本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种粉末涂料及其制备方法。所述粉末涂料包括以下重量份数的原料:40‑50份聚氯乙烯树脂、0.3‑0.5份热稳定剂、0.3‑0.5份增塑剂、0.3‑0.5份抗氧剂、1‑2份分散剂、0.5‑0.7份流平剂、0.3‑0.5份偶联剂、2‑3份碳纳米管、2‑3份纳米纤维素、1‑3份四氧化三铁磁性颗粒。本发明所得产品具有柔韧性好、附着力高、防腐性稳定且使用范围广的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的防腐涂料大多是以牺牲环境为代价的,以提高材料防腐的效率和长效性。随着世界各国环境保护相关法规的颁布,传统的防腐涂料必将被淘汰,符合规定的新型环保型防腐涂料已成为当前防腐涂料行业的重要研究方向。粉末涂料是由一种或多种聚合物树脂、颜填料和各种微量助剂复配而成的绿色涂料,具有无有机溶剂污染、成膜率高、能耗低、原料利用率高等优点,成为整个涂料行业发展的新方向。
按照成膜树脂和固化机理的不同,粉末涂料可分为热塑性涂料和热固性涂料两大类。热塑性粉末涂料是以热塑性树脂为成膜物质,具有加热可熔融,冷却可凝固的特点,且此过程可反复进行。传统的粉末涂料成温度高供烤时间长,一般需要在180℃以上烘烤15-30min,使其应用只能局限于金属等耐热性良好的基材。在高温供烤下木材等热敏性基材会出现开裂、变形、力学强度降低等问题,这限制了粉末涂料的应用范围。聚氯乙烯树脂做为一种热塑性树脂,因其具有优良的耐腐蚀性、耐候性、阻燃性、抗冲击性且成本较低,受到涂料行业的广大亲睐。但聚乙烯树脂的附着力与柔韧性较差,导致涂层在使用过程易出现开裂脱落现象,最终失去对金属材料的防腐保护作用,这限制了聚氯乙烯树脂在涂料方向的发展。
因此,如何提高聚氯乙烯涂料的韧性以及附着力,确保涂料的防腐性稳定,增加涂料的使用范围是本技术领域人员需要解决的问题之一。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种柔韧性好、附着力高、防腐性稳定且使用范围广的粉末涂料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是提供一种粉末涂料。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种粉末涂料的制备方法。
本发明上述目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种粉末涂料,所述粉末涂料包括以下重量份数的原料:
40-50份聚氯乙烯树脂、0.3-0.5份热稳定剂、0.3-0.5份增塑剂、0.3-0.5份抗氧剂、1-2份分散剂、0.5-0.7份流平剂、0.3-0.5份偶联剂、2-3份碳纳米管、2-3份纳米纤维素、1-3份四氧化三铁磁性颗粒。
上述技术方案中纳米纤维素因具有体积效应与量子隧道效应,而产生有渗作用进入碳纳米管的π键附近,与π键电子云重叠,形成空间网络结构,因碳纳米管增强了纳米纤维素的弹性模量与屈服强度,使得其形成的空间网络结构具有较强的韧性,当涂层在外力作用下产生裂纹,裂纹扩散到空间网络结构处,因较强韧性的空间网络结构存在,从而阻挡了裂纹的前行路径,使得裂纹沿空间网络结构偏转并减弱,起到增韧的作用;四氧化三铁磁性颗粒分散于涂料中与碳纳米管共同构建导热网络,从而提升涂料的导热性,在粉末涂料加热熔融过程中可将热量快速传递至涂层内部,达到快速熔融效果,防止基材因长时间高温烘烤变形,增加了粉末涂料的使用范围,另一方面四氧化三铁磁性颗粒增加了涂层与金属基材之间的相互吸吻力,使涂膜的附着力得到提高;
另外,纳米纤维素与碳纳米管分散在整个涂料体系中,填补了涂层中的空隙,增强了涂层致密性,从而延长了腐蚀质的腐蚀路径,起到了物理阻隔作用,延缓了腐蚀速率,优化了涂层的防腐性能。
优选的,所述热稳定剂为有机锡热稳定剂,所述有机锡热稳定剂选自二月桂酸二丁基锡、二烷基锡马来酸盐、十二硫醇二正丁基锡中的任意一种。
优选的,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂,所述邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂选自邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯、邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯中的任意一种。
优选的,所述抗氧剂选自抗氧剂626、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂1098中的任意一种。
优选的,所述分散剂选自氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡中的任意一种。
优选的,所述流平剂为长链有机硅流平剂,所述长链有机硅流平剂选自二甲基聚硅烷、甲基苯基聚硅烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的任意一种。
优选的,所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂,所述钛酸酯偶联剂选自钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-201、钛酸酯偶联剂KR-41B、钛酸酯偶联剂KR-38S中的任意一种。
