Description

車銑複合進給裝置,車銑複合機床及其加工方法
本發明涉及一種進給裝置,尤其涉及一種車銑複合進給裝置,採用該車銑複合進給裝置之車銑複合機床,以及其加工方法。
電子產品金屬外殼之光潔度要求越來越高。由於該類金屬外殼之結構較為複雜。常採用車刀進給裝置對金屬外殼上較為平整之部位進行車削,再採用銑刀進給裝置對金屬外殼較為狹小之部位進行銑削。故而,金屬外殼需要於車床與銑床之間進行切換,導致其加工精度不高,同時亦降低了加工效率。即使將車刀與銑刀集中設置於同一機台上,金屬外殼亦需要於車刀與銑刀之間進行切換,同樣會導致上述問題。
鑒於上述內容,有必要提供一種加工精度高且加工效率較高之車銑複合進給裝置,採用該車銑複合進給裝置之車銑複合機床及其加工方法。
一種車銑複合進給裝置,其包括滑動件、裝設於該滑動件上之主軸,以及裝設於該主軸上之刀具安裝組件,該刀具安裝組件包括連接件及刀桿,該連接件可拆卸地裝設於該主軸上,該刀桿裝設於該連接件上,用於安裝車刀或銑刀,該連接件上開設有至少二間隔設置之鎖緊槽,該車銑複合進給裝置還包括鄰近該刀具安裝組件裝設於該滑動件上之鎖緊組件,該鎖緊組件包括驅動件以及與該驅動件連接之二鎖緊爪,該驅動件與該滑動件連接,該二鎖緊爪卡合於該至少二鎖緊槽中鎖緊定位該刀具安裝組件,該驅動件能夠驅動該二鎖緊爪脫離對應鎖緊槽以釋放該刀具安裝組件。

一種加工方法,其包括以下步驟:提供上述車銑複合機床;將工件定位於工作台上;該車銑複合機床控制該刀具安裝組件帶動車刀或銑刀對工件進行加工;該車銑複合機床控制該刀具安裝組件停止運動;該驅動件驅動該二鎖緊爪離開該至少二鎖緊槽以釋放該刀具安裝組件;將車刀或銑刀更換為其中另一個,當將車刀更換為銑刀時,該二鎖緊爪保持遠離該至少二鎖緊槽之位置,當將銑刀更換為車刀時,該二鎖緊爪卡入該至少二鎖緊槽以鎖緊該刀具安裝組件;以及該主軸驅動該車刀或銑刀運動以加工工件。

請參閱圖1及圖2,本發明實施方式之車銑複合機床100包括機台10、工作台20、刀庫25、移動裝置30、車銑複合進給裝置50以及控制器60。工作台20固定於機台10上,移動裝置30沿第一方向X可滑動地設置於機台10上,刀庫25裝設於移動裝置30之下側。車銑複合進給裝置50滑動地裝設於移動裝置30上且位於工作台20上方。車銑複合進給裝置50能夠相對移動裝置30沿與第一方向X垂直之第二方向Y滑動,且能夠朝向與該第一方向X及第二方向Y均垂直之第三方向Z高度往復進給。控制器60與移動裝置30、刀庫25及車銑複合進給裝置50均電性連接,以控制移動裝置30帶動車銑複合進給裝置50加工工件,且能夠控制刀庫25配合車銑複合進給裝置50進行換刀。
機台10包括基座11及平行間隔凸設於基座11上之二支撐座13。移動裝置30滑動地裝設於二支撐座13上,並與二支撐座13垂直相接且位於基座11之上方。工作台20固定於基座11上且位於二支撐座13之間,用於支撐/旋轉工件。移動裝置30分別與二支撐座13滑動相接且能夠相對支撐座13沿第一方向X滑動。刀庫25裝設於移動裝置30下側,其能夠在控制器60之控制將刀架(圖未示)推出以供車銑複合進給裝置50換刀。車銑複合進給裝置50裝設於移動裝置30上,且能夠相對移動裝置30沿第二方向Y滑動。
車銑複合進給裝置50包括滑動件51、主軸53、刀具安裝組件55以及鎖緊組件57。滑動件51沿第二方向Y滑動地設置於移動裝置30上。主軸53固定於滑動件51上,刀具安裝組件55安裝於主軸53之一端,用以銑削/車削工件。鎖緊組件57固定於滑動件51上並鎖緊刀具安裝組件55。
