accelerate blood circulation.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for preventing and treating hypertension according to the above-mentioned deficiencies, based on the secret recipe of the ancestors, and in combination with modern Chinese and Western medicine technology, in particular to provide a formula and a preparation method for the preparation of the traditional Chinese medicine.
- the invention belongs to a traditional Chinese medicine compound medicine for clearing heat and calming liver, dissipating blood stasis and promoting blood circulation, treating symptoms such as head vertigo caused by hypertension and liver yang sputum, and the invention can quickly achieve antihypertensive effect, and is non-toxic and has no side effects.
- the pressure drop is stable, the effect is stable, and the preparation process is simple and easy.
- the preparation of the invention is composed of pure water, puerarin, wild chrysanthemum, mulberry parasitic, eucommia, hawthorn, scutellaria, yinyanghu, stag beetle, apocynum venetum, earthworm, gastrodia, uncaria, chuanxiong, bupleurum, sinensis a liquid preparation of a composition prepared from a solution of hydrazine, brown sugar and 65% ethanol, wherein the mass ratio of each component is:
- the preferred raw material quality ratio of the present invention is
- the present invention can also be used as a preferred raw material quality with purified water 6000g Pueraria 15g wild chrysanthemum 25g
- the preparation method of the above blood pressure lowering traditional Chinese medicine preparation comprises the following steps:
- the powder mixture of pueraria, wild chrysanthemum, mulberry parasitic, Eucommia, Hawthorn, Astragalus, Epimedium, and Syzygium sylvestris is added to pure water for three times, and the first time added 10 times the amount of water to cook half a time. Hours, the second time added 5 times the amount of water to cook for 20 minutes, the third time Decoction in 5 times water for 10 minutes, then combine the decoction and filter, and set aside;
- the Apocynum venetum, Dilong, Tianma, Uncaria, Chuanxiong, Bupleurum, Rotary Flower, and medlar are proportioned, crushed by a pulverizer and passed through a 80 mesh sieve, and then at a high temperature of 50-70 °C. Dry down, then naturally dry to room temperature for use;
- step 5 at room temperature, the above step 2) and the decoction obtained in step 4), and added 65% ethanol solution and stirred evenly, forming a Chinese medicine composition solution preparation;
- the prepared Chinese medicine composition solution preparation can be used for oral administration, and if it can be consumed once in the morning and evening and long-term drinking, the effect is better.
- the theoretical basis of the present invention is: Pueraria, a legume plant kudzu, is a common vegetable in some provinces and autonomous regions of southern China, and its taste is sweet and delicious, and is often used as a soup. Its main component is starch, and it also contains about 12% of flavonoids, including soybean (soybean) glutinous rice, soybean aglycone, puerarin and other 10 kinds; and contains carrots, amino acids, coumarins and the like.
- Pueraria is cool, sweet and pungent. It is a commonly used hurricane solution.
- Pueraria has a blocking effect on ⁇ receptor and angiotensin II receptor, and its curative effect is superior to previous antihypertensive drugs. Especially likely to reverse high Cardiac hypertrophy caused by blood pressure.
- Puerarin can significantly increase plasma endothelin (ET) levels to return to normal soon. Therefore, one of the mechanisms of puerarin in the treatment of hypertension may be to inhibit the excessive release of ET, promote endothelial recovery, and then stimulate PG12 synthetase activity. Significantly increased EC production of PG inhibits platelet aggregation and improves blood circulation. Large doses of puerarin can lower blood sugar and significantly lower serum cholesterol.
- puerarin to reduce blood pressure
- other traditional Chinese medicines to treat hypertension and the blood pressure is obvious.
- the symptoms of headache, dizziness, limb numbness, tinnitus and the like caused by hypertension are effective.
