本发明公开了一种镀锌钢板表面钝化工艺,该工艺采用的钝化液的组成为:硅酸钠22-24g/L,硅酸钙6-8g/L,硼酸钠6.5-7.5g/L,过氧化钾8-10g/L,柠檬酸钠5-7g/L,68%HNO3 20-22ml/L,70%H2SO4 24-26ml/L,十二烷基硫酸镁3-5g/L,余量为水;所述的钝化工艺为:1)酸洗:将镀锌钢板用3-5%硝酸溶液清洗4-8秒,然后用清水冲洗;2)钝化:配制具有上述组成的钝化液放入钝化槽中,按照钝化液:水为1:9-11的比例稀释钝化液,然后使其pH值为1.5-2.5,温度为55-65℃,将酸洗后的镀锌钢板放入其中,钝化180-200秒。

一种镀锌钢板表面钝化工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及表面处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种镀锌钢板表面钝化工艺。
背景技术
腐蚀与防腐关系到经济发展和人民生命安全,表面工程技术是解决机械零部件及材料腐蚀与防护最经济有效的手段和方法。
镀锌及锌铁合金是提高钢铁零件抗腐蚀能力的有效途径,目前广泛地应用于造船工业、机械工业、航空、建筑等许多领域中。但在潮湿的环境中,尤其在湿热环境中,镀锌及锌铁合金层易发生腐蚀,使镀层表面形成暗灰色或白色疏松的腐蚀产物——白锈;时间长了会出现红锈,从而失去防腐效果。为了提高镀层的耐蚀性,须对镀层进行钝化处理形成表面钝化膜。
目前几乎所有的镀锌钢板都采用了铬酸盐钝化处理,但由于铬酸盐中六价铬毒性高且易致癌,政府已严格限制铬酸盐的使用和排放;并且“十一五”规划中强调把开发环境保护技术放在优先位置。因此铬酸盐钝化技术正面临严峻挑战,而寻求和采用符合环保要求的无铬钝化技术正成为目前发展的必然趋势。目前国内外镀锌及其合金层上的无铬钝化主要有钼酸盐钝化、稀土金属钝化、硅酸盐钝化、植酸钝化和有机物钝化等,但这些无铬钝化技术其钝化效果还达不到铬酸盐钝化所具有的耐蚀性,或者是费用太高,以至于目前还没有一种无铬钝化工艺能够完全取代铬酸盐钝化工艺,相应的清洁化、低成本、好钝化效果的钝化液及其配制技术也没有。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种镀锌钢板表面钝化工艺,该工艺采用的钝化液无三价铬和六价铬,彻底克服铬的环境污染缺陷,同时采用该钝化液制备的钝化膜又具备良好的耐腐蚀性能。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种镀锌钢板表面钝化工艺,该工艺采用的钝化液的组成为:硅酸钠22-24g/L,硅酸钙6-8g/L,硼酸钠6.5-7.5g/L,过氧化钾8-10g/L,柠檬酸钠5-7g/L,68%HNO320-22ml/L,70%H2SO424-26ml/L,十二烷基硫酸镁3-5g/L,余量为水;所述的钝化工艺为:
1)酸洗:将镀锌钢板用3-5%硝酸溶液清洗4-8秒,然后用清水冲洗;
2)钝化:配制具有上述组成的钝化液放入钝化槽中,按照钝化液:水为1:9-11的比例稀释钝化液,然后使其pH值为1.5-2.5,温度为55-65℃,将酸洗后的镀锌钢板放入其中,钝化180-200秒。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用硅酸钠和硅酸钙配合作为钝化液的主要成分,能够显著提高镀锌钢板的耐蚀性,使盐雾试验出白锈时间可达120小时以上,达到了铬酸盐钝化的性能水平,而且远高于国家标准(30小时)。由于在钝化液中不含铬,克服了铬酸盐钝化技术毒性大、不环保等缺点。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种镀锌钢板表面钝化工艺,该工艺采用的钝化液的组成为:硅酸钠22g/L,硅酸钙8g/L,硼酸钠6.5g/L,过氧化钾10g/L,柠檬酸钠5g/L,68%HNO322ml/L,70%H2SO424ml/L,十二烷基硫酸镁5g/L,余量为水;所述的钝化工艺为:
1)酸洗:将镀锌钢板用3%硝酸溶液清洗8秒,然后用清水冲洗;
2)钝化:配制具有上述组成的钝化液放入钝化槽中,按照钝化液:水为1:9的比例稀释钝化液,然后使其pH值为2.5,温度为55℃,将酸洗后的镀锌钢板放入其中,钝化200秒。
实施例二
一种镀锌钢板表面钝化工艺,该工艺采用的钝化液的组成为:硅酸钠24g/L,硅酸钙6g/L,硼酸钠7.5g/L,过氧化钾8g/L,柠檬酸钠7g/L,68%HNO320ml/L,70%H2SO426ml/L,十二烷基硫酸镁3g/L,余量为水;所述的钝化工艺为:
1)酸洗:将镀锌钢板用5%硝酸溶液清洗4秒,然后用清水冲洗;
2)钝化:配制具有上述组成的钝化液放入钝化槽中,按照钝化液:水为1:11的比例稀释钝化液,然后使其pH值为1.5,温度为65℃,将酸洗后的镀锌钢板放入其中,钝化180秒。
实施例三
一种镀锌钢板表面钝化工艺,该工艺采用的钝化液的组成为:硅酸钠23g/L,硅酸钙7g/L,硼酸钠7.0g/L,过氧化钾9g/L,柠檬酸钠6g/L,68%HNO321ml/L,70%H2SO425ml/L,十二烷基硫酸镁4g/L,余量为水;所述的钝化工艺为:
1)酸洗:将镀锌钢板用4%硝酸溶液清洗6秒,然后用清水冲洗;
2)钝化:配制具有上述组成的钝化液放入钝化槽中,按照钝化液:水为1:10的比例稀释钝化液,然后使其pH值为2.0,温度为60℃,将酸洗后的镀锌钢板放入其中,钝化190秒。

1.一种镀锌钢板表面钝化工艺,其特征在于,该工艺采用的钝化液的组成为:硅酸钠22-24g/L,硅酸钙6-8g/L,硼酸钠6.5-7.5g/L,过氧化钾8-10g/L,柠檬酸钠5-7g/L,68%HNO320-22ml/L,70%H2SO424-26ml/L,十二烷基硫酸镁3-5g/L,余量为水;所述的钝化工艺为:
1)酸洗:将镀锌钢板用3-5%硝酸溶液清洗4-8秒,然后用清水冲洗;
2)钝化:配制具有上述组成的钝化液放入钝化槽中,按照钝化液:水为1:9-11的比例稀释钝化液,然后使其pH值为1.5-2.5,温度为55-65℃,将酸洗后的镀锌钢板放入其中,钝化180-200秒。
