本发明涉及一种切粒瞬时风冷装置,冷却风筒,冷却风筒两端设有主进风口与主出风口,所述冷却风筒中部安装有切粒装置,所述切粒装置后部安装有传动装置;所述切粒装置包括环形风道,所述环形风道前部安装有切刀刀架,所述切刀刀架上安装有切刀,所述冷却风筒前端一侧安装有出料头,所述环形风道前部两侧安装有软接头,所述软接头前部设有风嘴,所述风嘴前部与所述切刀刀架连通;所述传动装置包括传动轴,所述传动轴安装在所述环形风道内部,所述传动轴后部安装有电机。本发明的有益效果为:通过增加环形风道及风嘴可使自然风瞬时吹到料上,使得料在未切粒之前得到一个瞬时冷却,成品率大大提高,制造成本低廉,冷却效果好等诸多优点。

Description

一种切粒瞬时风冷装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种冷却装置,尤其涉及一种专业用于挤出机的切粒瞬时风冷装置。
背景技术
现在国内的挤出机在生产粒子的过程中,由于切粒后的粒子温度很高,必须对其进行降温处理,否则粒子就会产生相互粘连,使产品报废,粒子的冷却现主要有两种,即风冷与水冷,水冷的效果非常好,但由于一些特定的粒子经过水冷后其物理与化学性能会发生一定的变化,所以不能采用水冷。而目前的风冷主要存在的问题就是挤出机生产的粒子在冷却后会产生一定的粘连,使产品的合格率大大下降。
发明内容
针对上述问题中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种切粒瞬时风冷装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种切粒瞬时风冷装置,包括:
冷却风筒,所述冷却风筒两端设有主进风口与主出风口,所述冷却风筒中部安装有切粒装置,所述切粒装置后部安装有传动装置;
所述切粒装置包括环形风道,所述环形风道前部安装有切刀刀架,所述切刀刀架上安装有切刀,所述冷却风筒前端一侧安装有出料头,所述环形风道前部两侧安装有软接头,所述软接头前部设有风嘴,所述风嘴前部与所述切刀刀架连通;
所述传动装置包括传动轴,所述传动轴安装在所述环形风道内部,所述传动轴后部安装有电机。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述环形风道的形状为空心的套筒,所述套筒的内径与所述传动轴的直径一致。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述风嘴的出口形状为长方形,所述风嘴与所述出料头的平面保持垂直。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述环形风道下端安装有多个密封圈。
作为本发明进一步改进,所述出料头上均匀设有多个出料孔。
本发明还提供了一种如权利要求1所述的一种切粒瞬时风冷装置的操作方法,该操作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101:出料头的出料孔挤出料,切刀在电机的带动下作圆周运动,一路冷却风B进入到环形风道通过风嘴喷出,使得料在未切粒之前得到一个瞬时冷却,再由切刀把挤出的料切割成等距离的粒子。
步骤102:冷却风A从主进风口进入,在冷却风筒处与切下的粒子进行热交换,同时把冷却的粒子通过主出风口送到下一个环节。
本发明的有益效果为:通过增加环形风道及风嘴可使自然风瞬时吹到料上,使得料在未切粒之前得到一个瞬时冷却,成品率大大提高,制造成本低廉,冷却效果好等诸多优点。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,本发明实施例所述的一种切粒瞬时风冷装置,包括:冷却风筒3,所述冷却风筒3两端设有主进风口1与主出风口2,所述冷却风筒3中部安装有切粒装置,所述切粒装置后部安装有传动装置;所述切粒装置包括环形风道11,所述环形风道11前部安装有切刀刀架9,所述切刀刀架9上安装有切刀7,所述冷却风筒3前端一侧安装有出料头6,所述环形风道11前部两侧安装有软接头10,所述软接头10前部设有风嘴8,所述风嘴8前部与所述切刀刀架9连通;所述传动装置包括传动轴5,所述传动轴5安装在所述环形风道11内部,所述传动轴5后部安装有电机4。所述环形风道11的形状为空心的套筒,所述套筒的内径与所述传动轴5的直径一致。所述风嘴8的出口形状为长方形,所述风嘴8与所述出料头6的平面保持垂直,所述风嘴8的安装位置在所述切刀7的前面,所述环形风道11下端安装有多个密封圈12,所述密封圈12的数量为3-4根。所述出料头6上均匀设有多个出料孔13。通过增加环形风道及风嘴可使自然风瞬时吹到料上,使得料在未切粒之前得到一个瞬时冷却,成品率大大提高,制造成本低廉,冷却效果好等诸多优点。
实施例2,本发明还提供了一种切粒瞬时风冷装置的操作方法,该操作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101:出料头的出料孔挤出料,切刀在电机的带动下作圆周运动,一路冷却风B进入到环形风道通过风嘴喷出,使得料在未切粒之前得到一个瞬时冷却,再由切刀把挤出的料切割成等距离的粒子。
步骤102:冷却风A从主进风口进入,在冷却风筒处与切下的粒子进行热交换,同时把冷却的粒子通过主出风口送到下一个环节。
具体使用时:挤出机通过出料头的出料孔挤出料,切刀在电机的带动下作圆周运动,由于切刀的前部与出料头平面形成一个角度,参见图(4),切刀把挤出的料切割成等距离的粒子,同时冷却风A从主进风口进入,在冷却风筒处与切下的粒子进行热交换,同时把冷却的粒子通过主出风口送到下一个环节。另一路冷却风B进入到环形风道通过风嘴喷出,使得粒子在未切粒之前得到一个瞬时冷却,同时调整冷却风B的压力,使冷却风B的压力小于冷却风A的压力。

Claims (6)

1.一种切粒瞬时风冷装置,其特征在于,包括:
冷却风筒(3),所述冷却风筒(3)两端设有主进风口(1)与主出风口(2),所述冷却风筒(3)中部安装有切粒装置,所述切粒装置后部安装有传动装置;
所述切粒装置包括环形风道(11),所述环形风道(11)前部安装有切刀刀架(9),所述切刀刀架(9)上安装有切刀(7),所述冷却风筒(3)前端一侧安装有出料头(6),所述环形风道(11)前部两侧安装有软接头(10),所述软接头(10)前部设有风嘴(8),所述风嘴(8)前部与所述切刀刀架(9)连通;
所述传动装置包括传动轴(5),所述传动轴(5)安装在所述环形风道(11)内部,所述传动轴(5)后部安装有电机(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的所述切粒瞬时风冷装置,其特征在于:所述环形风道(11)的形状为空心的套筒,所述套筒的内径与所述传动轴(5)的直径一致。
3.根据权利要求1所述的所述切粒瞬时风冷装置,其特征在于:所述风嘴(8)的出口形状为长方形,所述风嘴(8)与所述出料头(6)的平面保持垂直。
4.根据权利要求2所述的所述切粒瞬时风冷装置,其特征在于:所述环形风道(11)下端安装有多个密封圈(12)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的所述切粒瞬时风冷装置,其特征在于:所述出料头(6)上均匀设有多个出料孔(13)。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种切粒瞬时风冷装置的操作方法,其特征在于,该操作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101:出料头的出料孔挤出料,切刀在电机的带动下作圆周运动,一路冷却风B进入到环形风道通过风嘴喷出,使得料在未切粒之前得到一个瞬时冷却,再由切刀把挤出的料切割成等距离的粒子。
步骤102:冷却风A从主进风口进入,在冷却风筒处与切下的粒子进行热交换,同时把冷却的粒子通过主出风口送到下一个环节。
