本发明涉及保健食品及其加工技术领域,具体而言涉及一种益气补血土豆泥及其制备方法。
背景技术
土豆含有丰富的淀粉、膳食纤维、微量元素和维生素,脂肪含量非常低,可以替代主食,为人体提供能量供应。土豆除了作为人们日常生活的一种蔬菜外,通常被制作成薯片或者土豆泥。目前,市售的土豆泥为了获得良好的口感,通常会添加多种香精和沙拉酱,油脂含量高,长期食用不但没有保健效果,还会对健康造成威胁,针对上述弊端,本发明选择多种食材、中药材作为原料,研制出一种益气补血土豆泥。
发明内容
本发明提出一种益气补血土豆泥及其制备方法,该土豆泥酸甜适口,营养丰富,益气补血。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种益气补血土豆泥,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:土豆70-80份、紫薯10-15份、黑米粉8-12份、黑豆粉8-12份、红枣7-10份、葡萄5-8份、桑葚3-5份、枸杞0.6-1份、酸枣仁0.6-1份、党参0.6-1份、番茄酱10-15份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:土豆70份、紫薯10份、黑米粉8份、黑豆粉8份、红枣7份、葡萄5份、桑葚3份、枸杞0.6份、酸枣仁0.6份、党参0.6份、番茄酱10份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:土豆75份、紫薯13份、黑米粉10份、黑豆粉10份、红枣8份、葡萄6份、桑葚4份、枸杞0.8份、酸枣仁0.8份、党参0.8份、番茄酱13份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:土豆80份、紫薯15份、黑米粉12份、黑豆粉12份、红枣10份、葡萄8份、桑葚5份、枸杞1份、酸枣仁1份、党参1份、番茄酱15份。
另,本发明还提供一种如上所述益气补血土豆泥的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将枸杞、酸枣仁、党参研磨成100目的粉末,土豆、紫薯去皮切片,然后将粉末撒至土豆、紫薯片的表面,蒸制40分钟,取出冷却,捣成泥;
(2)将黑米粉、黑豆粉放入锅中,加热至200℃,炒2分钟,然后放入步骤(1)得到的物料中;
(3)将红枣、葡萄、桑葚去皮切丁,与番茄酱共同加入步骤(2)得到的物料中,搅拌均匀,即得所述一种益气补血土豆泥。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、酸甜适口,油脂含量低。
2、营养丰富,益气补血。

土豆75份、紫薯13份、黑米粉10份、黑豆粉10份、红枣8份、葡萄6份、桑葚4份、枸杞0.8份、酸枣仁0.8份、党参0.8份、番茄酱13份。
实施例四:
土豆80份、紫薯15份、黑米粉12份、黑豆粉12份、红枣10份、葡萄8份、桑葚5份、枸杞1份、酸枣仁1份、党参1份、番茄酱15份。
实施例五:
上述实施例一至四采用的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将枸杞、酸枣仁、党参研磨成100目的粉末,土豆、紫薯去皮切片,然后将粉末撒至土豆、紫薯片的表面,蒸制40分钟,取出冷却,捣成泥;
(2)将黑米粉、黑豆粉放入锅中,加热至200℃,炒2分钟,然后放入步骤(1)得到的物料中;
(3)将红枣、葡萄、桑葚去皮切丁,与番茄酱共同加入步骤(2)得到的物料中,搅拌均匀,即得所述一种益气补血土豆泥。

5.一种如权利要求1-4任一所述益气补血土豆泥的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将枸杞、酸枣仁、党参研磨成100目的粉末,土豆、紫薯去皮切片,然后将粉末撒至土豆、紫薯片的表面,蒸制40分钟,取出冷却,捣成泥;
(2)将黑米粉、黑豆粉放入锅中,加热至200℃,炒2分钟,然后放入步骤(1)得到的物料中;
