技术领域
本发明涉及一种进给装置,尤其涉及一种车铣复合进给装置,采用该车铣复合进给装置的车铣复合机床,以及其加工方法。
背景技术
随着电子产品的畅销,电子产品金属外壳的光洁度要求越来越高。由于该类金属外壳的结构较为复杂。常采用车刀进给装置对金属外壳上较为平整的部位进行车削,再采用铣刀进给装置对金属外壳较为狭小的部位进行铣削。因此,金属外壳需要于车床与铣床之间进行切换,导致其加工精度不高,同时也降低了加工效率。即使将车刀与铣刀集中设置于同一机台上,金属外壳也需要于车刀与铣刀之间进行切换,同样会导致上述问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种加工精度高且加工效率较高的车铣复合进给装置,采用该车铣复合进给装置的车铣复合机床及其加工方法。
一种车铣复合进给装置,其包括滑动件、装设于该滑动件上的主轴,以及装设于该主轴上的刀具安装组件,该刀具安装组件包括连接件及刀杆,该连接件可拆卸地装设于该主轴上,该刀杆装设于该连接件上,用于安装车刀或铣刀,该连接件上开设有至少两个间隔设置的锁紧槽,该车铣复合进给装置还包括邻近该刀具安装组件装设于该滑动件上的锁紧组件,该锁紧组件包括驱动件以及与该驱动件连接的两个锁紧爪,该驱动件与该滑动件连接,该两个锁紧爪能够分别卡合于相应的该锁紧槽中,该驱动件能够驱动该两个锁紧爪卡合或脱离对应锁紧槽以锁紧定位或释放该刀具安装组件,从而使得车刀和铣刀能够相互切换进行车削或铣削。

一种加工方法,其包括以下步骤:提供上述车铣复合机床;将工件定位于工作台上;该车铣复合机床控制该刀具安装组件带动车刀或铣刀对工件进行加工;该车铣复合机床控制该刀具安装组件停止运动;该驱动件驱动该两个锁紧爪离开该至少两个锁紧槽以释放该刀具安装组件;将车刀或铣刀更换为其中另一个,当将车刀更换为铣刀时,该两个锁紧爪保持远离该至少两个锁紧槽的位置,当将铣刀更换为车刀时,该两个锁紧爪卡入该至少两个锁紧槽以锁紧该刀具安装组件;以及该主轴驱动该车刀或铣刀运动以加工工件。
该车铣复合进给装置包括锁紧组件与刀具安装组件,车刀与铣刀可以共用主轴,加工工件时不需要将工件于不同机台之间转移,提高其加工效率及加工精度。

请参阅图1及图2,本发明实施方式的车铣复合机床100包括机台10、工作台20、刀库25、移动装置30、车铣复合进给装置50以及控制器60。工作台20固定于机台10上,移动装置30沿第一方向X可滑动地设置于机台10上,刀库25装设于移动装置30的下侧。车铣复合进给装置50滑动地装设于移动装置30上且位于工作台20上方。车铣复合进给装置50能够相对移动装置30沿与第一方向X垂直的第二方向Y滑动,且能够朝向与该第一方向X及第二方向Y均垂直的第三方向Z高度往复进给。控制器60与移动装置30、刀库25及车铣复合进给装置50均电性连接,以控制移动装置30带动车铣复合进给装置50加工工件,且能够控制刀库25配合车铣复合进给装置50进行换刀。
机台10包括基座11及平行间隔凸设于基座11上的两个支撑座13。移动装置30滑动地装设于两个支撑座13上,并与两个支撑座13垂直相接且位于基座11的上方。工作台20固定于基座11上且位于两个支撑座13之间,用于支撑/旋转工件。移动装置30分别与两个支撑座13滑动相接且能够相对支撑座13沿第一方向X的滑动。刀库25装设于移动装置30下侧,其能够在控制器60的控制将刀架(图未示)推出以供车铣复合进给装置50换刀。车铣复合进给装置50装设于移动装置30上,且能够相对移动装置30沿第二方向Y滑动。
车铣复合进给装置50包括滑动件51、主轴53、刀具安装组件55以及锁紧组件57。滑动件51沿第二方向Y滑动地设置于移动装置30上。主轴53固定于滑动件51上,刀具安装组件55安装于主轴53的一端,用以铣削/车削工件。锁紧组件57固定于滑动件51上并锁紧刀具安装组件55。
滑动件51包括主体511以及形成于主体511一端的固持部513,主轴53穿设且固持于固持部513上。请一并参阅图3及图4,刀具安装组件55可拆卸地装设于主轴53的一端,其包括连接件551、套接件553以及刀杆555。套接件553为环形,且可拆卸地装设于连接件551上。刀杆555上部分收容于套接件553中且固定于套接件553上。刀杆555用于装设车刀/铣刀。
