Abstract

本发明涉及了一种镀锌三价铬彩色钝化剂的制备,采用CrCl3、Na3C6H5O7、NaNO3、CoCl2、AgNO3等物品通过一定的比例溶解混合均匀而成,其能显著提高镀层的耐蚀性能,同时赋予镀层鲜艳的色泽。

Description

一种镀锌三价铬彩色钝化剂的制备 
技术领域
本发明涉及一种镀锌三价铬彩色钝化剂的制备,尤其涉及一种镀锌三价铬彩色钝化剂的成分、各成分的作用及配制方法。 
背景技术
根据GB-2008《电镀污染物排放标准》,对Pd、Hg、Cd、Cr6+、聚溴二苯醚和聚溴联苯等6种第一类污染物的排放标准有了更低的限制。很多国家投入市场的电子电器产品严格要求不能含有以上6种有害物质。所以,环保型的产品替代六价铬钝化成为迫切要求。 
环保型的钝化主要采用三价铬和无铬钝化两个方向。无铬钝化体系有钛酸盐、钼酸盐、钨酸盐、稀土、硅酸盐,目前这些无铬体系虽然无毒环保,但耐蚀性和外观没有六价铬钝化的好,满足不了普通五金件电镀要求,更不用说满足高耐蚀性能要求,所以无铬钝化的工艺未曾在工业上广泛应用过。因此,无六价铬钝化的技术主要立足于三价铬钝化技术。 
发明内容
本发明为了提高镀锌层耐蚀性,同时使镀液中不含有Cr6+而发明了一种镀锌三价铬彩色钝化剂。 
本发明采用CrCl3、Na3C6H5O7、NaNO3、CoCl2、AgNO3等物质组成镀锌三价铬彩色钝化剂。 
本发明的具体制备方法包括如下顺序的步骤: 
a.将计算量的CrCl3倒入少量水中,搅拌使其充分溶解; 
b.将计算量的Na3C6H5O7缓慢加入,搅拌使其充分溶解; 
c.将计算量的NaNO3倒入,搅拌均匀; 
d.将计算量的CoCl2缓慢加入,迅速搅拌,使其充分溶解; 
e.将计算量的AgNO3缓慢加入,迅速搅拌,静置10分钟,过滤。 
本发明所得一种镀锌三价铬彩色钝化剂,为澄清呈深蓝色的液体。 
实验说明 
本发明通过进行镀锌实验后,在三价铬钝化液中实施钝化处理,经过不同时间的处理后,观察镀层的色泽,并进行中性盐雾试验测定其耐蚀性能。 
具体实施方式
本实施例的具体制备步骤如下: 
a.配制通用的低氰镀锌溶液,并调整PH值,进行电镀。 
b.一定时间后取出试样,在3%的HNO3中出光后进行钝化处理,钝化时间从16s~1min。 
c.观察转化膜层的色泽,并进行中性盐雾试验。镀锌三价铬彩色钝化工艺规范为: 
氯化铬(CrCl3)          8~10g/L 
柠檬酸钠(Na3C6H5O7)    10~15g/L 
硝酸钠(NaNO3)          10~20g/L 
氯化钴(CoCl2)          5~10g/L 
硝酸银(AgNO3)          1~5g/L 
温度                   室温 
钝化时间               16~60s 
注:当有搅拌时,钝化时间可以缩短。 

Claims (3)

1.一种镀锌三价铬彩色钝化剂的制备,主要包括CrCl3、Na3C6H5O7、NaNO3、CoCl2、AgNO3,其特征在于:此三价铬彩色钝化剂能显著延长钝化膜耐盐雾试验的时间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种镀锌三价铬彩色钝化剂,其特征在于:CrCl3的含量为8~10g/L;Na3C6H5O7的含量为10~15g/L;NaNO3的含量为10~20g/L;CoCl2的含量为5~10g/L;AgNO3的含量为1~5g/L。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种镀锌三价铬彩色钝化剂,其特征在于:此三价铬彩色钝化剂使用时PH值维持在1~2范围内。
