本申请是申请号为201080040362.3、申请日为2010年08月17日、发明名称为“二元制冷液”的专利申请的分案申请。
本发明涉及2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和二氟甲烷的二元组合物以及它们作为传热流体的用途。
在蒙特利尔讨论了具有臭氧损耗潜势(ODP)的物质引起的问题,在这里签署了要求减少氯氟烃(CFC)的生产和使用的协议。已对该协议进行修改,要求放弃CFC且将该规定延伸到覆盖包括氢氯氟烃(HCFC)的其它产品。
制冷和空调工业在取代这些制冷剂方面已经进行了相当大的投资,且因此将氢氟烃(HFC)投放市场。
在汽车工业中,许多国家出售的车辆用空调系统已从氯氟烃制冷剂(CFC-12)改变为氢氟烃制冷剂(1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷:HFC-134a),所述氢氟烃制冷剂对于臭氧层是较少损害的。然而,对于京都议定书设定的目标,HFC-134a(GWP=1300)被认为具有高的升温能力。流体对于温室效应的贡献通过标准即GWP(全球变暖潜势)量化,其通过以二氧化碳作为参考值1概括升温能力。
由于二氧化碳是无毒、不可燃的,且具有非常低的GWP,因此已提出将其作为用于空调系统的制冷剂替代HFC-134a。但是,二氧化碳的使用具有若干缺点,特别是与其作为在现有装置和技术中的制冷剂使用的非常高的压力相关的缺点。
此外,由44重量%的五氟乙烷、52重量%的三氟乙烷和4重量%的HFC-134a组成的混合物R-404A被广泛地用作用于大的区域(超市)和在冷冻运输中的制冷剂。然而,该混合物具有3900的GWP。
文献JP 4110388描述了式C3HmFn的氢氟丙烯(特别是四氟丙烯和三氟丙烯)作为传热流体的用途,其中m、n表示1-5的整数且m+n=6。
文献WO2004/037913公开了包括至少一种具有三个或四个碳原子的氟烯烃(特别是五氟丙烯和四氟丙烯)的组合物作为传热流体的用途,所述组合物优选具有最高150的GWP。
文献WO 2006/094303公开了含有7.4重量%的2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234yf)和92.6重量%的二氟甲烷(HFC-32)的共沸组合物。该文献还公开了含有1-57重量%的2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和43-99重量%的二氟甲烷的类共沸组合物。
热交换器是用于将热能从一种流体传递到另一流体而不混合它们的装置。热通量经过分开所述流体的交换表面。主要地,将该方法用于冷却或加热不能直接冷却或加热的液体或气体。
在压缩系统中,在制冷剂和热源之间的热交换经由传热流体发生。这些传热流体是气态(在空调和直接膨胀制冷中的空气)、液体(在家用热泵中的水,二醇(乙二醇)溶液)或两相。
存在多种传递模式:
-两种流体平行布置且以相同的方向行进:并流模式(反秩序的(antimethodical));
-两种流体平行布置但以相反方向行进:逆流模式(有秩序的(methodical));
-两种流体垂直地安置:错流模式。所述错流可具有并流或逆流趋势;
-两种流体中的一种在较宽的管道中进行U型转弯,第二种流体穿过所述管道。该构造在其一半的长度可与并流交换器比较,且对于另一半可与逆流交换器比较:钉-头(pin-head)模式。
申请人现在已发现2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和二氟甲烷的二元组合物作为在具有交换器的压缩型制冷系统中的传热流体是特别有利的,所述交换器以逆流模式或者具有逆流趋势的错流模式运行。
因此,这些组合物可用作在如下中的传热流体:热泵,任选地可逆的,最高到95℃的加热温度;空调,工业空调(纸、用于服务器的房间);移动家用空调;家用制冷和冷冻,其使用具有以逆流模式或者具有逆流趋势的错流模式的交换器的压缩系统。
因此,本发明的第一目的涉及2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和二氟甲烷的二元组合物作为在具有以逆流模式或者具有逆流趋势的错流模式的交换器的压缩型制冷系统中的传热流体的用途。
优选地,2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和二氟甲烷的二元组合物用作用于具有以逆流模式或者具有逆流趋势的错流模式的交换器的空调或热泵中的传热流体。
2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和二氟甲烷的二元组合物优选为共沸的且基本上(主要,实质上,essentially)含有70-90重量%的2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和10-30重量%的二氟甲烷。
优选地,共沸组合物基本上含有78-84重量%的2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和16-22重量%的二氟甲烷。