连接件551包括圆柱形的本体5511,分别形成于本体5511两端的锥形部5513与螺纹部5515。锥形部5513及螺纹部5515均与本体5511同轴,锥形部5513沿着远离本体5511的一侧直径逐渐减小,且收容于于主轴53中以与主轴53固定。本体5511上凸设形成两个环形的定位肋5517。两个定位肋5517间隔设置以定义出一环形槽5518,其中,一个定位肋5517邻近锥形部5513设置。连接件551还于本体5511上凹设有两个锁紧槽5519。两个锁紧槽5519对称设置于本体5511轴线的两侧。每个锁紧槽5519于环形槽5518的底面沿本体5511径向向内凹设。锁紧槽5519一侧贯通邻近锥形部5513的定位肋5517,另一侧陷入远离锥形部5513的定位肋5517中且形成有定位侧面5520。可以理解,锁紧槽5519可以相互邻近且间隔设置于本体5511的圆周面上。套接件553为环形状,其螺合于连接件551的螺纹部5515上以将刀杆555装设于连接件551上。
锁紧组件57邻近刀具安装组件55固定于滑动件51上,其包括安装架571、支撑件573、驱动件575以及一对锁紧爪577。安装架571固定于滑动件51上。支撑件573包括支撑体5731以及从支撑体5731一端平行延伸的两个延伸部5733。支撑体5731上开设有收容槽5732。每个延伸部5733远离支撑体5731的一端开设有枢转槽5734,枢转槽5734贯穿延伸部5733的端面以及两侧面。驱动件575收容于支撑体5731的收容槽5732中。一对锁紧爪577分别穿设于两个枢转槽5734中,且转动连接于驱动件575上。锁紧爪577包括连接端5771以及锁紧端5773,连接端5771与锁紧端5773的夹角为钝角。连接端5771与锁紧端5773的连接处收容于枢转槽5734中且转动设置于枢转槽5734中。连接端5771与驱动件575转动连接。锁紧端5773端部与锁紧槽5519的形状相配合。一对锁紧爪577能够在驱动件575的驱动下相向运动以卡入对应的锁紧槽5519中,从而锁紧刀具安装组件55以阻止其转动。
组装车铣复合机床100时,将工作台20固定于基座11上。将移动装置30滑动设置于两个支撑座13上,将刀库25装设于移动装置30下侧。将车铣复合进给装置50滑动装设于移动装置30上。将控制器60装设于基座11上并与移动装置30及车铣复合进给装置50电性连接。其中,车铣复合进给装置50的组装时,将滑动件51滑动装设于移动装置30上,主轴53装设于滑动件51的固持部513上,刀具安装组件55装于主轴53上。锁紧组件57邻近刀具安装组件55固定于滑动件51上,且使两个锁紧爪577分别对准两个锁紧槽5519。将车刀/铣刀安装于刀杆555上。
可以理解,锁紧槽5519可以为多个且环绕本体5511周面设置,锁紧爪577的锁紧端5773设置为与本体5511周面相吻合的形状,其上对应锁紧槽5519设置多个锁紧块。
请一并参阅图5,本发明实施方式的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S101:提供上述车铣复合机床100;
S102:将工件定位于工作台20上;
S103:工作台20带动工件旋转,车铣复合机床100控制刀具安装组件55带动车刀沿第三方向Z往复运动以对工件进行车削;
S104:车铣复合机床100控制刀具安装组件55停止往复运动;
S105:控制器60控制锁紧爪577离开锁紧槽5519以释放刀具安装组件55;
S106:将车刀更换为铣刀;具体而言,刀库25将刀架推出,车铣复合进给装置50带动将刀具安装组件55移动至刀架上方。主轴53带动刀具安装组件55插设于刀架的安装部(图未示)上并释放该刀具安装组件55。主轴53于刀架上方移动以对准刀库25内另一带有铣刀的刀具安装组件55,主轴53下压并套设于上述带有铣刀的刀具安装组件55上,从而使该刀具安装组件55卡入并固定于主轴53上。可以理解,也可以于刀杆555末端设置卡设结构,换刀时仅将车刀从刀杆555上分离并释放于刀库25内。刀杆555对住铣刀下压,利用该卡设结构卡设固定刀库25内的铣刀,使该铣刀装设于刀杆555上。
S107,主轴53驱动铣刀旋转以对工件进行铣削。
由于锁紧组件57能够锁紧刀具安装组件55,将刀具安装组件55从旋转状态切换成锁紧状态,进而使得车铣复合机床100能够从铣削过程切换成车削过程。工件不需要在不同的机床之间转移,也不用从车刀进给装置处移动到铣刀进给装置之间转移,从而提高了其加工效率及定位精度。且刀具安装组件55可以沿着工件的铣削位置接着进行车削作业,其定位精度进一步提高。
可以理解,也可以先对工件进行铣削再进行车削,其步骤如下:
首先:主轴53驱动刀具安装组件55旋转铣刀以对工件进行铣削;
