本发明涉及一种沙棘复方颗粒剂的制备方法。该产品由下列组分够成,按重量百分比为:沙棘维生素P粉20~75%,蜂王浆冻干粉10~30%,枸杞粉5~30%。将原料配方比例分别过40~120目筛混匀,用75~90%的乙醇溶液制粒,20~45℃干燥2~4小时,加入抗结剂0.3~1.5%混匀,10~20目的筛网进行整粒制得。本发明具有显著提高免疫力的功能,便于携带,食用方便,附加值高的沙棘复方颗粒剂,本发明具有显著提高免疫力的功能,便于携带,食用方便且生产方法简单,成本低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种功能性食品及其生产方法,具体地说,涉及一种沙棘复方颗粒制剂的生产方法。
背景技术
沙棘又名沙枣、醋柳果、黑刺、酸刺;果实形状近球形或卵形,沙棘分布范围极广,在两半球的温带至热带都有分布;我国的西北、华北、西南各省区也有分布,中国拥有世界上最丰富的沙棘资源。沙棘果中除含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物外,还有人体必需的多种维生素和无机盐,其中维生素含量丰富,包括VB1、VB2、VB6(叶酸)、VC、VE、VK(叶绿醌)、VP及类胡萝卜素等;尤以VC含量为高,几乎居一切果蔬之冠,每百克沙棘果中含VC可高达800~1907mg,最高可达2100mg以上。此外,沙棘原汁还含有VK1、VA、VB1、VB2,在所有浆果中,沙棘中的维生素含量最高,故有“维生素宝库”之称。沙棘维生素P粉是儿茶素、白花青素、花青素、黄酮、黄酮醇、查尔酮、脱氧查尔酮、芳香苷和酚酸的统称。本发明所用的沙棘维生素P粉中Vc含量高达5000mg/L,此外还具有增强免疫力,改善生长发育功能,提高缺氧耐受力功能,辅助降血脂、降血糖功能,促进排铅功能等。主要用于保健食品、功能性食品原料、普通食品原料、药品原料等。
发酵虫草菌粉是冬虫夏草中分离得到的菌丝体,经发酵培养所得菌丝体的干燥粉末。为灰色至淡黄色粉末;气微腥。虫草菌粉含有虫草酸约7%,糖类28.9%,脂肪约8.4%,蛋白质约25%,脂肪中82.2%为不饱和脂肪酸,此外,尚含有维生素B12、麦角脂醇、六碳糖醇、生物碱等。能增强青少年的生长发育,促进智力和体力的发展,有促进代谢、改善心肌营养,增强肌体的免疫能力的功能,对顽固性的神经衰弱、食欲不振、营养不良等症状均有良好效果。有明显的抗心律失常功效。
枸杞为茄科枸杞属多年生落叶灌木,果实称枸杞子,根皮称地骨皮,均可 入药。嫩茎、叶做蔬菜。中国各地均有分布,多为野生。同属植物宁夏枸杞多为栽培,果实称西枸杞或甘枸杞,供药用,主产于宁夏中宁、甘肃靖远、内蒙乌拉特、青海柴达木、新疆精河等地。枸杞中含有胡萝卜素、硫胺素、核黄素、菸酸、抗坏血酸;β-谷甾醇、亚油酸、玉蜀黍黄素、甜菜碱;枸杞具有补肾益精,养肝明目,补血安神,生津止渴,润肺止咳等作用。其功效作用主要体现在下列几个方面。
(1)显著提高机体免疫功能的作用
(2)降血糖作用
(3)抗脂肪肝和保护化学性肝损伤的功能作用
(4)对血压的稳定与降低作用
(5)显著的耐缺氧与抗疲劳作用
(6)抗衰老与抑制肿瘤的作用
发明内容
本发明的目的是开发一种能够有效提高人体免疫力的保健食品,提供一种沙棘复方颗粒制剂的生产方法。
本发明提供了一种沙棘复方颗粒制剂的生产方法,具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)原料重量百分比为:沙棘维生素P粉20~75%,蜂王浆冻干粉10~30%,枸杞粉5~30%。
(2)沙棘果采摘、清洗、榨汁、过滤、浓缩、配料、喷雾干燥制成沙棘维生素P粉备用;蜂王浆经常规工艺冻干制成蜂王浆冻干粉备用;枸杞果采摘、清洗、榨汁、过滤、配料、喷雾干燥制成枸杞粉;
(3)按原料重量百分比分别称取沙棘维生素P粉、蜂王浆冻干粉、枸杞粉,分别过40~120目筛,混合均匀,备用;
(4)用75~90%的乙醇溶液制粒,20~45℃干燥2~4小时,加入抗结剂0.3~1.5%混匀,10~20目的筛网进行整粒制得。
工艺中所述的抗结剂包括:亚铁氰化钾、硅铝酸钠、磷酸三钙、二氧化硅。
本发明的优点是:本发明生产方法简单,成本低,提高免疫力的功能显著, 制备的产品便于携带,食用方便,附加值高,解决了成本高、保健功能差的问题。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)原料重量百分比为:沙棘维生素P粉20%,蜂王浆冻干粉10%,枸杞粉5%。
