背景技术
癫痫，癫痫病是现代医学的称谓，有人称为“羊癫疯”或“羊头风”。其特征为猝然晕倒、不知人事，手足抽搐、两目上视、喉内发出近似猪羊的叫声、将醒时，口唾涎沫，醒后如常人。癫痫是由于多种病因引起的慢性脑部疾病，以大脑神经元异常放电从而导致短暂性中枢神经系统功能异常为特征。祖国医学认为，该病是因脏腑失调，主要是肝、脾、肾三脏失调，影响于心发病；或因先天因素，痫症始于幼年者与先天因素有密切相关，即风从胎气而得。从母体突受惊恐，导致气机逆乱，精伤肾亡，使胎儿发育异常，出生后，容易发生痫症。中医辨证肝风内动夹痰上扰，心神被蒙，则突然昏倒，痫症发作，头晕眩昏，皆为风痰上扰之兆，故为肝风痰浊之象。目前控制癫痫发作的最好办法仍然是药物治疗为主，其用药目的在于减少或阻止发作。在临床上，通过采用熄风涤痰，慎心开窍，安神祛风为治则，选药使用有较明显的效果。为此有待挖掘、开发、提升民间验方，为治疗癫痫提供经过实践检验证明效果好的治疗癫痫的中草药组合物。
发明内容
本发明提供一种治疗癫痫的中药配方，通过中药调理，平肝熄风、镇静安神、协调脏腑、豁痰开窍定痫、活血化瘀，从而达到有效治疗癫痫的目的，标本兼治，疗效好，见效快。
本发明的治疗癫痫的中药配方，其特征在于由以下重量份数的中药原料配制而成：天麻12-16份、炮山甲11-13份、狼目7-10份、天竺黄9-14份、柏壳9-12份、合欢皮7-11份、半夏9-12份、陈皮8-12份、白芥子10-12份、柴胡11-14份、远志8-11份、僵虫5-8份、茵陈5-8份、丹参6-12份、槐花8-10份、桃仁11-13份、甘草6-9份、山萸肉10-13份和牡蛎7-10份。
作为优选，按如下重量份数配制：天麻13份、炮山甲11份、狼目7份、天竺黄10份、柏壳11份、合欢皮8份、半夏10份、陈皮10份、白芥子11份、柴胡12份、远志9份、僵虫5份、茵陈6份、丹参8份、槐花10份、桃仁13份、甘草9份、山萸肉13份和牡蛎8份。
制备方法是按上述重量份数称取原料，放入砂锅里，然后加入5-6倍量的饮用水，武火煮开后，改用文火煎煮60分钟后，提取；再加入3-4倍量的饮用水，武火煮开后，改用文火煎煮50分钟后，提取；合并两次提取液，过滤，每次温服200-300ml，每日早、晚两次饭后温服，14天为一个疗程。
药理分析：
天麻：甘，平；入肝经；息风，定惊。治眩晕眼黑，头风头痛，肢体麻木，半身不遂，语言蹇涩，小儿惊痫动风。
炮山甲：活血散结；通经下乳；消痈溃坚。主血瘀经闭；症瘕；风湿痹痛；乳汁不下；痈肿；瘰疬。
狼目：别名：路路通，苦，平。归肝、肾经；功能主治：祛风活络，利水通经。
天竺黄：入心，肝，肺经；味甘，寒，无毒。具有祛风除湿，活血舒经，止咳的功效。真菌竹黄水煎提取物能使离体蛙心收缩力减弱，心率变慢，0.01g/L浓度作用更强烈。对离体兔耳血管有直接扩张作用，表现为灌流量增加，尤其是血管处于挛缩状态时此作用更明显。小鼠由背部皮下注入真菌竹黄水煎提取物3.0g/kg,对组胺所致皮肤毛细血管通透性增加有非常显着的抑制作用。静注0.5g/kg该提取物能降低麻醉兔血压，其机制可能与影响心排血量和使小动脉扩张，外周阻力减低有关。0.2g/L浓度可显着延长血浆复钙时间，在血凝实验中，该药能延长凝血时间，可能与复钙时间延长有关。
