Abstract
一种轮胎修补机之空压机的飞轮装置,主要特征系直接将飞轮锁合固定于一齿轮的侧面,藉此得以缩小轮胎修补机的飞轮装置之体积,且使结构更为简化,从而更利于其他机件的组构安排,以及降低制造成本。
Description
本申请要求于2013年8月27日提交的台湾发明专利申请号为No.102130658的名称为“轮胎修补机之空压机的飞轮装置”的申请的优先权,其被在此引用作为所有目的的参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于携带型轮胎修补机内部的空压机的飞轮装置的改良结构。
背景技术
车辆的轮胎破裂后会因为失去胎压而无法行驶,必须更换轮胎或将破洞修补后再充气才能上路,因此,一般车辆都会在车上配备一个备胎,以备不时之需;然而,轮胎加上轮圈的重量会增加车体重量而更耗费燃料,不经济且不环保。为了能减少一个备胎对车体的负重,目前已有厂商开发出相对轻巧的轮胎修补机提供给驾驶人配备于车上,一旦遇到轮胎破裂泄气时,可以取出进行紧急修补及充气。
所述习知的轮胎修补机也可以做为轮胎充气机使用,其结构大致上是在一外壳内设置一个胶料桶与一个空压机(即空气压缩机),胶料桶与空压机分别连接一注胶管与一充气管,注胶管与充气管的一端分别设置一注胶嘴与一充气嘴;当做为轮胎充气机使用时,使用者直接将充气嘴组合于轮胎的气嘴,再开启空压机将高压空气充入轮胎内即可。当做为轮胎修补机使用时,则必须先将注胶嘴组合于轮胎气嘴,然后启动泵浦将胶料桶内的适量胶料注入轮胎内,而后将注胶嘴卸下,改将充气嘴组合于轮胎气嘴,再将高压空气充入轮胎内产生适当胎压;将充气嘴卸下后将车辆慢速行驶一段距离,让胶料在轮胎内壁面均匀流动而填补在破裂的位置,待胶料干固后可避免轮胎内的气体外泄,驾驶人即可就近将车开至维修厂做进一步检修。
前述设于轮胎修补机内部的空压机均必须设置一机座,再于机座固定地设置一汽缸、一马达与一连动装置,其中,连动装置系做为马达与汽缸之间的连接媒介,一般包含有一齿轮、一飞轮、一连杆与一活塞,活塞系结合于一连杆的一端,连杆的另一端则枢接于飞轮,飞轮再连接于齿轮,齿轮再啮合设于马达驱动轴的驱动齿轮,藉此,当马达运转时,其驱动齿轮将带动齿轮与飞轮旋转,进而经由连杆带动活塞在汽缸内往复运动,以在汽缸内产生压缩空气,提供对轮胎充气或将胶水注入轮胎之用。
惟,前述的习知飞轮装置所包含的齿轮与飞轮系活动地连接,致使齿轮与飞轮组合后的轴向距离较大而具有较大之整体体积,且在组装时较复杂,制造成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于解决习知应用于轮胎修补机之空压机的飞轮装置,其齿轮与飞轮系活动地连接,致使齿轮与飞轮组合后的轴向距离较大而具有较大之整体体积,且因组装结构较复杂,制造成本较高的问题。
本发明提供的轮胎修补机之空压机的飞轮装置,其特征是直接将飞轮锁合固定于一齿轮的侧面,藉此得以缩小轮胎修补机的飞轮装置之体积,且使结构更为简化,从而更利于其他机件的组构安排,以及降低制造成本。
本发明的技术手段,系使轮胎修补机之空压机的飞轮装置包含有一齿轮与一飞轮,将所述飞轮直接固定地设于该齿轮的一侧面,藉此缩短齿轮与飞轮组合后在轴向的距离,进而缩小整个飞轮装置的体积。
较佳地,本创作之飞轮装置,系在前述齿轮的一侧面设有多个平行于其轴向的螺孔,且该飞轮的轴向设有多个对应该螺孔位置的洞孔,多个螺丝分别被穿过该洞孔而锁入该螺孔,使该飞轮与该齿轮固定。
