The invention provides a miniature kitchen waste treatment device, which comprises a blanking hopper and a main body; the discharge end of the discharging hopper is fixedly connected with the main body; the feeding end of the main body is provided with two meshed tearing rollers with teeth; a perforated plate is fixed below the shredding roller; a liquid flow channel is formed on the side wall of the main body between the porous plate and the shredding roller; a filter screen is arranged at the inlet of the liquid flow passage, and the outlet of the liquid flow passage is connected with a water outlet; the lower part of the porous plate is connected with a discharge hole; the discharge port and the water outlet are separated by a water filtering net; according to the garbage dry-wet separation and shaping device, garbage is firstly torn and crushed, then water is separated through forced extrusion and compressed strips are used for dry-wet separation and shaping of the garbage, the kitchen garbage is compressed into strips or particles with a compact structure through the device, and then classification treatment is carried out, so that on one hand, water absorption of garbage particles can be reduced, breeding of bacteria is reduced, on the other hand, scattering and dispersion of garbage fragments are avoided, and the garbage dry-wet separation and shaping device is more environment-friendly and safer.

A plurality of small devices for treating kitchen waste appear on the market at present, and the devices are excessively precise in structure and too strong in pertinence and cannot be suitable for various complicated kitchen waste. Some have good treatment effect but the dry and wet can not be separated, and the whole sewage is discharged into a sewer, so that the sewer is easily blocked.

The invention provides a micro kitchen waste treatment device aiming at the problems that the device has poor adaptability and can not be separated in a dry-wet mode in the household kitchen waste treatment process.

Preferably, the shredding rollers are in counter-directional movement.
Preferably, a sealing groove is formed in the main body at a position corresponding to the teeth of the shredding roller.
Preferably, the water filter screen is flush with the lower edge of the discharge hole.
Preferably, the shredding roller is connected with a driving motor through a reduction box.
Preferably, the water filter net is arranged obliquely.

The specific working mode of the invention is as follows, kitchen garbage is put into the blanking hopper 1, various garbage is forcedly shredded and squeezed into the gap between the shredding roller 3 and the porous plate 7 under the meshing action of the teeth of the shredding roller 3 running in different directions, the pressure is increased along with the accumulation of more garbage crumbles, and the redundant moisture is discharged through the porous plate 7 and the filter screen 5 simultaneously. With the further accumulation of the crushed garbage, the granulating holes 8 of the perforated plate 7 are blocked, and the water in the garbage is mainly discharged from the water discharge port 11 through the filter screen 5 via the liquid flow passage 6. Solid garbage generates high pressure in the porous plate 7, is continuously compacted and is extruded out through the granulating holes 8, after a small amount of water is discharged through the water filtering net 5, solid garbage strips or particles are discharged from the discharge hole 10, and the water filtering net 9 is obliquely arranged, so that the solid garbage is smoothly discharged under the action of gravity, and therefore, the dry-wet separation of the garbage and the solid state of the kitchen garbage are realized.
Example 2
The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that, as shown in fig. 2, a sealing groove is provided in the main body at a position corresponding to the teeth of the shredding roller, so that the broken kitchen waste can be effectively prevented from flowing back.