优选的,所述涂料还包括所述聚氯乙烯树脂质量3-5%的纳米氧化钛。
上述技术方案中纳米氧化钛分散剂作用下分散于纳米纤维素与碳纳米管形成的空间网络结构上,在整个涂层表面均匀分散,形成紫外线吸收反射层,防止聚氯乙烯树脂在受到光照后分解产生氯化氢,导致涂料老化,纳米二氧化钛还可以在光催化作用下使细菌分解而达到抗菌效果的,进一步加强涂料的防腐性。
一种粉末涂料的制备方法,具体制备步骤包括:
按重量份数称取各种原料,放入搅拌机中进行初步搅拌混合,将混合的原料加入双螺旋挤出机中进行熔融共混,将熔融共混后的原料放入深冷液氮粉粹机切粒粉碎,得到粉末涂料。
有益效果:

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明,但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。除非特别说明,本发明采用的试剂、方法和设备为本技术领域常规试剂、方法和设备。
除非特别说明,以下实施例所用试剂和材料均为市购。
实施例1
按重量份数计,依次取40份聚氯乙烯树脂、0.3份热稳定剂、0.3份增塑剂、0.3份抗氧剂、1份分散剂、0.5份流平剂、0.3份偶联剂、2份碳纳米管、2份纳米纤维素、1份四氧化三铁磁性颗粒、1.2份纳米氧化钛;
将各种原料,放入搅拌机中,于搅拌转速为1000r/min条件下搅拌5min,进行初步混合,设置双螺旋挤出机工作温度为110℃,将混合的原料等质量均分为5份,分5次加入双螺旋挤出机中,使物料在热剪切力作用下进行熔融共混,将熔融共混后的原料放入深冷液氮粉粹机中,冷却至-100℃切粒粉碎,将粉碎后的原料用180目筛网过筛得到粉末涂料。
所述热稳定剂为有机锡热稳定剂,所述有机锡热稳定剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡;所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂,所述邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯;所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂626;所述分散剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡;所述流平剂为长链有机硅流平剂,所述长链有机硅流平剂为二甲基聚硅烷;所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂,所述钛酸酯偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-201。
实施例2
按重量份数计,依次取45份聚氯乙烯树脂、0.4份热稳定剂、0.4份增塑剂、0.4份抗氧剂、1.5份分散剂、0.6份流平剂、0.4份偶联剂、2.5份碳纳米管、2.5份纳米纤维素、2份四氧化三铁磁性颗粒、1.8份纳米氧化钛;
将各种原料,放入搅拌机中,于搅拌转速为1200r/min条件下搅拌7min,进行初步混合,设置双螺旋挤出机工作温度为115℃,将混合的原料等质量均分为5份,分5次加入双螺旋挤出机中,使物料在热剪切力作用下进行熔融共混,将熔融共混后的原料放入深冷液氮粉粹机中,冷却至-105℃切粒粉碎,将粉碎后的原料用180目筛网过筛得到粉末涂料;
所述热稳定剂为有机锡热稳定剂,所述有机锡热稳定剂为二烷基锡马来酸盐;所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂,所述邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯;所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1076;所述分散剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡;所述流平剂为长链有机硅流平剂,所述长链有机硅流平剂为甲基苯基聚硅烷;所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂,所述钛酸酯偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂KR-41B。
实施例3
按重量份数计,依次取50份聚氯乙烯树脂、0.5份热稳定剂、0.5份增塑剂、0.5份抗氧剂、2份分散剂、0.7份流平剂、0.5份偶联剂、3份碳纳米管、3份纳米纤维素、3份四氧化三铁磁性颗粒、2.5份纳米氧化钛;
将各种原料,放入搅拌机中,于搅拌转速为1400r/min条件下搅拌9min,进行初步混合,设置双螺旋挤出机工作温度为120℃,将混合的原料等质量均分为5份,分5次双螺旋挤出机中,使物料在热剪切力作用下进行熔融共混,将熔融共混后的原料放入深冷液氮粉粹机中,冷却至-110℃切粒粉碎,将粉碎后的原料用180目筛网过筛得到粉末涂料;
