Abstract

[0002] 肠道是人体的排毒器官,担负了人体大部分的排毒任务。肠道本身充满褶皱,是人 体大部分毒素与代谢物集中的大本营。然而,现代人因饮食过于精细、饮食不规律、饮食质 量安全等问题,造成肠道中很容易暗藏毒素,使本来最大的排毒器官反而成为了藏污纳垢 的大本营。肠道毒素也被形象的誉为:万病之源。肠道毒素不但引发疾病,也是引发肥胖的 元凶之一。因此及时清除肠道毒素对人体健康至关重要。目前由于西药无法有效清除肠道 毒素,且存有副作用,因此人们对可以快速有效进行肠道排毒的中药药物存在极大的需求, 至今为止,还没有发现关于本发明的有关报道。

[0007]具体实施方式 本发明组分的药物用量也是发明人经过大量摸索总结得出的,各组分的用量在下述重 量范围内都具有较好的疗效: 木瓜10_15g、玉米须8_18g、芝麻叶6_15g、杨树叶8_15g、茜草10_15g、稀莶草12_15g、 茯苓10-15g、火麻仁8-15g、郁李仁6-15g、石膏8-15g、知母10-15g、白芷10-15g、防风 8_15g、羌活6-15g、蜂蜜10-15g、饴糖10-15g、当归8-15g、何首乌8-15g、白芍10-15g、蚯蚓 8_14g、橘皮10-15g、枳实10-15g、木香8-15g、扁豆8-15g、旋复花5-10g、丹参6-10g、莱菔 子6-10g、鸡内金4-10g优选为: 木瓜15g、玉米须15g、芝麻叶15g、杨树叶15g、茜草15g、稀莶草15g、茯苓15g、火麻仁 15g、郁李仁15g、石膏15g、知母15g、白芷15g、防风15g、羌活15g、蜂蜜15g、饴糖15g、当归 15g、何首乌15g、白巧15g、te蝴15g、橘皮15g、积实15g、木香15g、扁豆15g、旋复花10g、丹 参l〇g、莱菔子l〇g、鸡内金l〇g 本发明药物的制备方法如下 一、备料 1、 木瓜:清水洗净,稍浸泡,闷润至透,置蒸笼内蒸熟,趁热切片,日晒夜露,以由红转紫 黑色为止; 2、 玉米须:取原药材,除去杂质,筛去灰屑; 3、 芝麻叶:除去杂质,洗净,晒干; 4、 杨树叶:除去杂质,洗净,晒干; 5、 茜草:除去杂质,洗净,润透,切厚片或段,干燥,筛去碎屑; 6、 稀莶草:取药材,除去杂质,洗净,稍晾、切段、晒干; 7、 茯苓:用水浸泡,洗净,捞出,闷透后,切片,晒干; 8、 火麻仁:拣去杂质及残留外壳,取净仁; 9、 郁李仁:筛去泥屑,淘净,拣净杂质和碎壳,晒干,用时捣碎; 10、 生石膏:去净杂石,洗净泥土,打碎成小块; 11、 知母:拣净杂质,用水撞洗,捞出,润软,切片晒干; 12、 白芷:拣净杂质,用水洗净,浸泡,捞出润透,略晒至外皮无滑腻感时,再闷润后,切 片干燥; 13、 防风:除去残茎,用水浸泡,捞出,润透切片,晒干; 14、 羌活:拣去杂质,洗净,润透,切片,晾干; 15、 蜂蜜:取纯净的蜂蜜,用文火熬炼,过滤去沫; 16、 饴糖:按量提取; 17、 当归:拣去杂质,洗净,闷润,稍晾,切片晒干; 18、 何首乌:拣去杂质,洗净,用水泡至八成透,捞出,润至内外湿度均匀,切片或切成方 块,晒干; 19、 白芍:拣去杂质,分开大小个,用水浸泡至八成透,捞出,晒晾,切片,干燥; 20、 蚯蚓:拣去杂质,用水漂净,及时捞出,晒干,切段; 21、 橘皮:刷去泥土,拣净杂质,喷淋清水,闷润后切丝或切片,晾干; 22、 枳实:拣净杂质,用水浸泡至八成透,捞出,润至内无硬心,切片,晾干; 23、 木香:将原生药放清水内洗净,捞出,闷润12 - 24小时使软,切片,晒干; 24、 扁豆:拣净杂质,置沸水中稍煮,至种皮鼓起、松软为度,捞出,浸入冷水中,脱去皮, 晒干; 25、 旋复花:拣净杂质,除去梗叶,筛去泥土; 26、 丹参:拣净杂质,除去根茎,洗净,捞出,润透后切片,晾干; 27、 莱菔子:簸去杂质,漂净泥土,捞出,晒干,用时捣碎; 28、鸡内金:拣去杂质,漂净晒干。
