一种治疗中风的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种健脾除湿、化痰通络的中药组合物。
背景技术
中风亦称脑卒中，是以言语不利、肢体活动不灵、麻木不适等为症状的一类疾病，常伴有头晕目眩，恶心欲吐，口中粘腻，口流粘涎，舌体庞大，边有齿痕，舌质暗淡，苔白腻，脉濡等症状。该病多发于老年人，目前也趋于年轻化。因其具有发病率高、复发率高、致残率高和常留有后遗症的特点，对人类的健康威胁十分巨大。
目前，治疗中风多施以化学药物治疗，而化学药在治疗疾病的同时，也会带来体现在消化系统、呼吸系统、神经系统以及皮肤上的诸多副作用，况且疗效也不十分显著。
发明内容
传统中医学认为，中风的发生归纳起来不外虚（阴虚、气虚）、火（肝火、心火）、风（肝风、外风）、痰（风痰、湿痰）、气（气逆）、血（血瘀）六端。
本发明的目的是提供一种健脾除湿、化痰通络的中药组合物，以适于水湿内停，聚而成痰，流窜经络，痹阻气血而引起的中风的治疗。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：制成健脾除湿、化痰通络的中药组合物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比包括：半夏10g，陈皮15g，茯苓10g ，炒白术15g，天麻15g ，秦艽10g ，郁金10g，石菖蒲10g，川芎10g ，赤芍10g ， 僵蚕10g，天竺黄10g，远志10g ，甘草5g。
所述半夏为法半夏，远志为制远志。
本发明组方中所述各味中药的药理作用如下。半夏：半夏味辛、性温；归脾、胃、肺经；具有降逆止呕，温和中胃，燥湿化痰，消痞散结的功效。陈皮：苦、辛、温；归肺、脾经；具有理气健脾，燥湿化痰之功效。茯苓：甘、淡、平；归心、脾、肾经；具有利水渗湿，补中健脾，宁心安神之功效。炒白术：苦、甘，温；归脾、胃经；具有健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗之功效。天麻：甘、平；入肝经；具有息风，定惊之功效，治眩晕眼黑，头风头痛，肢体麻木，半身不遂，语言蹇涩。秦艽：辛、苦，平，归胃、肝、胆经；具有祛风湿，清湿热，止痹痛之功效。郁金；味辛、苦，性寒；归肝、心、肺经；具有行气化瘀、清心解郁、利胆退黄、活血止痛、行气解郁、清心凉血之用。石菖蒲：辛、温；归心、胃经；具有祛痰开窍，化湿开胃，宁神益智之功效。川芎：味辛，性温；归肝、胆、心经；具有活血行气，祛风止痛的功效。赤芍：苦，微寒；归肝经；有清热凉血，散瘀止痛之功效。僵蚕：味辛行散，能祛风、化痰、通络。天竺黄：甘，寒；入心，肝，肺经；有清热豁痰，凉心定惊之功效。远志：苦、辛、温；归心、肾、肺经；具有安神益智，解郁之效，治惊悸，健忘，梦遗，失眠，咳嗽多痰，痈疽疮肿。甘草：甘,平；归心、肺、脾、胃经；具有补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药之功效。
本发明根据传统的中医理论，辨证施药，半夏燥湿化痰，降逆和中，白术燥湿健脾以祛痰，天麻镇肝熄风，三药共为主药，陈皮健脾行气，茯苓渗湿健脾，秦艽祛风通络，共为臣药，郁金、石菖蒲豁痰开窍，川芎、赤芍活血通络，僵蚕、天竺黄息风化痰，兼以清热，远志祛痰，兼以宁神，共为佐药，甘草调和诸药而为使药，诸药合用，共奏“健脾除湿，化痰通络”之功，其中重用健脾、除湿、化痰之药，为受“脾为生痰之源，肺为贮痰之器”之启发，采用“培土生金”之法，使得本发明在治疗因水湿内停，聚而成痰，流窜经络，痹阻气血而引起的中风病上具有显著的疗效。
本发明的制备方法通过如下步骤实现：
（1）按上述组方的配比关系取各味中药；
（2）先用水浸泡30分钟以上；
（3）然后武火煎煮至沸腾，接着文火煎煮20-30分钟，煎煮完毕滤出药液；再重新煎煮二次，煎煮完毕滤出药液，将三次煎煮的药液合并混匀即可制得汤剂。
本发明的用法及用量：按上述组方中的用量取各味中药构成一剂中药，每日用一剂煎煮成500ml汤剂，分2次服用，早、晚饭后15分钟温服。
本发明的优点在于：组方辨证合理，无毒副作用，使用成本低，在治疗因水湿内停，聚而成痰，流窜经络，痹阻气血而引起的中风病上疗效显著。
具体实施方式
实施例1
制成健脾除湿、化痰通络的中药组合物的有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：法半夏10g，陈皮15g，茯苓10g ，炒白术15g，天麻15g ，秦艽10g ，郁金10g，石菖蒲10g，川芎10g ，赤芍10g ，僵蚕10g，天竺黄10g，制远志10g ，甘草5g。
下面通过临床实验来验证本发明的疗效。
一、病例选择：在长达两年的时间内，对110名病人进行了临床治疗，110名病人中，男60人，女50人，最大年龄69岁，最小年龄45岁，平均年龄54岁。
二、患者症状：肢体活动不灵，麻木不适，起坐困难，言语不利，吐字不清，头晕目眩，恶心欲吐，口中粘腻，口流粘涎，舌体庞大，边有齿痕，舌质暗淡，苔白腻，脉濡。
三、实验方法：服用本发明制成的汤剂，连服25天。
四、疗效判断标准：上述症状,8项以上消除的为有效，11项以上消除的为显效。
五、实验结果及结论：统计110名病人的治疗情况，其中 8项以上症状消除的为88人，11项以上症状消除的为22人。从统计结果中可以得出以下结论：本发明有效率高，对中风的治疗具有显著的疗效。

1.一种治疗中风的中药组合物，其特征在于制成该组合物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：半夏10g，陈皮15g，茯苓10g ，炒白术15g，天麻15g ，秦艽10g ，郁金10g，石菖蒲10g，川芎10g ，赤芍10g ， 僵蚕10g，天竺黄10g，远志10g ，甘草5g。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗中风的中药组合物，其特征在于所述半夏为法半夏，所述远志为制远志。
