技术领域
本发明涉及化学技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温、高湿、高盐雾的聚氨酯涂料及制造方法。
背景技术
目前,高温、高湿、高盐雾以及强紫外线恶劣海洋大气环境中服役的钢结构越来越多,处于这种恶劣海洋大气环境中的钢结构往往在短期内就会出现涂层脱落,造成钢结构腐蚀的现象,进而影响钢结构的安全及寿命。故而现有技术中存在着钢结构的防腐效果较差的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种耐高温、高湿、高盐雾的聚氨酯涂料及制造方法,以解决现有技术中钢结构的防腐效果较差的技术问题。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种耐高温、高湿、高盐雾的聚氨酯涂料,所述聚氨酯涂料由重量份为1份的主涂料和0.08~0.15份的固化剂组成;
所述主涂料按重量份由0.25~0.35份的氟改性丙烯酸树脂、0.25~0.35份的羟基丙烯酸树脂,0.001~0.002份的聚氨酯固化促进剂,0.01~0.02份的纳米二氧化硅,0.01~0.02份受阻胺类稳定剂,0.002~0.008份的改性聚硅烷脱泡剂,0.2~0.3份的钛白粉,0.15~0.20份的滑石粉,0.05~0.10份的二甲苯组成;
所述固化剂按重量份由0.3~0.4份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、0.4~0.5份的六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、0.05~0.15份的醋酸异丁酯、0.05~0.15份的甲氧基醋酸丙酯组成。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供一种耐高温、高湿、高盐雾的聚氨酯涂料的制造方法,包括:
获取主涂料,所述主涂料按重量份由0.25~0.35份的氟改性丙烯酸树脂、0.25~0.35份的羟基丙烯酸树脂,0.001~0.002份的聚氨酯固化促进剂,0.01~0.02份的纳米二氧化硅,0.01~0.02份的受阻胺类稳定剂,0.002~0.008份的改性聚硅烷脱泡剂,0.2~0.3份的钛白粉,0.15~0.20的滑石粉,0.05~0.10份的二甲苯组成;
获取固化剂,所述固化剂按重量份由0.3~0.4份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、0.4~0.5份的六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、0.05~0.15份的醋酸异丁酯、0.05~0.15份的甲氧基醋酸丙酯组成;
按照重量份为1:0.08~0.15的混合比例将所述主涂料和所述固化剂进行混合获得混合物;
将所述混合物进行熟化,进而获取所述耐高温、高湿、高盐雾的聚氨酯涂料。
可选的,所述获取主涂料,具体包括:
在桶中按重量份加入0.25~0.35份的氟改性丙烯酸树脂、0.25~0.35份的羟基丙烯酸树脂,0.001~0.002份的聚氨酯固化促进剂,0.01~0.02份的受阻胺类稳定剂,0.002~0.008份的改性聚硅烷脱泡剂,0.05~0.10份的二甲苯;
开启高速分散机,将所述高速分散剂的转速控制在800~1000r/min,搅拌5~8min;
在所述桶内加入0.01~0.02份的纳米二氧化硅,搅拌5~10min;
将所述转速提高至1000~1200r/min,依次加入0.2~0.3份的钛白粉,0.15~0.20份的滑石粉;
控制所述转速保持1000~1200r/min,通过所述启高速分散机分散20~25min获得所述主涂料。
可选的,所述获取固化剂,具体包括:
在桶中按重量份加入0.3~0.4份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、0.4~0.5份的六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、0.05~0.15份的醋酸异丁酯、0.05~0.15份的甲氧基醋酸丙酯;
开启高速分散机,将所述高速分散机的转速控制在1000~1200r/min;
通过所述高速分散机搅拌5分钟,获取所述固化剂。

步骤S102:获取固化剂,固化剂按重量份由0.3~0.4份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、0.4~0.5份的六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、0.05~0.15份的醋酸异丁酯、0.05~0.15份的甲氧基醋酸丙酯组成;

将转速提高至1000~1200r/min,依次加入0.2~0.3份的钛白粉,0.15~0.20份的滑石粉;
控制转速保持1000~1200r/min,通过启高速分散机分散20~25min获得主涂料。

所述固化剂按重量份由0.3~0.4份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、0.4~0.5份的六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、0.05~0.15份的醋酸异丁酯、0.05~0.15份的甲氧基醋酸丙酯组成。
2.一种耐高温、高湿、高盐雾的聚氨酯涂料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
获取主涂料,所述主涂料按重量份由0.25~0.35份的氟改性丙烯酸树脂、0.25~0.35份的羟基丙烯酸树脂,0.001~0.002份的聚氨酯固化促进剂,0.01~0.02份的纳米二氧化硅,0.01~0.02份的受阻胺类稳定剂,0.002~0.008份的改性聚硅烷脱泡剂,0.2~0.3份的钛白粉,0.15~0.20的滑石粉,0.05~0.10份的二甲苯组成;
获取固化剂,所述固化剂按重量份由0.3~0.4份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、0.4~0.5份的六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、0.05~0.15份的醋酸异丁酯、0.05~0.15份的甲氧基醋酸丙酯组成;
按照重量份为1:0.08~0.15的混合比例将所述主涂料和所述固化剂进行混合获得混合物;
将所述混合物进行熟化,进而获取所述耐高温、高湿、高盐雾的聚氨酯涂料。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取主涂料,具体包括:
在桶中按重量份加入0.25~0.35份的氟改性丙烯酸树脂、0.25~0.35份的羟基丙烯酸树脂,0.001~0.002份的聚氨酯固化促进剂,0.01~0.02份的受阻胺类稳定剂,0.002~0.008份的改性聚硅烷脱泡剂,0.05~0.10份的二甲苯;
开启高速分散机,将所述高速分散剂的转速控制在800~1000r/min,搅拌5~8min;
在所述桶内加入0.01~0.02份的纳米二氧化硅,搅拌5~10min;
将所述转速提高至1000~1200r/min,依次加入0.2~0.3份的钛白粉,0.15~0.20份的滑石粉;
控制所述转速保持1000~1200r/min,通过所述启高速分散机分散20~25min获得所述主涂料。
4.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取固化剂,具体包括:
在桶中按重量份加入0.3~0.4份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、0.4~0.5份的六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、0.05~0.15份的醋酸异丁酯、0.05~0.15份的甲氧基醋酸丙酯;
开启高速分散机,将所述高速分散机的转速控制在1000~1200r/min;
通过所述高速分散机搅拌5分钟,获取所述固化剂。
5.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述混合物进行熟化,具体为:将所述混合物熟化8分钟。