柏壳：祛风，安神，凉血，止血。治感冒头痛发热，胃痛，烦躁，吐血(柏树果)。
合欢皮：性味甘、平。有解郁、和血、宁心、消痈肿之功。有治心神不安、忧郁、失眠、肺痈、痈肿、瘰疠、筋骨折伤之效。
半夏：燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结。用于痰多咳喘，痰饮眩悸，风痰眩晕，痰厥头痛，呕吐反胃，胸脘痞闷，梅核气；生用外治痈肿痰核。
陈皮：苦、辛，温；归肺、脾经；理气健脾，燥湿化痰。用于胸脘胀满，食少吐泻，咳嗽痰多。
白芥子：化痰逐饮；散结消肿。主咳喘痰多；胸满胁痛；肢体麻木；关节肿痛；湿痰流注；阴疽肿毒。治乳痈、乳癌、乳腺疼痛、结核、痰饮咳喘，胸胁胀满疼痛，反胃呕吐，中风不语，肢体痹痛麻木，脚气，阴疽，肿毒，跌打肿痛。
柴胡：常用解表药。别名地熏、山菜、菇草、柴草。性味苦，微寒。归肝、胆经。有和解表里，疏肝，升阳之功效。用于感冒发热、寒热往来、疟疾、肝郁气滞、胸肋胀痛、脱肛、子宫脱垂、月经不调。
远志：苦、辛、温。归心、肾、肺经。具有安神益智、祛痰、消肿的功能，用于心肾不交引起的失眠多梦、健忘惊悸，神志恍惚，咳痰不爽，疮疡肿毒，乳房肿痛。
僵虫：味辛；咸；性平；肝；肺；胃经；平肝息风药；清热解毒药，主治：惊痫抽搐；中风口眼斜；偏正头痛；咽喉肿痛；瘰疬；痄腮；风疹；疮毒
茵陈：清热利湿；退黄。主治：黄疸、小便不利、湿疮瘙痒、传染性黄疸型肝炎。药理学研究有利胆，保护肝功能,解热，抗炎,降血脂，降压,扩冠等作用。
丹参：根入药，含丹参酮，为强壮性通经剂，有祛瘀、生新、活血、调经等效用，为妇科要药，主治子宫出血，月经不调，血瘀，腹痛，经痛，经闭，庙痛。对治疗冠心病有良好效果。此外亦治神经性衰弱失眠，关节痛，贫血，乳腺炎，淋巴腺炎，关节炎，疮疖痛肿，丹毒，急慢性肝炎，肾孟肾炎，跌打损伤，晚期血吸虫病肝脾肿大，癫痫。外用又可洗漆疮。
槐花：味苦、性微寒，归肝、大肠经；入血敛降，体轻微散；具有凉血止血，清肝泻火的功效；主治肠风便血，痔血，血痢，尿血，血淋，崩漏，吐血，衄血，肝火头痛，目赤肿痛，喉痹，失音，痈疽疮疡。
桃仁：止咳逆上气，消心下坚，除卒暴击血，破症瘕，通脉，止痛。破血行瘀，润燥滑肠。治经闭，症瘕，热病蓄血，风痹，疟疾，跌打损伤，瘀血肿痛，血燥便秘。
甘草:补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性。
山萸肉：别称山茱萸、山芋肉、山于肉等，补益肝肾；收敛固脱。主腰头晕目眩；耳聋耳鸣；腰膝酸软；跹精滑精；小便频数；虚汗不止；妇女崩漏；内热消渴；温肝补肾，除一切风，止月经过多，治老人尿频。
牡蛎：滋补强壮，牡蛎含18种氨基酸、肝糖元、B族维生素、牛磺酸和钙、磷、铁、锌等营养成分，常吃可以提高机体免疫力。牡蛎所含牛磺酸降血脂、降血压。从中医角度牡蛎通水气，滋润肺部，利于肾水。西医验证它是含锌最多的天然食品之一(每百克蚝肉含量高达100mg)，也就是每天只吃2～3个牡蛎就提供你全天所需的锌。崔禹锡在《食经》中说“牡蛎肉治夜不眠，治意不定”。经常食用可以减少阴虚阳亢所致的烦躁不安、心悸失眠、头晕目眩及耳鸣等症状。牡蛎中所含的多种维生素与矿物质特别是硒可以调节神经、稳定情绪。