其次:主轴53控制刀具安装组件55停止旋转,将铣刀更换为车刀;
再次:控制器60控制锁紧爪577卡入对应的锁紧槽5519中锁紧定位刀具安装组件55;具体而言,驱动件575收缩拉动两个锁紧爪577,锁紧爪577旋转,两个锁紧爪577的锁紧端5773相向运动并锁入对应的锁紧槽5519,以锁紧刀具安装组件55。
最后:车铣复合机床100旋转工件,并控制刀具安装组件55带动车刀沿第三方向高速往复运动以对工件进行车削。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种车铣复合进给装置,其包括滑动件、装设于该滑动件上的主轴,以及装设于该主轴上的刀具安装组件,其特征在于:该刀具安装组件包括连接件及刀杆,该连接件可拆卸地装设于该主轴上,该刀杆装设于该连接件上,用于安装车刀或铣刀,该连接件上开设有至少两个间隔设置的锁紧槽,该车铣复合进给装置还包括邻近该刀具安装组件装设于该滑动件上的锁紧组件,该锁紧组件包括驱动件以及与该驱动件连接的两个锁紧爪,该驱动件与该滑动件连接,该两个锁紧爪能够分别卡合于相应的该锁紧槽中,该驱动件能够驱动该两个锁紧爪卡合或脱离对应锁紧槽以锁紧定位或释放该刀具安装组件,从而使得车刀和铣刀能够相互切换进行车削或铣削。
2.如权利要求1所述的车铣复合进给装置,其特征在于:该刀具安装组件还包括套接件,该套接件固定套设于该刀杆上且可拆卸地连接于该连接件上。
3.如权利要求2所述的车铣复合进给装置,其特征在于:该连接件包括本体、形成于该本体两端的锥形部与螺纹部,该锥形部收容于该主轴一端,该套接件螺合于该螺纹部上。
4.如权利要求3所述的车铣复合进给装置,其特征在于:该本体上凸设形成两个环形的定位肋,该两个定位肋间隔设置以定义出一个环形槽,该至少两个锁紧槽于该环形槽的底面沿该本体径向向内凹设。
5.如权利要求1所述的车铣复合进给装置,其特征在于:该至少两个锁紧槽均匀间隔设置于该连接件的周缘。
6.如权利要求1所述的车铣复合进给装置,其特征在于:该锁紧组件还包括安装架以及支撑件,该安装架固定于该滑动件上,该支撑件包括支撑体以及从该支撑体一端平行延伸的两个延伸部,支撑体上开设有收容槽,该驱动件收容于该支撑体的收容槽中。
7.如权利要求6所述的车铣复合进给装置,其特征在于:每个延伸部远离支撑体的一端开设有枢转槽,该两个锁紧爪分别穿设于该两个枢转槽中且转动连接于该驱动件上。
8.如权利要求7所述的车铣复合进给装置,其特征在于:每一锁紧爪包括连接端以及锁紧端,该连接端与该锁紧端的夹角为钝角,该连接端与该锁紧端的连接处收容于该枢转槽中且转动设置于该枢转槽中,该锁紧端卡合于该连接件上对应的锁紧槽中。
9.一种车铣复合机床,其包括机台、工作台、刀库、移动装置、车铣复合进给装置以及控制器,该工作台装设于该机台上,该移动装置沿第一方向可滑动地设置于该机台上,该刀库装设于该移动装置下侧,该车铣复合进给装置滑动地装设于该移动装置上,且能够相对该移动装置沿与该第一方向垂直的第二方向滑动,该车铣复合进给装置可沿与该第一方向及该第二方向均垂直的第三方向朝该工作台往复进给,该控制器装设于该机台上且与该移动装置及该车铣复合进给装置均电性连接,该车铣复合进给装置包括滑动件、装设于该滑动件上的主轴,以及装设于该主轴上的刀具安装组件,该刀库用于收容多个刀具安装组件,其特征在于:该刀具安装组件包括连接件及刀杆,该连接件可拆卸地装设于该主轴上,该刀杆装设于该连接件上且其上装设有车刀或铣刀,该连接件上开设有至少两个间隔设置的锁紧槽,该车铣复合进给装置还包括邻近该刀具安装组件装设于该滑动件上的锁紧组件,该锁紧组件包括驱动件以及与该驱动件连接的两个锁紧爪,该驱动件与该滑动件连接,该两个锁紧爪能够分别卡合于相应的该锁紧槽中,该驱动件能够驱动该两个锁紧爪卡合或脱离对应锁紧槽以锁紧定位或释放该刀具安装组件,以便于该车铣复合进给装置移动至该刀库处并将该刀具安装组件更换为另一带有车刀或铣刀其中另一个的刀具安装组件。
10.一种加工方法,其包括以下步骤:
提供如权利要求9所述的车铣复合机床;
将工件定位于工作台上;
该车铣复合机床控制该刀具安装组件带动车刀或铣刀对工件进行加工;
该车铣复合机床控制该刀具安装组件停止运动;
该驱动件驱动该两个锁紧爪离开该至少两个锁紧槽以释放该刀具安装组件;
将车刀或铣刀更换为其中另一个,当将车刀更换为铣刀时,该两个锁紧爪保持远离该至少两个锁紧槽的位置,当将铣刀更换为车刀时,该两个锁紧爪卡入该至少两个锁紧槽以锁紧该刀具安装组件;以及
该主轴驱动该车刀或铣刀运动以加工工件。
