本发明公开了一种镀锌板表面黑色钝化液,该钝化液的组成为:硅酸钙12-14g/L,硝酸钠8-10g/L,硝酸镍6-8g/L,丙酸10-12g/L,羟基乙酸6-8g/L,谷氨酸15-17g/L,苯丙乳液12-14g/L,焦磷酸钠1.5-2.5g/L,酸性媒介黑T12-14g/L,十二烷基磺酸钠1.5-2.5g/L,余量为水。

技术领域
本发明涉及表面处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种镀锌板表面黑色钝化液。
背景技术
镀锌层黑色钝化膜外观乌黑发亮,色泽均匀,高雅庄重。近年来黑色钝化工艺日益受到人们的青睐,使用范围越来越广。目前,镀锌黑色钝化主要使用六价铬钝化工艺。六价铬黑色钝化液含有大量铬酐等六价铬化合物,具有高毒性和强致癌性,对环境和人体健康存在严重的危害性。随着人们环境保护意识的提高,其使用日渐受到限制。黑色钝化膜的市场需求和限制六价铬工艺之间的矛盾促使人们开发了三价铬黑色钝化工艺来代替六价铬黑色钝化工艺。但目前现有的三价铬黑色钝化工艺仍存在很多技术缺陷。如日本专利公开号JP2005187925A、JP2005206872A、JP2007154286A公布的专利中以过渡金属离子和有机硫化合物作镀锌三价铬钝化的发黑剂。该工艺得到的钝化膜虽黑度尚可,但膜层中显色的黑化物颗粒粗大,导致钝化膜层疏松,无光洁度,与基体结合力差,尤其是耐中性盐雾试验(GB/T10125-1997)性能极差,虽经两次封闭,也未能完全通过48h的中性盐雾测试。再如日本专利公开号JP2007154286A,美国专利公开号US5415702A、US20040156999,中国专利公开号CN1729311A、CN101130865A公布的专利中以过渡金属离子和磷酸根离子作发黑剂。这些工艺得到的膜层虽致密光亮、耐蚀性较好,但膜层黑度不足,尤其是随着钝化液的老化,其黑度调整越来越困难。而且由于钝化液中使用磷酸根离子,会给环境造成富营养化的问题。
虽然三价铬从一定程度上克服了六价铬的缺陷,但由于三价铬与六价铬容易相互转化,因此,其仍然没有从根本上摆脱六价铬的问题。因此有必要开发一种新的黑色钝化工艺
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种镀锌板表面黑色钝化液,该钝化液通过对组份的调整,不使用三价铬和六价铬,使得该钝化液具有装饰效果好的黑色外观,同时使得制备的钝化膜具备良好的耐腐蚀性能,。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种镀锌板表面黑色钝化液,该钝化液的组成为:硅酸钙12-14g/L,硝酸钠8-10g/L,硝酸镍6-8g/L,丙酸10-12g/L,羟基乙酸6-8g/L,谷氨酸15-17g/L,苯丙乳液12-14g/L,焦磷酸钠1.5-2.5g/L,酸性媒介黑T12-14g/L,十二烷基磺酸钠1.5-2.5g/L,余量为水。
优选,该钝化液的组成为:硅酸钙13g/L,硝酸钠9g/L,硝酸镍7g/L,丙酸11g/L,羟基乙酸7g/L,谷氨酸16g/L,苯丙乳液13g/L,焦磷酸钠2g/L,酸性媒介黑T13g/L,十二烷基磺酸钠2g/L,余量为水。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明钝化液配方简单,不含三价铬、六价铬和磷酸根离子,生产过程无铬污染,也不会对环境造成富营养化;经本发明的钝化液处理得到的产品钝化膜层外观致密、乌黑发亮,装饰性强,耐蚀性好,经GB/T10125-1997的5%NaCl中性盐雾测定,100h不出白锈点。

实施例一
一种镀锌板表面黑色钝化液,该钝化液的组成为:硅酸钙12g/L,硝酸钠10g/L,硝酸镍6g/L,丙酸12g/L,羟基乙酸6g/L,谷氨酸17g/L,苯丙乳液12g/L,焦磷酸钠2.5g/L,酸性媒介黑T12g/L,十二烷基磺酸钠2.5g/L,余量为水。
实施例二
一种镀锌板表面黑色钝化液,该钝化液的组成为:硅酸钙14g/L,硝酸钠8g/L,硝酸镍8g/L,丙酸10g/L,羟基乙酸8g/L,谷氨酸15g/L,苯丙乳液14g/L,焦磷酸钠1.5g/L,酸性媒介黑T14g/L,十二烷基磺酸钠1.5g/L,余量为水。实施例三
一种镀锌板表面黑色钝化液,该钝化液的组成为:硅酸钙13g/L,硝酸钠9g/L,硝酸镍7g/L,丙酸11g/L,羟基乙酸7g/L,谷氨酸16g/L,苯丙乳液13g/L,焦磷酸钠2g/L,酸性媒介黑T13g/L,十二烷基磺酸钠2g/L,余量为水。

1.一种镀锌板表面黑色钝化液,其特征在于,该钝化液的组成为:硅酸钙12-14g/L,硝酸钠8-10g/L,硝酸镍6-8g/L,丙酸10-12g/L,羟基乙酸6-8g/L,谷氨酸15-17g/L,苯丙乳液12-14g/L,焦磷酸钠1.5-2.5g/L,酸性媒介黑T12-14g/L,十二烷基磺酸钠1.5-2.5g/L,余量为水。
