本发明属于中医中药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗前斜角肌综合征的外用中药酊剂，由如下重量份数的中药原料制成：青木香藤10份、木鳖子10份、曼陀罗茎叶2份、南烛子5份、老君须5份、麻黄5份、肉桂5份、樟脑5份。本发明具有通经活络、祛瘀止痛的功效，具有局部用药、直达病所、见效快、疗程短、疗效高、无毒副作用、安全方便等特点。

技术领域
本发明属于中医中药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗前斜角肌综合征的外用中药酊剂。
背景技术
前斜角肌综合征是指因前斜角肌发生病理改变，如：痉挛、肥厚等而产生的一组症状，本病多见于中年人、女性多于男性、右侧多于左侧，中医称本病为“肩臂痛”。临床上多表现为：颈部酸痛，从颈部放射到手与手指，以麻木、刺痛为主，疼痛部位无清晰界限，颈部伸直疼痛加重、屈曲疼痛可以缓解，颈部明显压痛，在锁骨上窝有胀满或增粗现象。临床上通过辨证采取通经活络、祛瘀止痛为治疗大法，收到了满意的治疗效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗前斜角肌综合征的外用中药酊剂，具有见效快、疗程短、疗效高、无毒副作用、安全方便的特点。
本发明所述的治疗前斜角肌综合征的外用中药酊剂，由如下重量份数的中药原料制成：青木香藤10份、木鳖子10份、曼陀罗茎叶2份、南烛子5份、老君须5份、麻黄5份、肉桂5份、樟脑5份。
制备方法：将上药炮制合格，称量备齐，置于容器内，加入体积比60％的白酒100份，密封浸泡30天，去渣、沉淀、取上清液装瓶。
用法用量：外用，局部涂擦，一日3-5次，20天为一疗程。
本发明中的药物机理如下：
青木香藤：活血通络、化湿消肿。
木鳖子：消肿散结、止痛。
曼陀罗茎叶：麻醉止痛、祛瘀通络。
南烛子：强健筋骨、祛风湿、止痛。
老君须：清热解毒、通络止痛。
麻黄：发汗解表、宣肺平喘、利水消肿。
肉桂：回阳救逆、温通经脉、散寒止痛。
樟脑：外用消肿散结、止痛。
根据配伍本发明以青木香藤活血通络、化湿消肿为主药，木鳖子消肿散结为辅助药，曼陀罗茎叶、南烛子、老君须、麻黄、肉桂、樟脑共为佐使药。
以上诸药的主治及功效均参考于中医学院本科教材《中药学》，上海科技出版社。
以下为临床试验总结：
前斜角肌综合征的症状：颈部酸痛，从颈部放射到手、手指，以麻木、刺痛为主，疼痛部位无清晰界限，颈部伸直疼痛加重、屈曲疼痛可以缓解，颈部明显压痛，在锁骨上窝有胀满或增粗现象。
治疗标准：
痊愈：临床症状全部消失，颈肩活动自如，全身无阳性体征可查。
好转：主要症状明显减轻，颈部伸直时偶感疼痛，生活能力有所改善。
无效：主要症状好转不明显，功能活动障碍无明显改善。
治疗结果：临床试验治疗前斜角肌综合征患者300例。经过一个疗程治疗后痊愈279例、占93％，好转12例、占4％，无效9例、占3％，总有效率97％。通过治疗所示，对病人无任何副作用，三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常现象。
以下列举几个典型病例：
病例1：患者陈某某，女，50岁，患者右肩臂刺痛麻木、痛有定处、夜痛甚，右上肢上举梳头时疼痛加重，在家口服抗风湿药治疗无效，于2012年8月来我院，经检查确诊为前斜角肌综合征，给予本发明药物外用治疗一个疗程后痊愈。
病例2：患者王某某，女，47岁，患者右肩臂疼痛伴右手指麻木、疼痛达一年之久，近二个月来患者发生右手部小肌肉萎缩、肌力减低，大鱼肌萎缩明显，2012年8月来我院，经检查确诊为前斜角肌综合征，给予本发明药物外用治疗一个疗程后痊愈。
病例3：患者郑某某，男，60岁，患者肩臂酸痛麻木、筋骨软弱无力已一年，在家按颈椎病治疗无效，症状明显加重，手指麻木、疼痛明显，颈伸直时疼痛加重，2012年9月来我院，经检查确诊为前斜角肌综合征，给予本发明药物外用治疗一个疗程后痊愈。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下有益效果：
①本发明选用的中药均符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定，根据配伍本发明具有通经活络、祛瘀止痛的功效。
②本发明不仅可有效地治疗前斜角肌综合征，而且对落枕也有很好的治疗作用。
③本发明局部用药、皮肤吸收，见效快、疗程短、治愈率高、无毒副作用、安全方便。

以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
中药原料的重量组成为：青木香藤10份、木鳖子10份、曼陀罗茎叶2份、南烛子5份、老君须5份、麻黄5份、肉桂5份、樟脑5份。
制备方法：将上药炮制合格，称量备齐，置于容器内，加入体积比60％的白酒100份，密封浸泡30天，去渣、沉淀、取上清液装瓶。