本发明的中药配方，选用天麻、狼目、天竺黄、僵虫、山萸肉，平肝熄风、补益肝肾；配伍柏壳、合欢皮、远志、槐花、牡蛎，镇静安神，解郁醒脑，半夏、陈皮、白芥子、丹参、陈皮，活血化瘀、豁痰开窍；治疗癫痫，标本兼治，疗效好，见效快。
疗效判断：
癫痫的主要临床症状有：猝然晕倒、不知人事，手足抽搐、两目上视、喉内发出近似猪羊的叫声、将醒时，口唾涎沫，醒后如常人。
痊愈：上述症状无发作。
好转：上述症状发作频率降低。
无效：诸症无改善。
治疗结果：癫痫患者102例，服用本发明的药物，放入砂锅里，然后加入5-6倍量的饮用水，武火煮开后，改用文火煎煮60分钟后，提取；再加入3-4倍量的饮用水，武火煮开后，改用文火煎煮50分钟后，提取；合并两次提取液，过滤，每次温服200-300ml，每日早、晚两次饭后温服，14天为一个疗程。痊愈63例，占62％，好转24例，占24％，有效率为86％。
附几例病例作进一步说明：
病例1：王某，男，38岁，因车祸脑部受伤后遗症，诊断为获得性脑损伤癫痫，抽搐昏厥，口吐白沫，每月发作4-6次，2013年7月来诊，服用本发明的药物，服用2月，发作次数减少，两月发作4次，继续服用2月后，发病次数进而减少至每月一次，继续服用至今症状得到明显改善，短则2月发作一次。
病例2：刘某，男，47岁，发作时抽搐，昏厥，口吐白沫，每周发病3-5次，2012年底住院治疗一个月未得到改善，而后开始服用本发明中药，半月间发病次数减少为4次，继续服用每月发病2-3次，两月后出院后继续服用，发病周期变长，随后回访，近6个月未复发。
具体实施方式
实施例1
天麻13份、炮山甲11份、狼目7份、天竺黄10份、柏壳11份、合欢皮8份、半夏10份、陈皮10份、白芥子11份、柴胡12份、远志9份、僵虫5份、茵陈6份、丹参8份、槐花10份、桃仁13份、甘草9份、山萸肉13份和牡蛎8份。
制备方法是按上述重量份数称取原料，放入砂锅里，然后加入5-6倍量的饮用水，武火煮开后，改用文火煎煮60分钟后，提取；再加入3-4倍量的饮用水，武火煮开后，改用文火煎煮50分钟后，提取；合并两次提取液，过滤，每次温服200-300ml，每日早、晚两次饭后温服，14天为一个疗程。

1.一种治疗癫痫的中药配方，其特征在于由以下重量份数的中药原料配制而成：天麻12-16份、炮山甲11-13份、狼目7-10份、天竺黄9-14份、柏壳9-12份、合欢皮7-11份、半夏9-12份、陈皮8-12份、白芥子10-12份、柴胡11-14份、远志8-11份、僵虫5-8份、茵陈5-8份、丹参6-12份、槐花8-10份、桃仁11-13份、甘草6-9份、山萸肉10-13份和牡蛎7-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗癫痫的中药配方，其特征在于由以下重量份数的中药原料配制而成：天麻13份、炮山甲11份、狼目7份、天竺黄10份、柏壳11份、合欢皮8份、半夏10份、陈皮10份、白芥子11份、柴胡12份、远志9份、僵虫5份、茵陈6份、丹参8份、槐花10份、桃仁13份、甘草9份、山萸肉13份和牡蛎8份。
