一种柿子饮料的生产方法,属饮料生产领域,它能有效的解决一般的柿子食用方法比较单一,而且不容易保存,易损坏的缺点。挑选20公斤柿子,要求色泽红润,新鲜无腐烂,然后放入到水池中浸泡30分钟,并用水清洗3遍;将清洗干净的柿子倒入打浆机中打成细浆,并用过滤机进行过滤一遍,将残留的皮、果粒彻底过滤干净;取15公斤过滤后的柿子浆倒入搅拌机中,加入10克苯甲酸钠、150克白糖、100公斤纯净水,用搅拌机搅拌10分钟,使其混合均匀,然后进行高温杀菌处理,杀菌时间为1分钟;用灌装机进行灌装,包装材料采取塑料瓶,每瓶包装550毫升。主要用于生产饮料。

技术领域 本发明涉及一种柿子饮料的生产方法。
背景技术 柿子属柿科植物浆果类水果,主要生长在我国的广西、四川等地,柿子的营养比较丰富,含有丰富的糖、蛋白质、维生素和矿物质,但是一般的柿子有这样的缺点,就是一般的柿子食用方法比较单一,而且不容易保存,易损坏。
发明内容 本发明的目的是要提供一种柿子饮料的生产方法,它能有效的解决一般的柿子食用方法比较单一,而且不容易保存,易损坏的缺点。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种柿子饮料的生产方法,挑选20公斤柿子,要求色泽红润,新鲜无腐烂,然后放入到水池中浸泡30分钟,并用水清洗3遍;将清洗干净的柿子倒入打浆机中打成细浆,并用过滤机进行过滤一遍,将残留的皮、果粒彻底过滤干净;取15公斤过滤后的柿子浆倒入搅拌机中,加入10克苯甲酸钠、150克白糖、100公斤纯净水,用搅拌机搅拌10分钟,使其混合均匀,然后进行高温杀菌处理,杀菌时间为1分钟;用灌装机进行灌装,包装材料采取塑料瓶,每瓶包装550毫升。

原料准备:
柿子20公斤、苯甲酸钠10克、白糖150克、纯净水100公斤。
生产方法:
挑选20公斤柿子,要求色泽红润,新鲜无腐烂,然后放入到水池中浸泡30分钟,并用水清洗3遍。
将清洗干净的柿子倒入打浆机中打成细浆,并用过滤机进行过滤一遍,将残留的皮、果粒彻底过滤干净。
取15公斤过滤后的柿子浆倒入搅拌机中,加入10克苯甲酸钠、150克白糖、100公斤纯净水,用搅拌机搅拌10分钟,使其混合均匀,然后进行高温杀菌处理,杀菌时间为1分钟。
用灌装机进行灌装,包装材料采取塑料瓶,每瓶包装550毫升。