滑動件51包括主體511以及形成於主體511一端之固持部513,主軸53穿設且固持於固持部513上。請一併參閱圖3及圖4,刀具安裝組件55可拆卸地裝設於主軸53之一端,其包括連接件551、套接件553以及刀桿555。套接件553為環形,且可拆卸地裝設於連接件551上。刀桿555上部分收容於套接件553中且固定於套接件553上。刀桿555用於裝設車刀/銑刀。
連接件551包括圓柱形之本體5511,分別形成於本體5511二端之錐形部5513與螺紋部5515。錐形部5513及螺紋部5515均勻本體5511同軸,錐形部5513沿著遠離本體5511之一側直徑逐漸減小,且收容於於主軸53中以與主軸53固定。本體5511上凸設形成二環形之定位肋5517。二定位肋5517間隔設置以定義出一環形槽5518,其中,一定位肋5517鄰近錐形部5513設置。連接件551還於本體5511上凹設有二鎖緊槽5519。二鎖緊槽5519對稱設置於本體5511軸線之二側。每一鎖緊槽5519於環形槽5518之底面沿本體5511徑向向內凹設。鎖緊槽5519一側貫通鄰近錐形部5513之定位肋5517,另一側陷入遠離錐形部5513之定位肋5517中且形成有定位側面5520。可理解,鎖緊槽5519可相互鄰近且間隔設置於本體5511之圓週面上。套接件553為環形狀,其螺合於連接件551之螺紋部5515上以將刀桿555裝設於連接件551上。
鎖緊組件57鄰近刀具安裝組件55固定於滑動件51上,其包括安裝架571、支撐件573、驅動件575以及一對鎖緊爪577。安裝架571固定於滑動件51上。支撐件573包括支撐體5731以及從支撐體5731一端平行延伸之二延伸部5733。支撐體5731上開設有收容槽5732。每一延伸部5733遠離支撐體5731之一端開設有樞轉槽5734,樞轉槽5734貫穿延伸部5733之端面以及二側面。驅動件575收容於支撐體5731之收容槽5732中。一對鎖緊爪577分別穿設於二樞轉槽5734中,且轉動連接於驅動件575上。鎖緊爪577包括連接端5771以及鎖緊端5773,連接端5771與鎖緊端5773之夾角為鈍角。連接端5771與鎖緊端5773之連接處收容於樞轉槽5734中且轉動設置於樞轉槽5734中。連接端5771與驅動件575轉動連接。鎖緊端5773端部與鎖緊槽5519之形狀相配合。一對鎖緊抓77能夠在驅動件575之驅動下相向運動以卡入對應之鎖緊槽5519中,從而鎖緊刀具安裝組件55以阻止其轉動。
組裝車銑複合機床100時,將工作台20固定於基座11上。將移動裝置30滑動設置於二支撐座13上,將刀庫25裝設於移動裝置30下側。將車銑複合進給裝置50滑動裝設於移動裝置30上。將控制器60裝設於基座11上並與移動裝置30及車銑複合進給裝置50電性連接。其中,車銑複合進給裝置50之組裝時,將滑動件51滑動裝設於移動裝置30上,主軸53裝設於滑動件51之固持部513上,刀具安裝組件55裝於主軸53上。鎖緊組件57鄰近刀具安裝組件55固定於滑動件51上,且使二鎖緊爪577分別對準二鎖緊槽5519。將車刀/銑刀安裝於刀桿555上。
可理解,鎖緊槽5519可為複數且環繞本體5511週面設置,鎖緊抓77之鎖緊端5773設置為與本體5511週面相吻合之形狀,其上對應鎖緊槽5519設置複數鎖緊塊。
請一併參閱圖5,本發明實施方式之加工方法,包括以下步驟:
S101:提供上述車銑複合機床100;
S102: 將工件定位於工作台20上;
S103: 工作台20帶動工件旋轉,車銑複合機床100控制刀具安裝組件55帶動車刀沿第三方向Z往復運動以對工件進行車削;
