Abstract
The invention discloses a kitchen waste crushing device which adopts a two-stage crushing structure form, wherein a first-stage crushing roller set and a second-stage crushing roller set are arranged in an upper and lower arrangement mode, first tearing ratchet teeth arranged on each first crushing roller in the first-stage crushing roller set are helical teeth, second tearing ratchet teeth arranged on each second crushing roller in the second-stage crushing roller set are straight teeth, when kitchen waste passes through the first-stage crushing roller set, large hard objects in the kitchen waste are crushed and torn, and then the torn waste is further extruded and crushed into smaller particles under the action of the second-stage crushing roller set. The design of above-mentioned two-stage crushing structure for kitchen garbage breaker can smooth and easy operation in succession. In addition, the invention adopts gear transmission, can effectively eliminate violent vibration in the crushing process caused by uneven garbage components, and avoids the problems of chain looseness and the like caused by violent vibration in a chain transmission mode.

A kitchen waste crushing device is used as important kitchen waste treatment equipment and is used for extruding and crushing kitchen waste. The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the following figures and detailed description:
referring to fig. 1 to 4, the kitchen waste crushing device includes a crushing cavity, a first-stage crushing roller set and a second-stage crushing roller set.
The upper part of the crushing cavity is provided with a feeding hole 101, and the lower part of the crushing cavity is provided with a discharging hole 102.
The first-stage crushing roller group and the second-stage crushing roller group are both located inside the crushing cavity, and the first-stage crushing roller group is located above the second-stage crushing roller group.
Kitchen waste enters the crushing cavity from the feeding hole 101, is extruded into small particles under the crushing action of the first-stage crushing roller set and the second-stage crushing roller set, and is finally discharged from the discharging hole 102.
The first stage crushing roller set comprises two transversely arranged first crushing rollers 201, 202.
A plurality of first tearing ratchets 203 are respectively mounted on the first crushing rollers 201 and 202, and the first crushing roller 201 and each first tearing ratchet 203 on the first crushing roller 202 are in a mutually embedded state.
The teeth on the outer edge of the first tearing ratchet wheel 203 are oblique teeth, which is beneficial to crushing large hard objects.

Each first tearing ratchet wheel 203 on the first crushing roller 201 and each second tearing ratchet wheel 303 on the second crushing roller 301 positioned below the first crushing roller 201 are in a mutually embedded state.
Each of the first tearing ratchets 203 of the first crushing roller 202 and each of the second tearing ratchets 303 of the second crushing roller 302 positioned below the first crushing roller 202 are in an embedded state.
The first-stage crushing roller group and the second-stage crushing roller group are in gear transmission, and the transmission form of the structure can effectively eliminate violent vibration in the crushing process caused by uneven garbage components, and avoid the problems of chain looseness and the like caused by violent vibration in the chain transmission form.

The crushing chamber further comprises a first mounting wall panel 105 and a second mounting wall panel 106.
The first-stage crushing roller group and the second-stage crushing roller group are both installed between the first installation wallboard and the second installation wallboard.
Specifically, two first rotation gears 107 and 108 and two second rotation gears 109 and 110 are provided on the first mounting wall plate 105.
The first rotation gears 107, 108 have a diameter larger than that of the second rotation gears 109, 110.
The first turning gears 107, 108 are mounted at one end of the first crushing rolls 201, 202, respectively, and the second turning gears 109, 110 are mounted at one end of the second crushing rolls 301, 302, respectively.
The first rotation gear 107 and the first rotation gear 108 are meshed with each other.
A release wheel 111 is provided between the first rotation gear 107 and the second rotation gear 109 located below the first rotation gear 107, the release wheel 111 is engaged with the first rotation gear 107, and the release wheel 111 is engaged with the second rotation gear 109.

A sprocket 113 and three bearing blocks 114, 115, 116 are provided on the second mounting wall plate 106.
A sprocket 113 is mounted at the other end of the first crushing roller 201. Chocks 114, 115, 116 are mounted at the other ends of the first and second crushing rolls 202, 301, 302, respectively.

the first-stage crushing roller group and the second-stage crushing roller group are driven by gears;
