本发明涉及食品领域,具体涉及一种养身土豆泥。
背景技术
土豆蛋白质营养价值高。马铃薯块茎含有2%左右的蛋白质,薯干中蛋白质含量为8%~9%。据研究,马铃薯的蛋白质营养价值很高,其品质相当于鸡蛋的蛋白质,容易消化、吸收,优于其他作物的蛋白质。而且马铃薯的蛋白质含有18种氨基酸,包括人体不能合成的各种必需氨基酸。高度评价马铃薯的营养价值,是与其块茎含有高品位的蛋白质和必需氨基酸的赖氨酸、色氨酸、组氨酸、精氨酸、苯丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸和蛋氨酸的存在是分不开的。
土豆块茎含有多种维生素和无机盐。食用马铃薯有益于健康与维生素的作用是分不开的。特别是维生素C可防止坏血病,刺激造血机能等,在日常吃的大米、白面中是没有的,而马铃薯可提供大量的维生素c。块茎中还含有维生素A(胡萝卜素)、维生素B1,(硫胺素)、维生素B2(核黄素)、维生素pp(烟酸)、维生素E(生育酚)、维生素B3(泛酸)、维生素B6(吡哆醇)、维生素M(叶酸)和生物素H等,对人体健康都是有益的。此外,块茎中的无机盐如钙、磷、铁、钾、钠、锌,锰等,也是对人的健康和幼儿发育成长不可缺少的元素。

本发明采取的具体技术方案是:
一种养身土豆泥,其特征在于采用如下原料份数配比制备:土豆450-550份、胡萝卜25-35份、熟青豆20-30份、熟猪肉20-30份、配料8-12份、调料13-17份。
优选的,采用如下原料份数配比制备:土豆500份、胡萝卜30份、熟青豆25份、熟猪肉25份、配料10份、调料15份。
配料采用如下原料份数配比制备:冬虫夏草2份、阿胶3份、沙参3份、玉竹3份、人参1份、红枣4份、莲子3份。
调料采用如下原料份数配比制备:食盐2份、鸡精1份、豆粉3份、黑胡椒粉5份、甜面酱4份、白糖4份、蜂蜜2份。
一种养身土豆泥,其特征在于提供制备方法如下:
(1)将土豆去皮、洗净、切块,煮熟捞出备用;
(2)将胡萝卜去皮、洗净、切小丁、煮熟,熟青豆拍蓉,红枣去核、煮熟,莲子去芯、煮熟;
(3)将熟红枣、熟莲子、冬虫夏草、阿胶、沙参、玉竹、人参一起剁碎;
(4)将土豆、胡萝卜、熟青豆、熟猪肉、配料、调料,一起搅拌成泥,即可。
本发明的优点是:通过食用本发明的养身土豆泥,适合胖者瘦身、瘦者增胖,有美容养颜、润泽皮肤、养脾健胃、调理中气、益气补血的作用。

调料采用如下原料份数配比制备:食盐2份、鸡精1份、豆粉3份、黑胡椒粉5份、甜面酱4份、白糖4份、蜂蜜2份。
一种养身土豆泥,其特征在于提供制备方法如下:
(1)将土豆去皮、洗净、切块,煮熟捞出备用;
(2)将胡萝卜去皮、洗净、切小丁、煮熟,熟青豆拍蓉,红枣去核、煮熟,莲子去芯、煮熟;

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的配料,其特征在于配料采用如下原料份数配比制备:冬虫夏草2份、阿胶3份、沙参3份、玉竹3份、人参1份、红枣4份、莲子3份。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的调料,其特征在于调料采用如下原料份数配比制备:食盐2份、鸡精1份、豆粉3份、黑胡椒粉5份、甜面酱4份、白糖4份、蜂蜜2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的养身土豆泥,其特征在于提供制备方法如下:
(1)将土豆去皮、洗净、切块,煮熟捞出备用;
(2)将胡萝卜去皮、洗净、切小丁、煮熟,熟青豆拍蓉,红枣去核、煮熟,莲子去芯、煮熟;
(3)将熟红枣、熟莲子、冬虫夏草、阿胶、沙参、玉竹、人参一起剁碎;
(4)将土豆、胡萝卜、熟青豆、熟猪肉、配料、调料,一起搅拌成泥,即可。
