本发明涉及一种治疗冈上肌腱炎的中药酊剂，属于中医中药技术领域。本发明所述的治疗冈上肌腱炎的中药酊剂，由以下重量份数的原料组成：七叶莲8份、钻地风7份、两面针5份、罗勒4份、两头尖2份、闹羊花1份。本发明具有舒筋活络、消肿止痛的功效，并具有见效快、疗程短、疗效高、无毒副作用、安全方便、价格低廉等特点。

治疗冈上肌腱炎的中药酊剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗冈上肌腱炎的中药酊剂，属于中医中药技术领域。
背景技术
侧冈上肌腱炎为慢性劳损或劳损所致的无菌性炎症，以局部、局限性疼痛和活动受限为主要表现，是临床上常见的疾病。好发于40岁左右的中年人，常因劳损、外伤或感受风寒湿邪引起，属中医“伤筋”范畴。临床表现：肩部外侧渐进性疼痛，活动受限，肩峰下有明显压痛，局部不肿，因劳累、寒冷时疼痛加剧，当冈上肌发炎后，肩关节抗阻力外展时，力量较弱且疼痛，日久可使肩部肌肉萎缩。其病机主要是肌筋损伤、脉络阻闭不通。临床上通过舒筋活络、消肿止痛为治疗大法，收到了很好的治疗效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗冈上肌腱炎的中药酊剂，其见效快、疗程短、疗效高，局部用药、直达病所，无毒副作用、安全方便等特点。
本发明所述的治疗冈上肌腱炎的中药酊剂，由以下重量份数的原料组成：七叶莲8份、钻地风7份、两面针5份、罗勒4份、两头尖2份、闹羊花1份。
所述治疗冈上肌腱炎的中药酊剂的制备方法如下：
将上药炮制合格、称量配齐，置入容器内，加入体积比60％的白酒200份，密封浸泡30日，过滤去渣，将滤液装瓶备用。
所述治疗冈上肌腱炎的中药酊剂的用法用量如下：
外用，患处热敷后，取本品涂擦患处，一日三次，40天为一疗程。
本发明中的药物机理如下：
七叶莲：性味苦、甘温，止痛、散瘀、消肿，具有很好的疏通经络之功。
钻地风：祛风止痛，适用于风湿痹痛、筋骨酸痛等症。
两面针：祛风活络、散瘀止痛、解毒消肿。
罗勒：性味辛温，化湿和中，祛风、活血。
两头尖：祛风湿、散寒止痛。
闹羊花：祛风止痛。
根据药物功效，本发明以七叶莲为主药，散瘀消肿止痛；钻地风为辅助药物，加强主药的祛风止痛功效；两面针、罗勒、两头尖、闹羊花为佐使药。
以上诸药的主治及功效均参考于中医学院本科教材《中药学》第六版，上海科技出版社。
以下为临床试验总结：
冈上肌腱炎的症状是：肩部外侧渐进性疼痛，活动受限，肩峰下有明显压痛，局部不肿，因劳累、寒冷患侧疼痛加剧。
治疗标准：
痊愈：症状全部消失，肩部活动自如，活动后无任何不适，X片无异常发现。
好转：主要症状明显好转，关节功能活动明显进步，过劳后仍感肩部不适。
无效：肩部疼痛症状虽有减轻，但功能活动障碍无明显改善。
治疗结果：临床试验治疗冈上肌腱炎患者200例，经过二个疗程治疗，痊愈168例，好转22例，无效10例，总有效率95％。通过治疗所示，对病人无任何副作用，三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常。
以下列举几个典型病例：
病例1：患者蔡某某，男，50岁，两年前肩部被打伤，当时肩部疼痛肿胀、入夜尤甚，曾在医院确诊为冈上肌腱炎，多方治疗病情时轻时重。近半年来，自感症状加重，活动患肩，肌筋“咿扎”作响，2011年5月来我院，确诊后给予本发明药物治疗二个疗程后症状全部消失，痊愈。
病例2：患者王某某，女，48岁，右肩部疼痛，外展受限，有时疼痛可向上放射到颈部、向下方射到肘部，劳累、寒冷时疼痛加重，曾被确诊为冈上肌腱炎，多方治疗无明显好转，2011年7月来我院，经确诊后给予本发明药物治疗二个疗程痊愈。
病例3：患者孙某某，女，51岁，肩部局限性疼痛，活动受限，劳累、寒冷时疼痛加剧，肩关节外展、高举时疼痛加重，2011年5月来我院，确诊为冈上肌腱炎，给予本发明药物治疗二个疗程痊愈，随访一年未复发。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
(1)本发明选用的中药均符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定，根据配伍本发明具有祛瘀通络、消肿止痛的功效；
(2)本发明不仅对侧方型颈椎间盘突出症有很好的治疗作用，而且对颈椎病、落枕、骨质增生也有较好的治疗作用；
(3)本发明辨证准确、配伍合理、见效快、疗程短、治愈率高、无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明，但并不限制本发明的实施。
一种治疗冈上肌腱炎的中药酊剂，由以下重量份数的原料组成：七叶莲8份、钻地风7份、两面针5份、罗勒4份、两头尖2份、闹羊花1份。
所述治疗冈上肌腱炎的中药酊剂的制备方法如下：
