技术领域
本发明涉及一种三价铬钝化剂配方。
背景技术
由于镀锌层在潮湿的环境下很容易产生白锈,严重影响美观及使用寿命,所以钢铁件镀锌后需要进行钝化处理。传统的钝化剂含有致癌的六价铬,对环境造成严重的污染,现逐渐被环保的三价铬钝化剂所取代。目前有多种三价铬钝化剂,但存在生产困难,生产过程不易操作控制,耐蚀性仍达不到六价铬钝化的水平。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足,提供一种三价铬钝化剂配方,具有经济实用、生产成本低、美观的特点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种三价铬钝化剂配方,其特征在于:它采用硝酸钠作氧化剂,由硫酸铬、柠檬酸、硝酸钠、硫酸镍和湿润剂组成。
本发明的有益效果;生产成本低,经济实用;提高钝化膜的耐腐蚀性能;在镀锌层表面产生耐蚀性极好的蓝白色钝化膜。