S104: 車銑複合機床100控制刀具安裝組件55停止往復運動;
S105:控制器60控制鎖緊爪577離開鎖緊槽5519以釋放刀具安裝組件55;
S106: 將車刀更換為銑刀;具體而言,刀庫25將刀架推出,車銑複合進給裝置50帶動將刀具安裝組件55移動至刀架上方。主軸53帶動刀具安裝組件55插設於刀架之安裝部(圖未示)上並釋放該刀具安裝組件55。主軸53於刀架上方移動以對準刀庫25內另一帶有銑刀之刀具安裝組件55,主軸53下壓並套設於上述帶有銑刀之刀具安裝組件55上,從而使該刀具安裝組件55卡入並固定於主軸53上。可理解,亦可於刀桿555末端設置卡設結構,換刀時僅將車刀從刀桿555上分離並釋放於刀庫25內。刀桿555對住銑刀下壓,利用該卡設結構卡設固定刀庫25內之銑刀,使該銑刀裝設於刀桿555上。
S107,主軸53驅動銑刀旋轉以對工件進行銑削。
由於鎖緊組件57能夠鎖緊刀具安裝組件55,將刀具安裝組件55從旋轉狀態切換成鎖緊狀態,進而使得車銑複合機床100能夠從銑削過程切換成車削過程。工件不需要在不同之機床之間轉移,亦不用從車刀進給裝置處移動到銑刀進給裝置之間轉移,從而提高了其加工效率及定位精度。且刀具安裝組件55可沿著工件之銑削位置接著進行車削作業,其定位精度進一步提高。
可理解,亦可先對工件進行銑削再進行車削,其步驟如下:
首先,主軸53驅動刀具安裝組件55旋轉銑刀以對工件進行銑削;
其次,主軸53控制刀具安裝組件55停止旋轉,將銑刀更換為車刀;
再次,控制器60控制鎖緊爪577卡入對應之鎖緊槽5519中鎖緊定位刀具安裝組件55;具體而言,驅動件575收縮拉動二鎖緊爪577,鎖緊爪577旋轉,二鎖緊爪577之鎖緊端5773相向運動並鎖入對應之鎖緊槽5519,以鎖緊刀具安裝組件55。
最後,車銑複合機床100控制工作台20旋轉工件,並控制刀具安裝組件55帶動車刀沿第三方向高速往復運動以對工件進行車削。
綜上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上該者僅為本發明之較佳實施例,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士,在爰依本發明精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之如申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種車銑複合進給裝置,其包括滑動件、裝設於該滑動件上之主軸,以及裝設於該主軸上之刀具安裝組件,其改良在於:該刀具安裝組件包括連接件及刀桿,該連接件可拆卸地裝設於該主軸上,該刀桿裝設於該連接件上,用於安裝車刀或銑刀,該連接件上開設有至少二間隔設置之鎖緊槽,該車銑複合進給裝置還包括鄰近該刀具安裝組件裝設於該滑動件上之鎖緊組件,該鎖緊組件包括驅動件以及與該驅動件連接之二鎖緊爪,該驅動件與該滑動件連接,該二鎖緊爪卡合於該至少二鎖緊槽中鎖緊定位該刀具安裝組件,該驅動件能夠驅動該二鎖緊爪脫離對應鎖緊槽以釋放該刀具安裝組件。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之車銑複合進給裝置,其中該刀具安裝組件還包括套接件,該套接件固定套設於該刀桿上且可拆卸地連接於該連接件上。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之車銑複合進給裝置,其中該連接件包括本體、形成於該本體二端之錐形部與螺紋部,該錐形部收容於該主軸一端,該套接件螺合於該螺紋部上。