[0008]二、制备 1、将所述重量的木瓜、玉米须、芝麻叶、杨树叶、茜草、稀莶草、茯苓、火麻仁、郁李仁、石 膏、知母、白芷、防风、羌活、蜂蜜、当归、何首乌、白芍、蚯蚓、橘皮、枳实、木香、扁豆、旋复花、 丹参、莱菔子、鸡内金加水煎煮两次,第一次加水6倍量,武火煎煮沸腾10分钟,再用文火煎 煮25分钟,过滤得第一次煎煮液。
[0009] 2、将第一次过滤后的药渣加水4倍量,武火煎煮沸腾,再用文火煎煮20分钟,过滤 得第二次煎煮液。
[0010] 3、合并两次煎煮液,武火煮沸,再用文火煎煮10分钟,加入烊化的饴糖,即得药 液,分为二剂服用。
[0011] 本发明选用茜草为君药,知母、蚯蚓为臣,火麻仁为佐,丹参为使,将上述药物与方 中诸药组合,制成排除肠道毒素的药物。
[0012] 本发明药物具有清热解毒、润燥滑肠、下气利水的功能,用于清除肠道毒素见效 快、疗效好,无副作用。以下通过试验例来进一步阐述本发明药物的有益效果,这些试验包 括本发明药物的动物毒性试验和临床疗效观察试验。
[0013][试验例1]本发明药物的动物毒性试验 取西德兔30只,雌雄兼用,体重2. 0-2. 5kg,分两组,每组15只,其中一组为超剂量试验 组,另一组为正常量试验组。超剂量试验组为25ml/kg,正常量为10ml/kg,给药方式为灌胃 法给药,每天二次,连服7天,每天观察给药反应,结果表明二组家兔活动、饮食正常,药物 无不良毒副作用。
[试验例2]本发明药物的临床疗效观察 1、一般资料 收治门诊患者共45例。
[0014] 2、诊断标准 肠道毒素累积的表现包括: 1)经常打嗝、腹胀、食欲差、吃饭没味道。
[0015] 2)大便不好:腹泻次数多、便秘时间长、大便不规律、不成形、大便硬结、恶臭、颜色 黑。
[0016] 3)气色差、面色晦暗、皮肤粗糙、毛孔扩张、痤疮等。
[0017] 4) 口臭、体味重、屁多屁臭。
[0018] 5)精力下降、易疲劳、头晕脑胀、健忘。
[0019] 3、治疗方法 选用上述药剂,给患者服用,每日一剂,连续服用14天。
[0020] 4、疗效评定标准 显效:患者的肠道毒素症状消失,因肠道毒素导致的非健康化情况痊愈,身体状况恢复 正常。
[0021] 好转:患者的肠道毒素症状减轻,体质恢复,食欲增加,精神状态逐步恢复正常。
[0022] 无效:达不到好转标准者。
[0023]5、治疗结果(见下表):
在上述治疗中,用本发明药物进行肠道毒素排除的患者45例,结果显效36例,显效率 为80%,好转8例,好转率为17. 78%,无效1例,总有效率为97. 78%。
Claims (3)
1. 一种清除肠道毒素的药物,其特征在于:它是由下列重量范围内的原料药制成:木 瓜l〇-15g、玉米须8_18g、芝麻叶6_15g、杨树叶8_15g、茜草10_15g、稀莶草12_15g、获茶 10-15g、火麻仁8-15g、郁李仁6-15g、石膏8-15g、知母10-15g、白芷10-15g、防风8-15g、羌 活6-15g、蜂蜜10-15g、饴糖10-15g、当归8-15g、何首乌8-15g、白芍10-15g、蚯蚓8-14g、橘 皮10-15g、枳实10-15g、木香8-15g、扁豆8-15g、旋复花5-10g、丹参6-10g、莱菔子6-10g、 鸡内金4-10g。