Abstract

一種輪胎修補機之空壓機的飛輪裝置,主要特徵係直接將飛輪鎖合固定於一齒輪的側面,藉此得以縮小輪胎修補機的飛輪裝置之體積,且使結構更為簡化,從而更利於其他機件的組構安排,以及降低製造成本。

Description

輪胎修補機之空壓機的飛輪裝置
本發明涉及一種應用於攜帶型輪胎修補機內部的空壓機的飛輪裝置的改良結構。
車輛的輪胎破裂後會因為失去胎壓而無法行駛,必須更換輪胎或將破洞修補後再充氣才能上路,因此,一般車輛都會在車上配備一個備胎,以備不時之需;然而,輪胎加上輪圈的重量會增加車體重量而更耗費燃料,不經濟且不環保。為了能減少一個備胎對車體的負重,目前已有廠商開發出相對輕巧的輪胎修補機提供駕駛人配備於車上,一旦遇到輪胎破裂洩氣時,可以取出進行緊急修補及充氣。
所述習知的輪胎修補機也可以做為輪胎充氣機使用,其結構大致上是在一外殼內設置一個膠料桶與一個空壓機(即空氣壓縮機),膠料桶與空壓機分別連接一注膠管與一充氣管,注膠管與充氣管的一端分別設置一注膠嘴與一充氣嘴;當做為輪胎充氣機使用時,使用者直接將充氣嘴組合於輪胎的氣嘴,再開啟空壓機將高壓空氣充入輪胎內即可。當做為輪胎修補機使用時,則必須先將注膠嘴組合於輪胎氣嘴,然後啟動泵浦將膠料桶內的適量膠料注入輪胎內,而後將注膠嘴卸下,改將充氣嘴組合於輪胎氣嘴,再將高壓空氣充入輪胎內產生適當胎壓;將充氣嘴卸下後將車輛慢 速行駛一段距離,讓膠料在輪胎內壁面均勻流動而填補在破裂的位置,待膠料乾固後可避免輪胎內的氣體外洩,駕駛人即可就近將車開至維修廠做進一步檢修。
前述設於輪胎修補機內部的空壓機均必須設置一機座,再於機座固定地設置一汽缸、一馬達與一連動裝置,其中,連動裝置係做為馬達與汽缸之間的連接媒介,一般包含有一齒輪、一飛輪、一連桿與一活塞,活塞係結合於一連桿的一端,連桿的另一端則樞接於飛輪,飛輪再連接於齒輪,齒輪再嚙合設於馬達驅動軸的驅動齒輪,藉此,當馬達運轉時,其驅動齒輪將帶動齒輪與飛輪旋轉,進而經由連桿帶動活塞在汽缸內往復運動,以在汽缸內產生壓縮空氣,提供對輪胎充氣或將膠水注入輪胎之用。
惟,前述的習知飛輪裝置所包含的齒輪與飛輪係活動地連接,致使齒輪與飛輪組合後的軸向距離較大而具有較大之整體體積,且在組裝時較複雜,製造成本較高。
本發明的目的,在於解決習知應用於輪胎修補機之空壓機的飛輪裝置,其齒輪與飛輪係活動地連接,致使齒輪與飛輪組合後的軸向距離較大而具有較大之整體體積,且因組裝結構較複雜,製造成本較高的問題。
本發明提供的輪胎修補機之空壓機的飛輪裝置,其特徵是直接將飛輪鎖合固定於一齒輪的側面,藉此得以縮小輪胎修補機的飛輪裝置之體積,且使結構更為簡化,從而更利於其他機件的組構安排,以及降低製造成本。
本發明的技術手段,係使輪胎修補機之空壓機的飛輪裝置包含有一齒輪與一飛輪,將所述飛輪直接固定地設於該齒輪的一側面,藉此縮短齒輪與飛輪組合後在軸向的距離,進而縮小整個飛輪裝置的體積。
較佳者,本創作之飛輪裝置,係在前述齒輪的一側面設有複數平行於其軸向的螺孔,且該飛輪的軸向設有複數對應該螺孔位置的洞孔,複數螺絲分別被穿過該洞孔而鎖入該螺孔,使該飛輪與該齒輪固定。
本發明藉由將飛輪直接組合固定於齒輪一側面的結構,使得整個飛輪裝置的軸向長度較短,結構更簡化,可以縮小體積而讓其他機件的配置更合理,製造成本得以降低。