有利地优选的共沸组合物基本上含有81-83重量%的2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和17-19重量%的二氟甲烷。
在本发明中使用的二元组合物具有零ODP和低的GWP两者。它们的高临界温度(>90℃)意味着,它们可在极端条件下使用,即非常高的环境温度或用于在高温下产生热(在热泵中)。这些二元组合物在以逆流模式的交换器中的性能系数(COP:热泵或空调的热功率与电消耗之比)比现有的制冷剂组合物高。考虑在冷凝器中的压力水平和压缩比,不必开发新的压缩机,当前市售的压缩机可为合适的。
在本发明中使用的二元组合物可在具有交换器的压缩型传热系统中替代R-404A和R-407C(含有52重量%的HFC-134a、25重量%的五氟乙烷和23重量%的二氟甲烷的三元混合物),所述交换器以逆流模式或者具有逆流趋势的错流模式运行。
此外,二元共沸组合物可在装备有用于通过受控的蒸馏改变组合物的装置的压缩系统中使用。这样的装置使得可在压缩机启动和停止的过程中改善效率和减少损失。
根据本发明使用的二元组合物可为稳定化的。稳定剂的量优选占相对于二元组合物的最多5重量%。
作为稳定剂,我们可特别地提及硝基甲烷;抗坏血酸;对苯二甲酸;唑如甲基苯并三唑或苯并三唑;酚类化合物如生育酚、对苯二酚、叔丁基对苯二酚或2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚;环氧化物(任选氟化或全氟化的烷基、或烯基或芳族的)如正丁基缩水甘油醚、己二醇二缩水甘油醚、烯丙基缩水甘油醚或丁基苯基缩水甘油醚;亚磷酸酯;磷酸酯;膦酸酯;硫醇和内酯。
本发明的第二目的涉及传热方法,其中如上限定的2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和二氟甲烷的二元组合物用作在使用以逆流模式或者具有逆流趋势的交叉流动模式的交换器的压缩系统中的制冷剂。可在润滑剂如矿物油、烷基苯、聚亚烷基二醇、多元醇酯和聚乙烯基醚的存在下使用根据本发明的方法。
本发明的第三目的涉及基本上含有78-84重量%的2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和16-22重量%的二氟甲烷的二元组合物。
根据第三目的优选的二元组合物基本上含有81-83重量%的2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯和17-19重量%的二氟甲烷。
根据本发明第三目的的二元组合物可为稳定化的。稳定剂的量优选占相对于二元组合物的最多5重量%。
稳定剂可选自上面提及的那些。
根据第三目的的组合物可用作传热流体。
根据本发明的第四目的涉及包括根据第三目的的二元组合物(其任选地稳定化)和至少一种润滑剂的组合物。所述润滑剂可选自矿物油、烷基苯、聚亚烷基二醇、多元醇酯和聚乙烯基醚
实验部分
用于计算的工具
使用RK-Soave方程计算混合物的密度、焓、熵和液-汽平衡数据。为了使用该方程,需要知道在被讨论的混合物中使用的纯物质的性质以及各二元混合物的相互作用系数。
对于各纯物质需要的数据是:
沸点、临界温度和压力、作为从沸点到临界点的温度函数的压力的曲线、作为温度函数的饱和液体密度与饱和蒸汽密度。
HFC-32:
对于HFC-32的数据公布在ASHRAE Handbook 2005 chapter 20中且还使用Refrop(由NIST开发的软件,用于计算制冷剂的性质)可获得。
HFO-1234yf:
通过静态方法测量HFO-1234yf的温度-压力曲线的数据。使用由Setaram出售的C80热量计测量临界温度和压力。通过由在巴黎的Ecole deMines(“Mining Engineering College”)实验室开发的振动管密度计技术测量作为温度函数的在饱和下的密度。
HFC-32/HFO-1234yf的二元相互作用系数:
RK-Soave方程使用二元相互作用系数以表现在混合物中各产品的行为。所述系数作为对于液-汽平衡的实验数据的函数计算。
用于液-汽平衡测量的技术是静态分析池法(static analytical cell method)。平衡池包括蓝宝石管且装备有两个ROLSITM电磁采样器。其浸在低温恒温器(cryothermostat)浴(HUBER HS40)中。通过以变速旋转的场驱动的磁力搅拌用于加速达到平衡。通过使用热导计(气体分析仪)(TCD)的气相色谱法(HP5890 series II)对样品进行分析。
对于下列等温线:-10℃、30℃和70℃,进行对HFC-32/HFO-1234yf二元混合物的液-汽平衡的测量。
压缩系统
考虑装备有蒸发器和逆流冷凝器、螺杆式压缩机以及减压阀的压缩系统。
所述系统以15℃的过热和5℃的过冷运行。第二流体和制冷剂之间的最小温差认为是大约5℃。
压缩机的等熵效率是压缩比的函数。从下列方程计算该效率:

结果,加热模式
在加热模式中,压缩系统在-5℃的蒸发器的制冷剂入口温度与50℃的冷凝器的制冷剂入口温度之间运行。所述系统在45℃提供热。
在热泵操作条件下,根据本发明的组合物的性能在表1中给出。用于各组合物的组分(HFO-1234yf、HFC-32)的值以重量百分比给出。