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之車銑複合進給裝置,其中該本體上凸設形成二環形之定位肋,該二定位肋間隔設置以定義出一環形槽,該至少二鎖緊槽於該環形槽之底面沿該本體徑向向內凹設。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之車銑複合進給裝置,其中該至少二鎖緊槽均勻間隔設置於該連接件之週緣。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之車銑複合進給裝置,其中該鎖緊組件還包括包括安裝架以及支撐件,該安裝架固定於該滑動件上,該支撐件包括支撐體以及從該支撐體一端平行延伸之二延伸部,該支撐體上開設有收容槽,該驅動件收容於該支撐體之收容槽內。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之車銑複合進給裝置,其中每一延伸部遠離支撐體之一端開設有樞轉槽,該二鎖緊爪分別穿設於該二樞轉槽中且轉動連接於該驅動件上。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之車銑複合進給裝置,其中每一鎖緊爪包括連接端以及鎖緊端,該連接端與該鎖緊端之夾角為鈍角,該連接端與該鎖緊端之連接處收容於該樞轉槽中且轉動設置於該樞轉槽中,該鎖緊端卡合於該連接件上對應之鎖緊槽中。
  9. 一種車銑複合機床,其包括機台、工作台、刀庫、移動裝置、車銑複合進給裝置以及控制器,該工作台裝設於該機台上,該移動裝置沿第一方向可滑動地設置於該機台上,該刀庫裝設於該移動裝置下側,該車銑複合進給裝置滑動地裝設於該移動裝置上,且能夠相對該移動裝置沿與該第一方向垂直之第二方向滑動,該車銑複合進給裝置可沿與該第一方向及該第二方向均垂直之第三方向朝該工作台高度往復進給,該控制器裝設於該機台上且與該移動裝置及該車銑複合進給裝置均電性連接,該車銑複合進給裝置包括滑動件、裝設於該滑動件上之主軸,以及裝設於該主軸上之刀具安裝組件,該刀庫用於收容複數刀具安裝組件,其改良在於:該刀具安裝組件包括連接件及刀桿,該連接件可拆卸地裝設於該主軸上,該刀桿裝設於該連接件上且其上裝設有車刀或銑刀,該連接件上開設有至少二間隔設置之鎖緊槽,該車銑複合進給裝置還包括鄰近該刀具安裝組件裝設於該滑動件上之鎖緊組件,該鎖緊組件包括驅動件以及與該驅動件連接之二鎖緊爪,該驅動件與該滑動件連接,該二鎖緊爪能夠卡合於該至少二鎖緊槽中鎖緊定位該刀具安裝組件,該驅動件能夠驅動該二鎖緊爪脫離該至少二鎖緊槽以釋放該刀具安裝組件,以便於該車銑複合進給裝置移動至該刀庫處並將該刀具安裝組件更換為另一帶有車刀或銑刀其中另一個之刀具安裝組件。
  10. 一種加工方法,其包括以下步驟:
    提供如申請專利範圍第9所述之車銑複合機床;
    將工件定位於工作台上;
    該車銑複合機床控制該刀具安裝組件帶動車刀或銑刀對工件進行加工;
    該車銑複合機床控制該刀具安裝組件停止運動;
    該驅動件驅動該二鎖緊爪離開該至少二鎖緊槽以釋放該刀具安裝組件;
    將車刀或銑刀更換為其中另一個,當將車刀更換為銑刀時,該二鎖緊爪保持遠離該至少二鎖緊槽之位置,當將銑刀更換為車刀時,該二鎖緊爪卡入該至少二鎖緊槽以鎖緊該刀具安裝組件;以及
    該主軸驅動該車刀或銑刀運動以加工工件。