本发明藉由将飞轮直接组合固定于齿轮一侧面的结构,使得整个飞轮装置的轴向长度较短,结构更简化,可以缩小体积而让其他机件的配置更合理,制造成本得以降低。

具体实施方式
以下配合附图及元件符号对本发明的实施方式做更详细的说明,俾使熟悉该项技艺者在研读本说明书后能据以实施。
如图1所示,本发明提供的使用于轮胎修补机之空压机的飞轮装置1,其较佳实施例系包含有一齿轮11与一飞轮12;齿轮11的中央设有一中心孔110,齿轮11的一侧面设有多个平行于其轴向的螺孔111;飞轮12的中央设置有一对应该中心孔110的中央孔120,以及在轴向设有多个对应该螺孔111位置的洞孔121与一个偏心孔122,可以利用多个螺丝13分别穿过该洞孔121而锁入螺孔111,使飞轮12与齿轮11固定,同时使中央孔120对应于中心孔110。所述飞轮12为非正圆形的形状(在本发明的实施例系近似扇形状),因此,当飞轮12被固定于齿轮11后,可以使齿轮11的重心位于偏心位置。
如图2所示,前述的飞轮装置1系做为轮胎修补机之空压机的马达6与设在汽缸31之活塞2间的传动媒介。所述空压机之机构中,包含有一机座板3,机座板3的相对两侧面分别设置一汽缸31与一马达座32,于机座板3设置有一贯通其第一面与第二面的通孔33;汽缸31的一端为具有可组装进入一活塞2的开口310,相对另一端则设置一单向气阀装置4;活塞2的上方连接一连杆21,连杆21的另一端则配合轴承23与轴22组合于飞轮12的偏心孔122。马达座32则用以提供安装一马达6,马达6的驱动轴则设置一驱动齿轮61,并使驱动齿轮61穿过机座板3。机座板3的通孔33则安装有二个轴承24(亦可视情况安装一个轴承)。齿轮11与飞轮12则配合另一轴25与轴承24活动组合于机座板1,使得齿轮11和驱动齿轮61啮合,而活塞2则从开口310组合于汽缸31内,其组合后的状态及结构系如图3-图6所示。
又如图2-图6所示,前述的单向气阀装置4,其结构系在一本体的上方设置一进气口41,相对的侧边则分别设置一第一出气口42与一第二出气口43,进气口41内设有弹簧45与阀片44;进气口41被组合于汽缸31下端的出口,利用阀片44与弹簧45在进气口41内形成单向通气止逆作用;第一出气口42可以接设输气管(图中未示出)以供充气或将气体注入胶水桶;第二出气口43则用来安装气压表5。因此,当马达6运转而使驱动齿轮61旋转时,会带动齿轮11及飞轮12同时旋转,飞轮12则带动连杆21而使活塞2在汽缸31内往复运动,从而在汽缸31内产生压缩空气,压缩空气通过单向气阀装置4的进气口41进入本体内后从第一出气口42与第二出气口43流出,藉以提供对轮胎充气,或将气体注入胶水桶使胶水流入轮胎内进行补胎;使用者还可从压力表知晓该压缩空气的压力值。
本发明藉由将飞轮12直接组合固定于齿轮11一侧面的结构,使得整个飞轮装置1的轴向长度较短,结构更简化,可以缩小体积而让其他机件的配置更合理,制造成本得以降低。

Claims (2)
1.一种轮胎修补机之空压机的飞轮装置,其特征在于,包含有:
一齿轮;
一飞轮,固定地设于该齿轮的一侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎修补机之空压机的飞轮装置,其特征在于,该齿轮的一侧面设有多个平行于其轴向的螺孔,且该飞轮的轴向设有多个对应该螺孔位置的洞孔,多个螺丝分别被穿过该洞孔而锁入该螺孔,使该飞轮与该齿轮固定。
