Abstract

本发明公开了一种高粘结抗疲劳聚氯乙烯防腐涂料及其制备涂刷方法,该防腐涂料包括以下质量分数的原料组成:聚氯乙烯100份,弹性体5‑10份,稳定剂2‑4份,增塑剂30‑50份,抗氧剂0.2‑0.4份,高效导热剂2‑5份。其制备涂刷方法是将上述原材料进行混合搅拌,并通过挤出机挤出,挤出粒后进行磨粉,最后进行涂刷即可。本发明提供的复合涂料基础树脂为聚氯乙烯,并加入增塑剂、弹性体和导热剂,与目前普遍采用的聚乙烯相比,本涂层材料具有更优异的粘结性和优异的韧性、抗蠕变性能,提高了材料的耐热性,可广泛地应用在化工、石油、船舶、电厂、公用事业等领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐涂料,具体涉及一种高粘结抗疲劳聚氯乙烯防腐涂料及其制备和涂刷方法。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯粉末涂料具有良好的耐化学腐蚀、抗冲击强度、回弹性,而被广泛地应用在化工、石油、船舶、电厂、公用事业等防腐领域,然而由于聚氯乙烯加工温度和分解温度十分接近,增加了粉末涂料熔化涂覆工艺的难度,也限制了聚氯乙烯粉末涂料在高温防腐领域的应用,另外,由于聚氯乙烯基础树脂硬度较大、收缩较大,会导致涂层皲裂脱落现象,单纯地加入一定量的增塑剂虽然可以改善其硬度,降低脱落的程度,但过多地增塑剂会影响涂层与金属管道的附着力,因此需要对其改性。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对不足,提出一种高粘结抗疲劳聚氯乙烯防腐涂料的制备和涂刷方法,该复合涂料可使管道防腐层具有优异的韧性和粘结性,同时具有优异的耐化学腐蚀、高阻隔的性能。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种高粘结抗疲劳聚氯乙烯防腐涂料,包括由以下按照质量份数计量的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯 100份
弹性体 5-10份
稳定剂 2-4份
增塑剂 30-50份
抗氧剂 0.2-0.4份
高效导热剂 2-5份。
作为优选,所述稳定剂为有机锡类稳定剂。
作为优选,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,对苯二甲酸二辛酯中的一种或者几种的组合。
作为优选,所述弹性体为苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物,苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯共聚物,乙烯-辛烯共聚物,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,乙烯-丙烯共聚物,聚氨酯弹性体,乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物中的一种或者几种的组合。
作为优选,所述高效导热剂为纳米级碳化硅、氮化铝、氮化硼、氧化镁、氧化铝及石墨粉末中的一种或者几种的组合。
作为优选,所述抗氧剂是由亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂和受阻酚类抗氧剂组成的复合抗氧剂,其中亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂与受阻酚类抗氧剂的重量比为1:0.3-1:0.7。
本发明还公开了一种高粘结抗疲劳聚氯乙烯防腐涂料的制备及涂刷方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚氯乙烯预先干燥处理至水分含量低于600ppm,弹性体、稳定剂、增塑剂、抗氧剂、高效导热剂按一定质量份数称重,在搅拌机中混合2-5分钟;而后在单螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,挤出温度为150-170℃,经挤出造粒后,磨粉50-100目,并将粉料干燥至水分含量低于600ppm;
(2)用喷砂机对待喷涂的管道表面除锈、去油处理;
(3)根据管道内表面面积和涂层厚度大致计算出所需要的粉末涂料的重量并称取相应质量的涂料,在室温下将涂料填入管道,并用金属盲板封住管道的端口,将管道置于水平旋转或双向旋转的的装置中加热到150-170℃,保温15-20分钟;
(4)停止加热,靠工件的自热将涂层流平,最后冷却至室温;
(5)待管道降至室温后,打开管道两端盲板,用火枪加热两端法兰至170℃,浇淋粉末涂料,使其熔化粘结在法兰上,并继续加热直至涂料全部熔化流平。
有益效果:本发明提供的复合涂料基础树脂为聚氯乙烯,并加入增塑剂,与目前普遍采用的聚乙烯相比,涂层材料具有更优异的粘结性和优异的韧性、抗蠕变性能;本发明提供的涂料组分中含有弹性体,可赋予涂层卓越的粘弹性,使得材料不会因为收缩而产生脱落和皲裂现象,甚至可实现材料的自愈合;本发明提供的涂料中含有高效导热剂,可以有效地将涂料所受热量传导给金属管道,提高涂料的耐热性能,同时这些导热剂起到了无机刚性填料的作用,进一步提高了材料的耐热性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
一种高粘结抗疲劳聚氯乙烯防腐涂料,包括由以下按照质量份数计量的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯 100份
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 5份
马来酸单丁酯二丁基锡 2份
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯 30份
抗氧剂 0.2份
纳米级氮化铝(细度10000目) 2份。
其中的抗氧剂是由亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168与受阻酚类抗氧剂1010按重量比1:0.3混合而成。