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的药物,其中各原料药的用量为:木瓜15g、玉米须15g、芝麻 叶15g、杨树叶15g、茜草15g、稀莶草15g、获考:15g、火麻仁15g、郁李仁15g、石膏15g、知母 15g、白]E 15g、防风15g、芜;活15g、蜂蜜15g、饴糖15g、当归15g、何首乌15g、白巧15g、虫丘虫引 15g、橘皮15g、积实15g、木香15g、扁豆15g、旋复花10g、丹参10g、莱菔子10g、鸡内金10g。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述清除肠道毒素药物的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括下列步 骤: (一)备料 (1) 木瓜:清水洗净,稍浸泡,闷润至透,置蒸笼内蒸熟,趁热切片,日晒夜露,以由红转 紫黑色为止; (2) 玉米须:取原药材,除去杂质,筛去灰屑; (3) 芝麻叶:除去杂质,洗净,晒干; (4) 杨树叶:除去杂质,洗净,晒干; (5) 茜草:除去杂质,洗净,润透,切厚片或段,干燥,筛去碎屑; (6) 稀莶草:取药材,除去杂质,洗净,稍晾、切段、晒干; (7) 茯苓:用水浸泡,洗净,捞出,闷透后,切片,晒干; (8) 火麻仁:拣去杂质及残留外壳,取净仁; (9) 郁李仁:筛去泥屑,淘净,拣净杂质和碎壳,晒干,用时捣碎; (10) 生石膏:去净杂石,洗净泥土,打碎成小块; (11) 知母:拣净杂质,用水撞洗,捞出,润软,切片晒干; (12) 白芷:拣净杂质,用水洗净,浸泡,捞出润透,略晒至外皮无滑腻感时,再闷润后,切 片干燥; (13) 防风:除去残茎,用水浸泡,捞出,润透切片,晒干; (14) 羌活:拣去杂质,洗净,润透,切片,晾干; (15) 蜂蜜:取纯净的蜂蜜,用文火熬炼,过滤去沫; (16) 饴糖:按量提取; (17) 当归:拣去杂质,洗净,闷润,稍晾,切片晒干; (18) 何首乌:拣去杂质,洗净,用水泡至八成透,捞出,润至内外湿度均匀,切片或切成 方块,晒干; (19) 白芍:拣去杂质,分开大小个,用水浸泡至八成透,捞出,晒晾,切片,干燥; (20) 蚯蚓:拣去杂质,用水漂净,及时捞出,晒干,切段; (21) 橘皮:刷去泥土,拣净杂质,喷淋清水,闷润后切丝或切片,晾干; (22) 枳实:拣净杂质,用水浸泡至八成透,捞出,润至内无硬心,切片,晾干; (23) 木香:将原生药放清水内洗净,捞出,闷润12 - 24小时使软,切片,晒干; (24) 扁豆:拣净杂质,置沸水中稍煮,至种皮鼓起、松软为度,捞出,浸入冷水中,脱去 皮,晒干; (25) 旋复花:拣净杂质,除去梗叶,筛去泥土; (26) 丹参:拣净杂质,除去根茎,洗净,捞出,润透后切片,晾干; (27 )莱菔子:簸去杂质,漂净泥土,捞出,晒干,用时捣碎; (28)鸡内金:拣去杂质,漂净晒干; (二)制备 (1) 将所述重量的木瓜、玉米须、芝麻叶、杨树叶、茜草、稀莶草、茯苓、火麻仁、郁李仁、 石膏、知母、白芷、防风、羌活、蜂蜜、当归、何首乌、白芍、蚯蚓、橘皮、枳实、木香、扁豆、旋复 花、丹参、莱菔子、鸡内金加水煎煮两次,第一次加水6倍量,武火煎煮沸腾10分钟,再用文 火煎煮25分钟,过滤得第一次煎煮液, (2) 将第一次过滤后的药渣加水4倍量,武火煎煮沸腾,再用文火煎煮20分钟,过滤得 第二次煎煮液, (3) 合并两次煎煮液,武火煮沸,再用文火煎煮10分钟,加入烊化的饴糖,即得药液。
