本发明提供一种化工产品用搅拌釜,其特征在于:包括釜体和釜盖,釜体和釜盖通过法兰连接,釜盖上设有进料口,釜体下端设有出料口,釜体内设有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上设有搅拌桨,所述搅拌桨为田字型,且在对应搅拌桨中心点的搅拌器主轴上斜向延伸间隔均匀加设四个斜拉筋式搅拌叶片。所述搅拌轴与电机的动力输出轴相连接,电机连接设有变频器。所述釜体内壁上设有条状凸起。本发明的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,增加物料与釜体内壁的接触面积,及搅拌叶片与被搅拌物的接触面,使物料混合更加均匀;电机连接设有变频器,使搅拌轴的转速快慢能够调节,防止搅拌轴发生断裂。具有结构简单,维修方便,加工成本低,生产效率高等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于化工设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种化工产品用搅拌釜。
背景技术
在化工生产作业中,经常会对化工原料进行搅拌混合。在现有的技术中,最常见的搅拌釜通常为单搅拌轴上安装有数组桨叶通过电机带动进行搅拌,釜体内壁通常为光滑内壁,往往会造成靠近釜体内壁的物料混合不均匀的情况出现;而且普通搅拌釜的搅拌轴通常是匀速转动的,对于粘度较大的物料进行搅拌时,由于电机起始速度就较快,但物料又比较粘稠,往往会造成搅拌轴转动受阻,造成搅拌轴断裂。且搅拌桨叶之间互不连接固定,更容易造成搅拌桨叶的脱落或断裂。存在结构复杂,零件加工困难,调整费时费力,工作效率低,安全性能差等技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作简单、生产效率高的搅拌釜,尤其适合化工产品物料的搅拌。
本发明的技术方案是:一种化工产品用搅拌釜,其特征在于:包括釜体和釜盖,釜体和釜盖通过法兰连接,釜盖上设有进料口,釜体下端设有出料口,釜体内设有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上设有搅拌桨,所述搅拌桨为田字型,且在对应搅拌桨中心点的搅拌器主轴上斜向延伸间隔均匀加设四个斜拉筋式搅拌叶片。所述搅拌轴与电机的动力输出轴相连接。
所述釜体内壁上设有条状凸起。
所述电机连接设有变频器。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,釜体内壁设有条状凸起,增加物料与釜体内壁的接触面积,增大摩擦系数,使物料混合更加均匀;电机连接设有变频器,使搅拌轴的转速快慢能够调节,防止搅拌轴发生断裂。且由于改进了搅拌桨叶的结构设计,加大了搅拌叶片与被搅拌物的接触面,提高了反应效率;具有结构简单,维修方便,加工成本低,生产效率高,安全性能好等优点。

本发明提供一种化工产品用搅拌釜,其特征在于:包括釜体1和釜盖2,釜体1和釜盖2通过法兰连接,釜盖2上设有进料口3,釜体1下端设有出料口4,釜体1内设有搅拌轴5,搅拌轴5上设有搅拌桨6,所述搅拌桨6为田字型,且在对应搅拌桨6中心点的搅拌轴5上斜向延伸间隔均匀加设四个斜拉筋式搅拌叶片7,加大了搅拌桨6与被搅拌物的接触面,提高了反应效率。
所述搅拌轴5与电机8的动力输出轴相连接。所述电机8连接设有变频器9,使搅拌轴5的转速快慢能够调节,防止搅拌轴5发生断裂。
所述釜体1内壁上设有条状凸起10,增加物料与釜体内壁的接触面积,增大摩擦系数,使物料混合更加均匀。