上述涂料的制备及涂刷方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚氯乙烯预先干燥处理至水分含量低于600ppm,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、马来酸单丁酯二丁基锡、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、抗氧剂、纳米级氮化铝按所述份数称重,在搅拌机中混合3分钟;而后在单螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,挤出温度为160℃,经挤出造粒后,磨粉50目,并将粉料干燥至水分含量低于600ppm;
(2)用喷砂机对待喷涂的管道表面除锈、去油处理;
(3)将根据管道内表面面积和涂层厚度计算出所需要的粉末涂料的重量并称取相应质量的涂料,在室温下将涂料填入管道,并用金属盲板封住管道的端口,将管道置于水平旋转或双向旋转的的装置中加热到160℃,保温15分钟;
(4)停止加热,靠工件的自热将涂层流平,最后冷却至室温;
(5)待管道降至室温后,打开管道两端盲板,用火枪加热两端法兰至170℃,浇淋粉末涂料,使其熔化粘结在法兰上,并继续加热直至涂料全部熔化流平。
实施例2
一种高粘结抗疲劳聚氯乙烯防腐涂料,包括由以下按照质量份数计量的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯 100份
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 8份
马来酸单丁酯二丁基锡 3份
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯 40份
抗氧剂 0.3份
纳米级氮化铝(细度10000目) 4份
其中的抗氧剂是由亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168与受阻酚类抗氧剂1010按重量比1:0.3混合而成。
上述涂料的制备及涂刷方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
一种高粘结抗疲劳聚氯乙烯防腐涂料,包括由以下按照质量份数计量的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯 100份
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 10份
马来酸单丁酯二丁基锡 4份
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯 50份
抗氧剂 0.4份
纳米级氮化铝(细度10000目) 5份
其中的抗氧剂是由亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168与受阻酚类抗氧剂1010按重量比1:0.3混合而成。
上述涂料的制备及涂刷方法与实施例1相同。
上述各实施例测试结果如下:
从上表可以看出,采用本方法制备的一种高粘结抗疲劳聚氯乙烯防腐涂料具有较高的韧性和粘结力,与聚乙烯滚塑料相比,具有更效的抗疲劳、防脱落性能,能够满足多种防腐要求。

1.一种高粘结抗疲劳聚氯乙烯防腐涂料,其特征在于:包括由以下按照质量份数计量的原料组成:
所述弹性体采用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高粘结抗疲劳聚氯乙烯防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为有机锡类稳定剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高粘结抗疲劳聚氯乙烯防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,对苯二甲酸二辛酯中的一种或者几种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高粘结抗疲劳聚氯乙烯防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述高效导热剂为纳米级碳化硅、氮化铝、氮化硼、氧化镁、氧化铝及石墨粉末中的一种或者几种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高粘结抗疲劳聚氯乙烯防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂是由亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂和受阻酚类抗氧剂组成的复合抗氧剂,其中亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂与受阻酚类抗氧剂的重量比为1:0.3-1:0.7。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的一种高粘结抗疲劳聚氯乙烯防腐涂料的制备及涂刷方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚氯乙烯预先干燥处理至水分含量低于600ppm,弹性体、稳定剂、增塑剂、抗氧剂、高效导热剂按一定质量份数称重,在搅拌机中混合2-5分钟;而后在单螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,挤出温度为150-170℃,经挤出造粒后,磨粉50-100目,并将粉料干燥至水分含量低于600ppm;
(2)用喷砂机对待喷涂的管道表面除锈、去油处理;
(3)根据管道内表面面积和涂层厚度大致计算出所需要的粉末涂料的重量并称取相应质量的涂料,在室温下将涂料填入管道,并用金属盲板封住管道的端口,将管道置于水平旋转或双向旋转的装置中加热到150-170℃,保温15-20分钟;
(4)停止加热,靠工件的自热将涂层流平,最后冷却至室温;
(5)待管道降至室温后,打开管道两端盲板,用火枪加热两端法兰至170℃,浇淋粉末涂料,使其熔化粘结在法兰上,并继续加热直至涂料全部熔化流平。