以下配合圖式及元件符號對本發明的實施方式做更詳細的說明,俾使熟習該項技藝者在研讀本說明書後能據以實施。
如第一圖所示,本發明提供的使用於輪胎修補機之空壓機的飛輪裝置1,其較佳實施例係包含有一齒輪11與一飛輪12;齒輪11的中央 設有一中心孔110,齒輪11的一側面設有複數平行於其軸向的螺孔111;飛輪12的中央設置有一對應該中心孔110的中央孔120,以及在軸向設有複數對應該螺孔111位置的洞孔121與一個偏心孔122,可以利用複數螺絲13分別穿過該洞孔121而鎖入螺孔111,使飛輪12與齒輪11固定,同時使中央孔120對應於中心孔110。所述飛輪12為非正圓形的形狀(在本發明的實施例係近似扇形狀),因此,當飛輪12被固定於齒輪11後,可以使齒輪11的重心位於偏心位置。
如第二圖所示,前述的飛輪裝置1係做為輪胎修補機之空壓機的馬達6與設在汽缸31之活塞2間的傳動媒介。所述空壓機之機構中,包含有一機座板3,機座板3的相對兩側面分別設置一汽缸31與一馬達座32,於機座板3設置有一貫通其第一面與第二面的通孔33;汽缸31的一端為具有可組裝進入一活塞2的開口310,相對另一端則設置一單向氣閥裝置4;活塞2的上方連接一連桿21,連桿21的另一端則配合軸承23與軸22組合於飛輪12的偏心孔122。馬達座32則用以提供安裝一馬達6,馬達6的驅動軸則設置一驅動齒輪61,並使驅動齒輪61穿過機座板3。機座板3的通孔33則安裝有二個軸承24(亦可視情況安裝一個軸承)。齒輪11與飛輪12則配合另一軸25與軸承24活動組合於機座板1,使得齒輪11和驅動齒輪61嚙合,而活塞2則從開口310組合於汽缸31內;其組合後的狀態及結構係如第三圖至第六圖所示。
又如第二圖與第六圖所示,前述的單向氣閥裝置4,其結構係在一本體的上方設置一進氣口41,相對的側邊則分別設置一第一出氣口42與一第二出氣口43,進氣口41內設有彈簧45與閥片44;進氣口41被組 合於汽缸31下端的出口,利用閥片44與彈簧45在進氣口41內形成單向通氣止逆作用;第一出氣口42可以接設輸氣管(圖中未顯示)以供充氣或將氣體注入膠水桶;第二出氣口43則用來安裝氣壓錶5。因此,當馬達6運轉而使驅動齒輪61旋轉時,會帶動齒輪11及飛輪12同時旋轉,飛輪12則帶動連桿21而使活塞2在汽缸31內往復運動,從而在汽缸31內產生壓縮空氣,壓縮空氣通過單向氣閥裝置4的進氣口41進入本體內後從第一出氣口42與第二出氣口43流出,藉以提供對輪胎充氣,或將氣體注入膠水桶使膠水流入輪胎內進行補胎;使用者還可從壓力錶知曉該壓縮空氣的壓力值。
本發明藉由將飛輪12直接組合固定於齒輪11一側面的結構,使得整個飛輪裝置1的軸向長度較短,結構更簡化,可以縮小體積而讓其他機件的配置更合理,製造成本得以降低。

  1. 一種輪胎修補機之空壓機的飛輪裝置,包含有:一齒輪;一飛輪,固定地設於該齒輪的一側面。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之輪胎修補機之空壓機的飛輪裝置,其中,該齒輪的一側面設有複數平行於其軸向的螺孔,且該飛輪的軸向設有複數對應該螺孔位置的洞孔,複數螺絲分別被穿過該洞孔而鎖入該螺孔,使該飛輪與該齒輪固定。
