Abstract

本发明公开一种治疗风湿疼痛的中药组合物。该组合物由仙茅、莪术、射干、山慈姑、甘松、白蔹、绞股蓝、蛇葡萄根、毛冬青、罗布麻、茺蔚子、僵蚕等24味原料药组成。本发明中药组合物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成临床接受的胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂、颗粒剂、口服液、贴膏剂、喷雾剂、软膏剂、擦剂或酊剂。本发明药物组合物具有温经通络，活血化瘀、消肿止痛、驱风除湿之功效，对治疗风湿疼痛具有良好的治疗作用，且无毒副作用。

一种治疗风湿疼痛的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种药物组合物，特别是涉及一种治疗风湿疼痛的中药组合物。
背景技术
风湿痛，其病症属麻痹症一类，中医认为是风和湿两种病邪结合所致的病症。症见有头痛、发热、微汗、恶风、身重、小便不利、骨节酸痛、不能屈伸等。关节病变除有疼痛外尚伴有肿胀和活动障碍，呈发作与缓解交替的慢性病程。由于患者的血液循环不通畅，导致肌肉或者组织所需要的营养无法通过血液循环来输送，致使患者肌肉缺少营养而加速老化变得僵硬，严重的会导致患者肌肉和血管萎缩，部分患者且可出现关节致残和内脏功能衰竭。风湿痹病是由于风寒湿热等外邪入侵，闭阻经络关节，气血运行不畅。目前治疗风湿疼痛的药物很多，西药副作用大，中成药效果不显著。

本发明目的在于提供一种治疗风湿疼痛的中药组合物。

本发明中药组合物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成临床接受的胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂、颗粒剂、口服液、贴膏剂、喷雾剂、软膏剂、擦剂或酊剂。
本发明药物组合物具有温经通络，活血化瘀、消肿止痛、驱风除湿之功效，对治疗风湿疼痛具有良好的治疗作用，且无毒副作用。
下面实验例用于进一步说明本发明，但不限于本发明。
一、实验例
1、临床观察
选择风湿疼痛患者400例，其中治疗组1、治疗组2、治疗组3及对照组各100例。
2、药物选择
治疗组1：本发明胶囊剂(按照实施例1方法制备)，0.3g/粒，每日三次，每次二粒。
治疗组2：本发明胶囊剂(按照实施例2方法制备)，30g/贴，一贴/1天。
治疗组3：本发明片剂(按照实施例3方法制备)，0.3g/片，每日三次，每次2片。
对照组：风湿骨痛贴，由河南永春医药有限公司生产，一贴/1天。
3、诊断标准
(1)病史：有风寒湿邪的侵袭史。
(2)症状：有关节或肌肉酸痛，麻木、疼痛，甚至剧痛，活动困难，遇冷病情加重。
(3)体征：受累关节因疼痛所致功能受限，但活动后减轻，多数病例只痛不肿，少数病例在关节周围轻度肿胀(无红热)。
(4)x线检查：除少数病例可见软组织肿胀外，一般无骨质改变。
(5)实验室检查：血沉绝大多数正常，少数稍快，抗链球菌溶血素0、类风湿因子、血常规等皆属正常。
(6)预后：缓解期或治愈后受累关节不留畸形，关节功能恢复正常。
4、疗效标准
参照国家中医药管理局1994年实施的《中医病诊断疗效标准》拟定如下：
临床痊愈：中医临床症状、体征消失或基本消失；
显效：中医临床症状、体征明显改变；
有效：中医临床症状、体征均有好转；
无效：中医临床症状、体征均无明显改善；

6、结论
治疗组1、2、3与对照组分别治疗二个疗程(每个疗程10天)，治疗结果显示，治疗组1总有效率99％，治疗组2总有效率98％，治疗组3总有效率98％，对照组总有效率80％。治疗组l、2、3明显优于对照
实验例二：典型病例
病例1：王某，男，57岁，患者主诉关节肿痛间断发作2年，近1年加重。初起因上呼吸道感染后出现发热，周身关节胀痛，经西医治疗后减轻，但仍反复发作关节肿痛，累及双侧指间、掌指、腕、足趾、踝、膝关节，肿胀疼痛，彻夜不能眠，曾经在外院确诊为类风湿关节炎。就诊时症见：双手近端指间关节、左侧足趾关节红肿疼痛，双腕、双膝关节疼痛，活动受限，不能持物，不能下蹲，晨僵，行走困难(需要搀扶)，畏风怕冷。舌质红苔薄黄，脉弦细。西医诊断：类风湿关节炎活动期；中医诊断：骨痹；辨证：风寒化热，日久伤阴。治法：清热养阴，消肿止痛，祛风通络。通过服用本发明胶囊剂(按照实施例1方法制备)一个疗程后(一疗程10天)各个关节疼痛症状明显减轻，夜间可以安然入睡，恶风怕冷减轻，独自步行前来就诊。复诊时关节肿痛缓解，关节功能明显改善，能自主活动。继续服用一个疗程后完全痊愈。
病例2：李某，女，55岁，2012年确诊为类风湿性关节炎。就诊时双手小关节疼痛肿胀屈伸不利。晨起关节僵硬明显，活动后好转。手指呈梭形肿胀，掌指关节呈尺侧偏移畸形，功能障碍，不能坚持教学，生活不能完全自理。通过使用本发明贴膏剂(按照实施例2方法制备)治疗一个疗程(一个疗程10天)，关节肿痛明显好转，关节功能明显改善，继续治疗一个疗程生活可以完全自理，经检查已基本恢复正常。
病例3：赵某，男，55岁。患者一年前开始出现双侧指关节对称性疼痛，病情反复发作，时轻时重，近半个月来病情加重，就诊时四肢小关节对称性红肿热痛，以双侧指关节和双侧膝关节肿痛为主，屈伸不利，活动困难。关节得冷则舒，痛不可触，晨起关节僵硬，活动后有所好转，伴发热，恶风，口渴。诊断类风湿性关节炎(风热湿痹型)。通过服用本发明片剂(按照实施例3方法制备)治疗，一个疗程(一个疗程10天)后症状明显减轻，继续使用一个疗程巩固治疗后完全痊愈。
下述实施例均能实现上述实验例的效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1胶囊剂
上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成胶囊，0.3g/粒，一日三次，一次2粒。
实施例2贴膏剂
上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成贴剂。30g/贴，每日一次，每次1贴。
实施例3片剂
述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成片剂。0.3g/片，每日三次，每次二片。
实施例4软膏剂
上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成软膏剂。
实施例5颗粒剂
上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成颗粒剂。
