本发明公开了一种镀锌三价铬钝化方法,其特征在于:按重量计,Cr(NO3)35-15份、硝酸钴3-5份、磷酸盐1-3份、硝酸1.5-5份、硼酸2-10份、柠檬酸1-10份、丙二酸2-8份、苹果酸1-5份,将上述物质加入1000份水中,制备得到钝化液,将电镀产品放入钝化液中,钝化的温度30-50℃,时间30-60秒。本发明采用三价铬进行钝化,更加环保,经申请人实验,通过本发明的配方,控制好钝化温度、PH值、时间等参数,能得到性能稳定耐蚀优良的三价铬钝化膜,完全符合ROHS标准,电镀产品耐中性盐雾试验白锈72小时,红锈240小时以上。

一种镀锌三价铬钝化方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种镀锌三价铬钝化方法,属于镀锌钝化处理技术领域。
背景技术
钢铁零件在电镀锌或热镀锌后通常都要进行钝化处理,以防止短时间内产生白锈。彩色钝化工艺可以在镀锌层上形成彩色钝化膜,不但美观而且具有极佳的防腐蚀效果。传统的六价铬彩色钝化剂对环境造成严重的污染,随着很多国家对环保标准的严格要求,电镀行业越来越多的采用三价铬钝化剂。而现有的三价铬钝化工艺存在产品品质不稳定,钝化液寿命低,钝化过程不易控制,钝化膜的耐蚀性较差等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种具有经济实用、生产成本低、耐腐蚀性能好的镀锌三价铬钝化方法,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的技术方案。镀锌三价铬钝化方法,按重量计,Cr(NO3)35-15份、硝酸钴3-5份、磷酸盐1-3份、硝酸1.5-5份、硼酸2-10份、柠檬酸1-10份、丙二酸2-8份、苹果酸1-5份,将上述物质加入1000份水中,制备得到钝化液,将电镀产品放入钝化液中,钝化的温度30-50℃,时间30-60秒。
上述的镀锌三价铬钝化方法,按重量计,包括下述物质,Cr(NO3)38-12份、硝酸钴4份、磷酸盐2份、硝酸3份、硼酸4-6份、柠檬酸4-6份、丙二酸5-6份、苹果酸2-3份,将上述物质加入1000份水中,制备得到钝化液,将电镀产品放入钝化液中,钝化的温度35-45℃,时间40-50秒。
前述的镀锌三价铬钝化方法,所述钝化液PH值为1.8-2.3。
本发明采用三价铬进行钝化,完全不含六价铬,更加环保,以硝酸盐为氧化剂,三价铬盐为成膜剂,有机羧酸(柠檬酸、丙二酸、苹果酸及其盐)与水合铬(III)形成混合配体络合物后,在缓冲溶液(硼酸)的环境下,同时加入过渡金属离子(Co2+)可以作为铬(III)络合物配位体取代反应的催化剂,通过有机酸络合剂控制成膜速度,保证钝化液的稳定性,从而生成三价铬钝化膜。经申请人实验,通过本发明的配方,控制好钝化温度、PH值、时间等参数,能得到性能稳定耐蚀优良的三价铬钝化膜,完全符合ROHS标准,电镀产品耐中性盐雾试验白锈72小时,红锈240小时以上。
具体实施方式
本发明的实施例1。镀锌三价铬钝化方法,按重量计,采用Cr(NO3)35-15份、硝酸钴3-5份、磷酸盐1-3份、硝酸1.5-5份、硼酸2-10份、柠檬酸1-10份、丙二酸2-8份、苹果酸1-5份。将上述原料加入1000份的水中,配制得到钝化液,调节钝化液PH值为1.8-2.3,将电镀产品通过如下工艺处理,前处理--镀锌-逆流水洗-出光-逆流水洗-三价钝化-逆流水洗-封闭-干燥;其中钝化的温度30-50℃,时间30-60秒。
本发明的实施例2。镀锌三价铬钝化方法,更好的方案是,按重量计,将Cr(NO3)38-12份、硝酸钴4份、磷酸盐2份、硝酸3份、硼酸4-6份、柠檬酸4-6份、丙二酸5-6份、苹果酸2-3份配制得到钝化液,调节钝化液PH值为1.8-2.3,将电镀产品通过如下工艺,前处理--镀锌-逆流水洗-出光-逆流水洗-三价钝化-逆流水洗-封闭-干燥;其中钝化的温度35-45℃,时间40-50秒。经试验,本实施例的优选配方,钝化液稳定性更好,钝化液对锌离子容忍能力加强,钝化膜耐蚀性好。

1.一种镀锌三价铬钝化方法,其特征在于:按重量计,Cr(NO3)38-12份、硝酸钴4份、磷酸盐2份、硝酸3份、硼酸4-6份、柠檬酸4-6份、丙二酸5-6份、苹果酸2-3份,将上述物质加入1000份水中,制备得到钝化液,将电镀产品放入钝化液中,钝化的温度35-45℃,时间40-50秒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镀锌三价铬钝化方法,其特征在于:所述钝化液PH值为1.8-2.3。