所述热稳定剂为有机锡热稳定剂,所述有机锡热稳定剂为十二硫醇二正丁基锡;所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂,所述邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯;所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1098;所述分散剂为氧化聚丙烯蜡;所述流平剂为长链有机硅流平剂,所述长链有机硅流平剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷;所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂,所述钛酸酯偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂KR-38S。
实施例4
按重量份数计,依次取40份聚氯乙烯树脂、0.3份热稳定剂、0.3份增塑剂、0.3份抗氧剂、1份分散剂、0.5份流平剂、0.3份偶联剂、2份碳纳米管、2份纳米纤维素、3份四氧化三铁磁性颗粒、1.2份纳米氧化钛;
将各种原料,放入搅拌机中,于搅拌转速为1000r/min条件下搅拌10min,进行初步混合,设置双螺旋挤出机工作温度为120℃,将混合的原料等质量均分为5份,分5次双螺旋挤出机中,使物料在热剪切力作用下进行熔融共混,将熔融共混后的原料放入深冷液氮粉粹机中,冷却至-100℃切粒粉碎,将粉碎后的原料用180目筛网过筛得到粉末涂料。

本对比例和实施例1相比,区别在于:未添加碳纳米管,其余条件保持不变。
对比例2
本对比例和实施例1相比,区别在于:未添加纳米纤维素,其余条件保持不变。
对比例3
本对比例和实施例1相比,区别在于:未添加四氧化三铁磁性颗粒,其余条件保持不变。
对比例4
本对比例和实施例1相比,区别在于:采用同等质量的轻质碳酸钙取代碳纳米管与纳米纤维素,其余条件保持不变。
对实施例1-4及对比例1-4所得产品进行性能测试,具体测试方法和测试结果如下所述:
基材处理方法:将钢材放入丙酮中浸泡清洗,取出后用无尘布擦干,用600目与1200目砂纸分别对钢材进行打磨,去除表面锈迹,使钢材表面光滑,将打磨后的钢材再次用丙酮清洗,擦干;
喷涂方法:粉末涂料经过50kv的高压静电场,在电流60A,喷涂气压0.4Mpa的喷涂条件下,带上负电,钢材带正电,从而使粉末吸附在钢材表面,控制膜厚为60-65μm,将喷涂好的钢材放入烘箱中,于温度为180℃条件下烘烤10min后,取出冷却。
按照ISO 2409-1992对涂层附着力进行检测,将待测涂层固定于水平面上,使用刀具切割涂层,成相互垂直交叉的百格状,用毛刷清扫表面后,用胶带粘在网格处,观察切口交叉处的脱落面积,同一种试样取三次测试的平均值;
按照GB/T 10125-2012测试涂层的耐盐雾性;
按照GB/T1731-93测试涂层的柔韧性;
具体测试结果如表1所示;

由表1测试结果可知,本发明所得产品具有柔韧性好、附着力高、防腐性稳定且使用范围广的优点。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述粉末涂料为热塑型粉末涂料,所述热塑型粉末涂料包括以下重量份数的原料:40-50份聚氯乙烯树脂、0.3-0.5份热稳定剂、0.3-0.5份增塑剂、0.3-0.5份抗氧剂、1-2份分散剂、0.5-0.7份流平剂、0.3-0.5份偶联剂、2-3份碳纳米管、2-3份纳米纤维素、1-3份四氧化三铁磁性颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述热稳定剂为有机锡热稳定剂,所述有机锡热稳定剂选自二月桂酸二丁基锡、二烷基锡马来酸盐、十二硫醇二正丁基锡中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂,所述邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂选自邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯、邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自抗氧剂626、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂1098中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂选自氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述流平剂为长链有机硅流平剂,所述长链有机硅流平剂选自二甲基聚硅烷、甲基苯基聚硅烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂,所述钛酸酯偶联剂选自钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-201、钛酸酯偶联剂KR-41B、钛酸酯偶联剂KR-38S中的任意一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述涂料还包括所述聚氯乙烯树脂质量3-5%的氧化钛。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述的粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体制备步骤包括:
按重量份数称取各种原料,放入搅拌机中进行初步搅拌混合,将混合的原料加入双螺旋挤出机中进行熔融共混,将熔融共混后的原料放入深冷液氮粉粹机切粒粉碎,得到粉末涂料。
