一种复合材料平面成型机,由龙门架、机械手移动传输机构、机械手、成品输送工作台、下机体、上机体、刀模夹紧装置、PLC控制器、磁粉放卷装置、随动张紧装置、高精纠偏装置、气缸夹紧装置、挡死装置、导向柱、工作油缸、主电机、同步伺服电机、输送带纠偏装置、输送带张紧装置、输送带所组成,该机采用先进的前、后工台板同步位移技术,使用伺服电机,利用液、机、电、光多面技术优化组合设计,实现智能化,机械手的使用不但成型速度快,质量好,噪音低,节能提高工效明显,操作安全方便,在同类产品中具有独创性和新颖性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及轻工业生产加工机械领域,特别涉及轻工、装饰业中的物体模切机械领域,具体是指一种复合材料平面成型机。
背景技术
目前,众所周知国内地面、墙壁装饰大都采用木地板、瓷砖等装饰材料,浪费大量有限的资源,现国家发现了新的环保替代品,PVC为复合材料的地墙砖,而新型复合材料地墙砖成型比较困难,部分企业采用自制设备加工,严重影响加工质量和加工速度,最主要的安全隐患多,一不小心操作工的手就会被压伤,旧的设备已经不能适应我国当今的现代化工业发展需要,迫切需要新的复合材料平面成型机,国内部分厂家也作了一些试制,但在生产过程中,仍有许多无法克服的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合材料平面成型机,克服老式自制设备工作效率低,速度慢,劳动强度大和安全性能的不足,该产品前、后工作台板能双边自动循环进料工作,光电保护,模切定位准确,自动化程度高,速度快,提高工效,节约原材料,安全性能好,操作方便。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案为:由龙门架、机械手移动传输机构、机械手、成品输送工作台、下机体、上机体、刀模夹紧装置、PLC控制器、磁粉放卷装置、随动张紧装置、高精纠偏装置、气缸夹紧装置、挡死装置、导向柱、工作油缸、主电机、同步伺服电机、输送带纠偏装置、输送带张紧装置、输送带所组成,龙门架为大规格方管焊接而成,顶部内装有机械手移动传输机构,机械手移动传输机构并与机械手连接,机械手下端放置成品输送工作台,下机体经导向柱与上机体连接,上机体两侧装有刀模夹紧装置,一端装有PLC控制器,磁粉放卷装置在机器尾部,工作台下侧装有随动张紧装置,工作台上端装有高精纠偏装置,前端装有气缸夹紧装置,下机体上平面装有挡死装置和工作油缸,侧面装有主电机,龙门架一端装有同步伺服电机,工作台另一端装有输送带纠偏装置和输送带张紧装置,输送带环绕机器一周。
本发明的有益效果是:该机采用先进的前、后工台板同步位移技术,使用伺服电机,利用液、机、电、光多面技术优化组合设计,实现智能化,该设备的上、下机架采用优质钢板结构焊接而成,比其它材料更具抗冲击力,抗压强度高,再经过回火、刨加工,使机器不变形,从而保证了其它零部件的安装精度,使整机使用寿命得到有效延长,机械手的使用,使产品加工效率提高四成,上机身冲裁模切采用双油缸牵动来实现,四柱由两只连接块连接,连接块下端与油缸连接,并与连杆连接,曲臂的利用准确的保证了四点模切同步进行,四点均衡,不留死角,不但成型速度快,质量好,噪音低,节能提高工效明显,操作安全方便,在同类产品中具有独创性和新颖性。

下面结合附图对发明的实施例作详细描述:
在图中,下机体是长方形结构的框架,是用多块钢板焊接而成,再经过高温淬火后机械加工达到设计尺寸要求,从而使强度更高,不变形,上面装有四根连接柱,内部装有液压装置、连接块、油缸、曲臂、连杆,外部装有电器控制箱,传动电机和前、后送料台及保护罩,组成了一个完整的设备。
龙门架为大规格方管焊接而成,顶部内装有机械手移动传输机构,机械手移动传输机构并与机械手连接,机械手下端放置成品输送工作台,下机体经导向柱与上机体连接,上机体两侧装有刀模夹紧装置,一端装有PLC控制器,磁粉放卷装置在机器尾部,工作台下侧装有随动张紧装置,工作台上端装有高精纠偏装置,前端装有气缸夹紧装置,下机体上平面装有挡死装置和工作油缸,侧面装有主电机,龙门架一端装有同步伺服电机,工作台另一端装有输送带纠偏装置和输送带张紧装置,输送带环绕机器一周。

1.一种复合材料平面成型机,由龙门架、机械手移动传输机构、机械手、成品输送工作台、下机体、上机体、刀模夹紧装置、PLC控制器、磁粉放卷装置、随动张紧装置、高精纠偏装置、气缸夹紧装置、挡死装置、导向柱、工作油缸、主电机、同步伺服电机、输送带纠偏装置、输送带张紧装置、输送带所组成,其特征在于:龙门架为大规格方管焊接而成,顶部内装有机械手移动传输机构,机械手移动传输机构并与机械手连接,机械手下端放置成品输送工作台,下机体经导向柱与上机体连接,上机体两侧装有刀模夹紧装置,一端装有PLC控制器,磁粉放卷装置在机器尾部,工作台下侧装有随动张紧装置,工作台上端装有高精纠偏装置,前端装有气缸夹紧装置,下机体上平面装有挡死装置和工作油缸,侧面装有主电机,龙门架一端装有同步伺服电机,工作台另一端装有输送带纠偏装置和输送带张紧装置,输送带环绕机器一周。
