本发明公开了牛樟芝的培育方法,包括以下步骤:1)将牛樟芝置于牛樟芝椴木上进行初步培育,待其长出菌丝体后,取下备用;2)将长出菌丝体的牛樟芝置于液体发酵培养基中进行发酵培养,培养温度为18‑26℃,培养时间为8‑12天,即可得到成品牛樟芝。本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的牛樟芝的培育方法,将椴木培养和液体发酵培养相结合,在降低了牛樟芝培育成本的同时,降低了培育难度,提高了培育成功率。

技术领域
本发明涉及牛樟芝的培育方法。
背景技术
牛樟芝又名牛樟菇,属于非褶菌目、多孔菌科、薄孔菌属、多年生蕈菌类,拉丁名为Antrodia camphorata,是1990年才被生化界发表的新种。其生长区域为台湾山区海拔 450-2000米山林间,只生长在台湾特有百年以上的牛樟树树干腐朽之心材内壁,或枯死倒伏之牛樟树木材潮湿表面,因其采集不易,加上野生牛樟木近年已被政府列为国宝级生物之一,也因此盗采牛樟芝社会事件仍时有所闻。
牛樟芝除了被用来预防、治疗肿瘤及癌细胞扩散、转移的同时,还能消除癌性腹水,对癌症末期病患常见的剧痛、食欲不振,以及放疗、化疗副作用等,具有相当显着的改善效果,许多癌症受访者也表示,自己在食用牛樟芝后生存质量获得大幅的改善,日常生活因而渐恢复正常。樟芝多醣体中β-D-glucan(β-D-葡聚糖)具有抗癌的作用,加上其大量三萜类化合物成分,可增加抗癌效果。台大研究所的实验证实它能抑制肝癌细胞生长。除了能预防、治疗肿瘤及癌细胞的扩散、转移外,牛樟芝还能消除癌性腹水,对于癌症末期病患常见的剧烈疼痛、食欲不振等,更有相当显著的改善作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供了牛樟芝的培育方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:牛樟芝的培育方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将牛樟芝置于牛樟芝椴木上进行初步培育,待其长出菌丝体后,取下备用;
2)将长出菌丝体的牛樟芝置于液体发酵培养基中进行发酵培养,培养温度为18-26℃,培养时间为8-12天,即可得到成品牛樟芝。
进一步的,上述的牛樟芝的培育方法,所述液体发酵培养基的组分按照重量份计为:果糖25-35份、大豆蛋白粉20-30份、大米粉20-30份、麦麸15-25份、酵素粉5-10份、维生素B1 5-8份、水50-60份。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的牛樟芝的培育方法,将椴木培养和液体发酵培养相结合,在降低了牛樟芝培育成本的同时,降低了培育难度,提高了培育成功率。

实施例1:
牛樟芝的培育方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将牛樟芝置于牛樟芝椴木上进行初步培育,待其长出菌丝体后,取下备用;
2)将长出菌丝体的牛樟芝置于液体发酵培养基中进行发酵培养,培养温度为18-26℃,培养时间为8-12天,即可得到成品牛樟芝;液体发酵培养基的组分按照重量份计为:果糖25-35份、大豆蛋白粉20-30份、大米粉20-30份、麦麸15-25份、酵素粉5-10份、维生素B1 5-8份、水50-60份。

1)将牛樟芝置于牛樟芝椴木上进行初步培育,待其长出菌丝体后,取下备用;
2)将长出菌丝体的牛樟芝置于液体发酵培养基中进行发酵培养,培养温度为18-26℃,培养时间为8-12天,即可得到成品牛樟芝;所述液体发酵培养基的组分按照重量份计为:果糖25-35份、大豆蛋白粉20-30份、大米粉20-30份、麦麸15-25份、酵素粉5-10份、维生素B1 5-8份、水50-60份。
