Abstract
一种轮胎修补机之空压机的汽缸机座,主要特征系以工程塑胶材料一体成型地在一机座板的第一面结合一汽缸,以及在相对的第二面结合一马达座;藉此使汽缸机座的结构更为简化,从而降低制造成本。
Description
本申请要求于2013年8月27日提交的台湾发明专利申请号为No.102130657的名称为“轮胎修补机之空压机的汽缸机座”的申请的优先权,其被在此引用作为所有目的的参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于携带型轮胎修补机内部的空压机的汽缸机座改良结构。
背景技术
车辆的轮胎破裂后会因为失去胎压而无法行驶,必须更换轮胎或将破洞修补后再充气才能上路,因此,一般车辆都会在车上配备一个备胎,以备不时之需;然而,轮胎加上轮圈的重量会增加车体重量而更耗费燃料,不经济且不环保。为了能减少一个备胎对车体的负重,目前已有厂商开发出相对轻巧的轮胎修补机提供给驾驶人配备于车上,一旦遇到轮胎破裂泄气时,可以取出进行紧急修补及充气。
所述习知的轮胎修补机也可以做为轮胎充气机使用,其结构大致上是在一外壳内设置一个胶料桶与一个空压机(即空气压缩机),胶料桶与空压机分别连接一注胶管与一充气管,注胶管与充气管的一端分别设置一注胶嘴与一充气嘴;当做为轮胎充气机使用时,使用者直接将充气嘴组合于轮胎的气嘴,再开启空压机将高压空气充入轮胎内即可。当做为轮胎修补机使用时,则必须先将注胶嘴组合于轮胎气嘴,然后启动泵浦将胶料桶内的适量胶料注入轮胎内,而后将注胶嘴卸下,改将充气嘴组合于轮胎气嘴,再将高压空气充入轮胎内产生适当胎压;将充气嘴卸下后将车辆慢速行驶一段距离,让胶料在轮胎内壁面均匀流动而填补在破裂的位置,待胶料干固后可避免轮胎内的气体外泄,驾驶人即可就近将车开至维修厂做进一步检修。
前述设于轮胎修补机内部的空压机均必须设置一机座,再于机座固定地设置一汽缸、一马达与一连动装置,其中,机座可以是塑料、金属或其他材质,但汽缸则均以金属材料制造;汽缸内则组合一活塞,活塞以连杆连接该连动装置,且连动装置连接该马达;藉此,当马达运转时会带动连动装置,再由连动装置经由连杆带动活塞在汽缸内往复运动,从而在汽缸内产生压缩空气,再导引该压缩空气通过单向气阀装置输出,提供对轮胎充气或注胶之用。
惟,前述的习知机座必须另外以锁固方式结合一汽缸与一马达,才能进一步安装前述之连动装置与马达,因此,习知轮胎修补机的汽缸机座结构在组装时较复杂,制造成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于解决习知应用于轮胎修补机之空压机的汽缸机座,必须另外以锁固方式结合一汽缸与一马达座,才能进一步安装连动装置与马达,致使汽缸机座在组装时较复杂,制造成本较高的问题。
本发明提供的轮胎修补机之空压机的汽缸机座,其特征是以工程塑胶材料一体成型地形成包含一机座、一汽缸与一马达座,其中,在一机座板的第一面一体结合所述汽缸,机座板的第二面则一体结合一马达座,使该汽缸可以直接安装活塞,以及直接将一马达安装在马达座,而连接装置则直接安装在机座板并连接该马达与汽缸,从而降低制造成本。
本发明的技术手段,系采用具备足够强度与耐热性质的工程塑胶材料,以一体成型技术形成为包含一机座板、一汽缸与一马达座的汽缸机座,该机座板具有相对的一第一面与一第二面;该汽缸则一体成型地结合于该机座板的第一面,使该汽缸的一端为具有可组装进入一活塞的开口,相对另一端则设置一单向气阀装置;所述马达座则一体成型地结合于该机座板的第二面,用以提供安装一马达。
本发明藉由前述一体成型而制成的结构,使得汽缸机座在组装时不再需要另外将汽缸与马达座安装于机座板,致使整个结构更为精简,制造成本得以降低。

具体实施方式
以下配合附图及元件符号对本发明的实施方式做更详细的说明,俾使熟习该项技艺者在研读本说明书后能据以实施。
如图1所示,本发明提供的使用于轮胎修补机之空压机的汽缸机座,系采用具备足够强度与耐热性质的工程塑胶材料,以一体成型技术形成为包含一机座板1、一汽缸11与一马达座12,该机座板1具有相对的一第一面与一第二面,于机座板1设置有一贯通其第一面与第二面的中心孔13;汽缸11则一体成型地结合于机座板1的第一面,使该汽缸11的一端为具有可组装进入一活塞53的开口110,相对另一端则设置一单向气阀装置2;所述马达座12则一体成型地结合于机座板1的第二面,用以提供安装一马达4。
如图2所示,前述的汽缸机座系用来做为安装马达4与连动装置5的本体,其安装方式,系直接将一马达4组装于马达座12,马达4的驱动轴穿出机座板1后设置一主动齿轮41。机座板1的中心孔13则安装有二个轴承54(亦可视情况安装一个轴承)。所述连动装置5包含有一被动齿轮51、一飞轮52、一连杆531与一活塞53;活塞53系连接于连杆531的一端;飞轮52被组合于被动齿轮51;连杆531的另一端配合轴承55与轴56活动连接于飞轮52,使得连杆531一端和被动齿轮51形成偏心设置,而被动齿轮51则配合另一轴57与轴承54活动组合于机座板1,使得被动齿轮51和主动齿轮41啮合,而活塞53则从开口110组合于汽缸11内;其组合后的状态及结构系如图3-图6所示。
又如图2-图6所示,前述的单向气阀装置2,其结构系在一本体的上方设置一进气口21,相对的侧边则分别设置一第一出气口22与一第二出气口23,进气口21内设有弹簧25与阀片24;进气口21被组合于汽缸11下端的出口,利用阀片24与弹簧25在进气口21内形成单向通气止逆作用;第一出气口22可以接设输气管(图中未示出)以供充气或将气体注入胶水桶;第二出气口23则用来安装气压表3。因此,当马达4运转而使主动齿轮41旋转时,会带动被动齿轮51及飞轮52同时旋转,飞轮52则带动连杆531而使活塞53在汽缸11内往复运动,从而在汽缸11内产生压缩空气,压缩空气通过单向气阀装置2的进气口21进入本体内后从第一出气口22与第二出气口23流出,藉以提供对轮胎充气,或将气体注入胶水桶使胶水流入轮胎内进行补胎;使用者还可从压力表知晓该压缩空气的压力值。

Claims (2)
1.一种轮胎修补机之空压机的汽缸机座,其特征在于,包含有:
一机座板,具有相对的一第一面与一第二面;
一汽缸,一体成型地结合于该机座板的第一面,该汽缸的一端为可组装进入一活塞的开口,相对另一端设置有一单向气阀装置;
一马达座,一体成型地结合于该机座板的第二面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎修补机之空压机的汽缸机座,其特征在于,其系采用工程塑胶材料一体成型该机座板、汽缸与马达座。
