本发明公开了一种改善营养性贫血的片剂及其生产方法。利用大枣提取物,黑木耳提取物,灵芝提取物,党参提取物,乳酸亚铁,白砂糖,淀粉,硬脂酸镁 等原料制成,主要工艺流程为:混合、制粒、烘干、整粒、压片。本发明 利用补血补气的食品提取物为主要原料,具有 服用方便,保健效果明显, 改善营养性贫血功效 。

本发明涉及保健品技术领域,具体涉及一种改善营养性贫血的片剂及其生产方法。
背景技术
中医认为人是一个有机整体,“气”、“血”是其健康的根本,气血充盈则人健康、长寿。营养性贫血是指因机体生血所必须的营养物质,如铁、叶酸、维生素D等物质相对或绝地减少,使血红蛋白的形成或红细胞的生成不足,以致造血功能低下的一种疾病。缺铁性贫血是最常见的贫血症状,每天摄取含铁量丰富的食物也是十分必要的,像谷类、绿色蔬菜、蛋、肉及新鲜肝脏等,都是很好的含铁食品。
成年人轻度贫血对人体影响很小,但较重的贫血会引起组织、器官长期供血不足,影响各组织器官的功能,可能造成严重后果。如长期末梢组织供氧不足,会造成“杵状指”。再如长期严重贫血,心功能代偿性增强,会引起心脏增加。营养不良性贫血导致的冠心病、心绞痛、心律失常并非少见,应引起人们的重视。所以要注意营养平衡,切忌饮食单调,以免导致贫血性心脏病或其他营养不良性疾病的发生。
目前市场上对营养性贫血的药品、保健品品种较多,但多数产品成分复杂,副作用大,部分药品甚至会破坏人体的内平衡,对人体健康构成威胁,而相关茶饮品种类很多,但辅助治疗效果和保健效果一般,不能满足市场需求,因而市场上非常缺乏一种无毒副作用,纯天然、有宜对人体增加营养,改善贫血症状,利于人体健康的改善人体营养性贫血复合口服液及其生产方法。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用补血补气的食品提取物为主要原料,具有服用方便,保健效果明显,改善营养性贫血功效的一种改善营养性贫血的片剂及生产方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的。一种改善营养性贫血的片剂,其特征在于:它是由下述重量份数比的原料制成的,大枣提取物10-20份,黑木耳提取物10-20份,灵芝提取物5-10份,党参提取物2-5份,乳酸亚铁2-5份,白砂糖30-50份,淀粉20-30份,硬脂酸镁0.5-1份。

主要工艺流程为:混合、制粒、烘干、整粒、压片,具体操作方法依次按下列步骤:
(1)混合:按上述重量份数比称取大枣提取物,黑木耳提取物,灵芝提取物,党参提取物,乳酸亚铁,白砂糖,淀粉,硬脂酸镁原料,将每种原料分别过80目筛网,混合均匀,制得混合粉末;
(2)制粒:将上述混合粉末中加入质量分数5%的淀粉浆,淀粉浆的质量是所有混合物质量的10%,16目筛网制得小颗粒;
(3)烘干:将上述小颗粒放入烘干机中,在65℃下烘干4小时,制得干燥颗粒;
(4)整粒:将上述干燥颗粒的水分干燥至低于5%,过14目筛网,制得整粒;
(5)压片:将上述整粒置于旋转式压片机中压片,调节片重:每片0.5g,每5-10分钟检测一次片重,按10片计,重量差异控制范围4-5g/10片;调节压轮至片剂有适宜的硬度。
本发明配方中,大枣提取物补中益气,养血安神。用于脾虚食少,乏力便溏,妇人脏燥。黑木耳提取物能补气血,凉血止血,润肺益胃,润燥利肠,舒筋活络,轻身强志。治疗血虚气亏、肺虚咳嗽、产后虚弱等症。灵芝提取物具有提高机体免疫力,提高机体耐缺氧能力,降血糖作用、降血脂作用、抗放射和抗衰老作用。党参提取物补中益气,健脾益肺。用于脾肺虚弱,气短心悸,食少便溏,喘虚咳嗽,内热消渴。
本发明经两组临床验证,其中一组为治疗组服用本发明,每天使用一次,7天为一个疗程,另一组对照服用现有补血保健品,每组选择门诊病人各117例,其中男47例,女70例,量大年龄70岁,最小年龄20岁,每天使用一次,7天为一个疗程,临床表现为口角炎,萎缩性胃炎,胃酸缺乏,皮肤干燥,扁平甲,表一为服用一个疗程后的对照数据:

治疗组和对照组有显著差异,从而可以看出本发明在临床上的应用有显著的疗效。
本发明的工艺优点在于:1、选择原料,配方科学,生产工艺先进,其产品产不仅保健人体,并方便存放;2、产品中不添加防腐剂,保持原料本身的药物成份,易被人体吸收;3原料来源广泛,加工艺线路短,产品易加工制造。