(2)沙棘果采摘、清洗、榨汁、过滤、浓缩、配料、喷雾干燥制成沙棘维生素P粉备用;蜂王浆经常规工艺冻干制成蜂王浆冻干粉备用;枸杞果采摘、清洗、榨汁、过滤、配料、喷雾干燥制成枸杞粉;
(3)按原料重量百分比分别称取沙棘维生素P粉、蜂王浆冻干粉、枸杞粉,分别过40目筛,混合均匀,备用;
(4)用75%的乙醇溶液制粒,20℃干燥2小时,加入二氧化硅0.3%混匀,10目的筛网进行整粒制得。
实施例2
(1)原料重量百分比为:沙棘维生素P粉20%,蜂王浆冻干粉15%,枸杞粉10%。
(2)沙棘果采摘、清洗、榨汁、过滤、浓缩、配料、喷雾干燥制成沙棘维生素P粉备用;蜂王浆经常规工艺冻干制成蜂王浆冻干粉备用;枸杞果采摘、清洗、榨汁、过滤、配料、喷雾干燥制成枸杞粉;
(3)按原料重量百分比分别称取沙棘维生素P粉、蜂王浆冻干粉、枸杞粉,分别过120目筛,混合均匀,备用;
(4)用75%的乙醇溶液制粒,30℃干燥3小时,加入二氧化硅1.0%混匀,10目的筛网进行整粒制得。
实施例3
(1)原料重量百分比为:沙棘维生素P粉75%,蜂王浆冻干粉30%,枸杞粉30%。
(2)沙棘果采摘、清洗、榨汁、过滤、浓缩、配料、喷雾干燥制成沙棘维生素P粉备用;蜂王浆经常规工艺冻干制成蜂王浆冻干粉备用;枸杞果采摘、清洗、榨汁、过滤、配料、喷雾干燥制成枸杞粉;
(3)按原料重量百分比分别称取沙棘维生素P粉、蜂王浆冻干粉、枸杞粉,分别过80目筛,混合均匀,备用;
(4)用90%的乙醇溶液制粒,45℃干燥4小时,加入磷酸三钙1.5%混匀,20目的筛网进行整粒制得。
实施例4
(1)原料重量百分比为:沙棘维生素P粉25%,蜂王浆冻干粉15%,枸杞粉10%。
(2)沙棘果采摘、清洗、榨汁、过滤、浓缩、配料、喷雾干燥制成沙棘维生素P粉备用;蜂王浆经常规工艺冻干制成蜂王浆冻干粉备用;枸杞果采摘、清洗、榨汁、过滤、配料、喷雾干燥制成枸杞粉;
(3)按原料重量百分比分别称取沙棘维生素P粉、蜂王浆冻干粉、枸杞粉,分别过80目筛,混合均匀,备用;
(4)用90%的乙醇溶液制粒,45℃干燥4小时,加入硅铝酸钠1.5%混匀,20目的筛网进行整粒制得。
Claims (6)
1.一种沙棘复方颗粒制剂,其特征在于由沙棘维生素P粉、蜂王浆冻干粉、枸杞粉组成,各组分重量比为:沙棘维生素P粉20~75%,蜂王浆冻干粉10~30%,枸杞粉5~30%,余量为75~90%的乙醇溶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种沙棘复方颗粒制剂,其特征在于各组分优选的重量比为:沙棘维生素P粉20~75%,蜂王浆冻干粉15~30%,枸杞粉10~30%,余量为75~90%的乙醇溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种沙棘复方颗粒制剂,其特征在于各组分优选的重量比为:沙棘维生素P粉25%,蜂王浆冻干粉15%,枸杞粉10%,余量为75~90%的乙醇溶液。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的一种沙棘复方颗粒制剂的生产方法,其特征在于所述生产方法步骤如下:
(1)沙棘果采摘、清洗、榨汁、过滤、浓缩、配料、喷雾干燥制成沙棘维生素P粉备用;蜂王浆经常规工艺冻干制成蜂王浆冻干粉备用;枸杞果采摘、清洗、榨汁、过滤、配料、喷雾干燥制成枸杞粉;
(2)按原料重量百分比分别称取沙棘维生素P粉、蜂王浆冻干粉、枸杞粉,分别过40~120目筛,混合均匀,备用;
(3)用75~90%的乙醇溶液制粒,20~45℃干燥2~4小时,加入抗结剂0.3~1.5%混匀,10~20目的筛网进行整粒制得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种沙棘复方颗粒制剂的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中沙棘维生素P粉、蜂王浆冻干粉、枸杞粉,分别过80~120目筛。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种沙棘复方颗粒制剂的生产方法,其特征在于所述的抗结剂包括:亚铁氰化钾、硅铝酸钠、磷酸三钙、二氧化硅。
