本发明属于中药制剂领域，特别涉及一种治疗坐骨神经痛的中药酒剂。
背景技术
坐骨神经痛是由坐骨神经本身或其周围组织病变引起的沿坐骨神经通络及其分布区的疼痛，即腰、臀部、大腿后、小腿后外侧和足外侧疼痛症状群。本病的病因较复杂，往往与与其他疾病相伴随出现，属于中医学的痹症范畴；本病的病急也较为复杂，除风寒湿之邪外侵外，还有再着血瘀等病理变化，当风寒湿邪侵袭肌体可致气血运行不畅、气滞血瘀，故寒湿凝滞、瘀血阻滞等为常见症型。中医通过辨证采取了温经散寒除湿、舒筋活络为治疗大法收到了较好的治疗效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种治疗坐骨神经痛的中药酒剂，具有疗效确切、见效快、疗程短、治愈率高、安全方便的特点。
本发明一种治疗坐骨神经痛的中药酒剂，其特征在于由如下重量份数的中药原料制成：独活3份、川乌2份、雷公藤2份、狗脊3份、仙灵脾2份、白花蛇1份和穿山龙3份。
制备方法：将上药炮制合格、称量配齐，共轧为2～3号粗粉；将药粉与500份60°白酒共置于容器内，密封浸泡；每日搅拌一次；30天后过滤得滤液即可。
用法及用量：口服一次10ml，日服二次，30天为一疗程。
本发明药物机理如下：
独活：祛风湿、止痹痛、解表，本品其性下行，尤以腰膝、腿足关节疼痛属下部寒湿重浊为宜。
川乌：祛风湿、散寒止痛。
雷公藤：祛风湿、活血通络、消肿止痛、杀虫解毒，本品有较好的祛风湿、活血通络、消肿止痛的作用，临床中常用于类风湿关节炎、风湿性关节炎及坐骨神经痛。
狗脊：祛风湿、补肝肾、强腰膝。
仙灵脾：温肾助阳、强筋骨、祛风湿。
白花蛇：祛风通络、定惊止痉，常用于风湿顽痹。
穿山龙：祛风湿、活血通络、清肺化饮，本品祛风湿、通经络的作用较强，常用于风湿性关节炎及关节扭伤等。
疗效判断：
痊愈：临床症状全部消失，肢体关节功能恢复正常。
好转：主要症状明显减轻，关节、肢体功能明显进步。
无效：疼痛虽然减轻，但直腿抬高试验阳性。
治疗结果：临床治疗坐骨神经痛患者200例，服用本发明酒剂，一次10ml，日服二次，30天为一疗程。经过一个疗程的治疗，痊愈150例，占75％，好转36例，占18％，无效14例，占7％，总有效率93％。通过治疗所示，对病人无任何副作用，三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常。
以下列举几个典型病例：
病例1：患者田某某，男，48岁，患者自述两年来因农活久居潮湿之地致腰腿疼痛，右下肢酸胀沉重、抬举困难，遇阴雨天加重，诊为坐骨神经痛(寒湿型)，给予本发明药物口服一个疗程后，症状全部消失，直腿抬高试验阴性，并能正常从事农业生产。随访一年未复发。
病例2：患者司某某，男，46岁，患坐骨神经痛半年，右下肢抽掣状疼痛、抬举困难、行走困难，活动明显受限。在我处口服本发明药物一个疗程后，症状全部消失。随访一年未复发。
病例3：患者刘某，男，50岁，患坐骨神经痛一年，感觉腰腿疼痛加重、筋肉拘急、俯仰受限，活动时疼剧，抬腿用力则抽掣剧痛、行走困难，在我处口服本发明药物一个疗程后，症状全部消失。随访一年未复发。
本发明有如下优点：
(1)本发明所选用的中草药均符合中华人民共和国药典规定，根据配伍本发明具有温经散寒、舒筋活络的功效。
(2)本发明不仅能有效的治疗坐骨神经痛，而且可预防本病的发生。
(3)本发明组方严谨、科学高效，具有见效快、疗程短、治愈率高、无毒无害、价格低廉的特点。

以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例
按重量份数称取原料：独活3份、川乌2份、雷公藤2份、狗脊3份、仙灵脾2份、白花蛇1份和穿山龙3份。
