技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种物料加工设备,尤其涉及一种风冷热切装置。
背景技术
在生产PP(聚丙烯)填充物料时的需要使用风冷装置,现有的切粒方式为:风冷拉条切粒。采用这种方式,设备总长在30米左右,对用户的厂房结构有一定的要求。此外,在针对一些碳酸钙含量高的物料,由于物料中PP含量低,导致物料的韧性差,在拉条过程中易断条,高填充物料的分子链也易被破坏,影响生产量和品质。切粒后,产品颗粒大小不均,粒形不佳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种占地面积小、生产效率高、产品品质佳的风冷热切装置。
解决上述问题的技术方案为:一种风冷热切装置,包括:机头、切粒罩、切刀架、电机,所述切刀架设于所述切粒罩内,所述机头设于切粒罩外壁与所述切刀架的一端相连接,所述电机与所述切刀架的另一端相连接,所述电机内设有送风装置,所述送风装置与所述切刀架相对应。
所述切粒罩上下两端分别设有搭扣,所述切粒罩内为一真空。
所述电机下设有支撑装置。
所述支撑装置包括支撑板、支撑柜,所述支撑板与所述电机相连接,所述支撑板设于所述支撑柜上。
所述支撑装置下设于滑动装置。
所述滑动装置包括底架、滑竿支架、滑竿,所述支撑柜设于所述滑竿上,所述滑竿设于所述滑竿支架上,所述滑竿支架设于所述底架上。
本实用新型的优点在于在原有的切粒刀具上增设了刀杆芯部通风装置,利用旋转接头将气泵高压风连接到电机的转子轴上,出风口分别在四把刀柄上。物料挤出切割过程中,刀柄上的斜风同时吹在刀刃上,把颗粒吹离刀片,防止其粘连在刀片上。由于物料是被冷风吹走的,高温下的物料也会急剧冷却,从而确保物料颗粒在切粒风罩内不结团,从而大大提高设备的生产量和生产效率。此外,此种切粒装置的生产设备所占厂房长度在11米左右,节约厂房面积近三分之二。
综上,本实用新型适于广泛应用。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本实用新型的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本实用新型作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本实用新型,并不构成对本实用新型保护范围的限定。
参见图1-2所示,本实用新型提供一种风冷热切装置,包括:机头10、切粒罩1、切刀架2、电机3,切刀架2设于切粒罩1内,机头10设于切粒罩1外壁与切刀架2的一端相连接,电机3与切刀架2的另一端相连接,电机3内设有送风装置,送风装置与切刀架2相对应。
切粒罩1上下两端分别设有搭扣11,使得切粒罩内为一真空,不会有杂质进入,影响产品质量。电机3下设有支撑装置。支撑装置包括支撑板4、支撑柜5,支撑板4与电机3相连接,支撑板4设于支撑柜5上。支撑装置下设于滑动装置。滑动装置包括底架9、滑竿支架8、滑竿7,支撑柜5设于滑竿7上,滑竿7设于滑竿支架8上,滑竿支架8设于底架9上。支撑柜5通过轴承座6固定于滑竿7上。切粒罩1下方设有风机,风机正对着切粒罩1下端的搭扣11。
当物料从机头10进入后,搭扣11锁紧,风机开始向上送风,转动电机3上的把手使得电机3在滑动装置上滑动,即启动电机3带动切刀架2切割物料,与此同时,电机3内的风机不断送风至切刀架2使得切割过的物料不会与切刀粘连。切割好的物料落入切粒罩1,由风机吹入管道,从而到达下一工序设备内。

1.一种风冷热切装置,其特征在于:包括:机头、切粒罩、切刀架、电机,所述切刀架设于所述切粒罩内,所述机头设于切粒罩外壁与所述切刀架的一端相连接,所述电机与所述切刀架的另一端相连接,所述电机内设有送风装置,所述送风装置与所述切刀架相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风冷热切装置,其特征在于:所述切粒罩上下两端分别设有搭扣,所述切粒罩内为一真空。
3.根据权利要求1所述的风冷热切装置,其特征在于:所述电机下设有支撑装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的风冷热切装置,其特征在于:所述支撑装置包括支撑板、支撑柜,所述支撑板与所述电机相连接,所述支撑板设于所述支撑柜上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的风冷热切装置,其特征在于:所述支撑装置下设于滑动装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的风冷热切装置,其特征在于:所述滑动装置包括底架、滑竿支架、滑竿,所述支撑柜设于所述滑竿上,所述滑竿设于所述滑竿支架上,所述滑竿支架设于所述底架上。
